1小反刍兽疫病毒(PPRV)N蛋白的表达与ELISA检测方法的建立显示文摘通过对下载的16株小反刍兽疫病毒(PPRV)N基因片段进行序列分析,合成了PPRV N基因。用NP1和NP2引物扩增。纯化的PPRV N基因在T4DNA连接酶的作用下,和PET32-a载体进行连接反应构建重组质粒pET-a-PPRV-N。经诱导表达和纯化后,得到了大量的PPRV N蛋白。用PPRV N蛋白制备免疫血清,经国际标准血清标化后作为参考阳性血清,同时以PPRV N蛋白为抗原建立间接ELISA(I-ELISA)方法。对山东省的467份羊血清检测,使用S/P(样品值/阳性值)平均值加3倍标准差的方法,计算出其临界点为0.28。应用间接ELISA和针对H蛋白的单抗为基础的C-ELISA检测来自于疫区的69份血清,结果两者的符合率为79.7%。张喜悦 王志亮 刘春菊 李林 包静月 何昭阳 Mandy C Carrie B Anderson J 2008中国兽医学报2008,28,2:8
2生长兔日粮中棕榈仁粕的营养价值显示文摘为确定饲料中的棕榈仁粕(PKM)对生长兔的营养价值,在试验1中,选用新西兰×加州50日龄生长兔20只来确定PKM的能量、粗蛋白、纤维和脂肪消化率。通过不同方法对其营养价值进行评估,试验分为对照组(基础日粮)和试验组(在基础日粮中添加PKM200g.kg-1)。PKM的能量、粗蛋白、乙醚提取物和中性洗涤纤维的消化率分别为0.549(±0.056,SE)、0.541(±0.069)、0.850(±0.048)和0.430(±0.101),可消化的能量为10.9±1.03MJ.kg-1DM;试验2中,412只生长兔被随机分配在2个试验日粮组来衡量其增长性能。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,PKM日粮组对饲料及可消化能量的摄入无显著差异,但平均日增重(P=0.003)和饲料效率(P<0.001)略有下降(约5%),死亡率和软粪便中产气荚膜梭菌数量都不受日粮类型的影响。说明棕榈仁粕可以作为生长兔的纤维、蛋白质和脂肪来源,其可以替代其他日粮中大量的纤维成分,并且对生产性能没有不利影响。Carrión S De Blas J C Méndez J Caídas A García-Rebollar P 2012饲料博览2012,,2:2
