1Effects of electrolytes variation on formation of oxide layers of 6061 Al alloys by plasma electrolytic oxidation显示文摘Plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO) processes were carried out to produce ceramic layers on 6061 aluminum substrates in four kinds of electrolytes such as silicate and aluminate solution with and without sodium fluorosilicate.The PEO processes were carried out under a hybrid voltage(260 V DC combined with 200 V,60 Hz AC amplitude) at room temperature for 5 min.The composition,microstructure and element distribution analyses of the PEO-treated layers were carried out by XRD and SEM & EDS.The effect of the electrolyte contents on the growth mechanism,element distribution and properties of oxide layers were studied.It is obvious that the layers generated in aluminate solutions show smoother surfaces than those in silicate solutions.Moreover,an addition of fluorine ion can effectively control the layer porosity;therefore,it can enhance the properties of the layers.Kai WANG Bon-Heun KOO Chan-Gyu LEE Young-Joo KIM Sung-Hun LEE Eungsun BYON 2009中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版2009,19,4:6
2Effect of angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor blocker and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor on the intraocular growth factors and their receptors in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effect of angiotensinⅡ type 1 receptor blocker(ARB) and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) on intraocular growth factors and their receptors in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. METHODS: Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 4 groups: control, diabetes mellitus(DM), candesartantreated DM, and enalapril-treated DM(each group, n=10). After the induction of DM by streptozotocin, candesartan [ARB, 5 mg/(kg·d)] and enalapril [ACEI, 10 mg/(kg·d)] were administered to rats orally for 4wk. Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) concentrations in the vitreous were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, and VEGF receptor 2 and angiotensin II type 1 receptor(AT1R) levels were assessed at week 4 by Western blotting. RESULTS: Vitreous Ang Ⅱ levels were significantly higher in the DM group and candesartan-treated DM group than in the control(P=0.04 and 0.005, respectively). Vitreous AT1R increased significantly in DM compared to the other three groups(P<0.007). Candesartan-treated DM rats showed higher vitreal AT1R concentration than the enalapril-treated DM group and control(P<0.001 and P=0.005, respectively). No difference in vitreous Ang Ⅱ and AT1R concentration was found between the enalapriltreated DM group and control. VEGF and its receptor were below the minimum detection limit in all 4 groups.CONCLUSION: Increased Ang Ⅱ and AT1R in the hyperglycemic state indicate activated the intraocular renin-angiotensin system, which is inhibited more effectively by systemic ACEI than systemic ARB.Ik Soo Byon Dong Hyun Lee Eun Sook Jun Min Kyu Shin Sung Who Park Ji Eun Lee 2017International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2017,10,6:5
3Aqueous organic redox flow batteries显示文摘Redox flow batteries(RFBs)are promising candidates to establish a grid-scale energy storage system for intermittent energy sources.While the current technology of vanadium RFBs has been widely exploited across the world,the rise in the price of vanadium and its limited volumetric energy density have necessitated the development of new kinds of redox active molecules.Organic molecules can be used as new and economical redox couples in RFBs to address these issues.In addition,the redox organic species also provide ample advantages to increase the voltage and solubility,provide multiple numbers of electron transfer,and ensure electrochemical/chemical stability by molecular engineering through simple synthetic methods.This review focuses on the recent developments in aqueous organic RFBs,including the molecular design and the corresponding cycling performance as these organic redox molecules are employed as either the negolyte or posolyte.Various strategies for tuning the electrochemical/chemical characteristics of organic molecules have improved their solubility,redox potential cycling stability,and crossover issue across a separating membrane.We also put forward new strategies using nanotechnology and our perspective for the future development of this rapidly growing field.Vikram Singh Soeun Kim Jungtaek Kang Hye Ryung Byon 2019Nano Research2019,12,9:5

5高温、中应变速率下预测四道次连续轧制力的流变应力方程(英文)显示文摘为了计算在应变速率100~400s-1、温度900~1050℃条件下四道次连续线材轧制过程中的轧制力,提出了一个流变应力方程。基本概念是对Shida模型和Misaka模型进行改进。通常用这2种模型建立的流变应力本构方程来描述高温材料在不同应变率下的变形行为。将改进模型与有限元方法相结合来计算应变速率100~400s-1、温度900~1050℃条件下的四道次连续轧制过程中的轧制力。测量材料在每个道次的轧制力和表面温度,并与预测值进行比较。结果表明,在高温、中应变速率条件下,Misaka模型比Shida模型更好。在900℃时,采用Misaka模型的轧制力误差为-5.7%。在1050℃时,采用Misaka模型的轧制力误差为-15.2%,而采用改进的Misaka模型的轧制力误差降低到1.8%。由此可以得出,对于高温、中应变速率的线材轧制过程,改进的Misaka模型能用来预测高温材料的变形行为。Sang-min BYON Doo-hyun NA Young-seog LEE 2013Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2013,23,3:3
6Effects of Hybrid Voltages on Oxide Formation on 6061 Al-alloys During Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation显示文摘Plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)is carried out on 6061 Al-alloys in a weak alkaline electrolyte containing NaOH,Na2SiO3 and NaCl.Centered on the correlation of composition and structure,analyses by means of X-ray diffration(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS)are conducted on the specimens,which have been PEO-treated under hybrid voltages of different direct current(DC)values(140-280 V)with constant alternate current(AC)amplitude(200 V).Attention is paid to the composition,properties and growth mechanism of oxide layers formed with hybrid voltages.Moreover,the main effects of DC value are discussed.Ceramic layers with a double-layer structure which combines hard outer and soft inner layers are found to be consist ofα-Al2O3,γ-Al2O3 and mullite.With the DC values increasing,the growth of the ceramic layers tends to have increasingly obvious three-stage feature.Kai Wang Bon Heun Koo Chan Gyu Lee Young Joo Kim Sunghun Lee Eungsun Byon 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,5:2
7Diurnal Variation of Tropical Convection during TOGA COARE IOP显示文摘Diurnal variation of tropical convection and kinematic and thermodynamic conditions was investi- gated for different large-scale environments of the convectively active and inactive periods by using satel- lite observations and surface measurements during the Intensive Observation Period (IOP) of the Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere/Coupled Ocean-Atmosphere Response Experiment (TOGA/COARE). During the convectively active period, the features of nocturnal convection appear in vertical profiles of conver- gence, vertical velocity, heat source, and moisture sink. The specific humidity increases remarkably in the middle troposphere at dawn. On the other hand, the altitude of maximum convergence and that of the upward motion is lower during the convectively inactive period. The specific humidity peaks in the lower troposphere in the daytime and decreases in the middle troposphere. Spectral analyses of the time series of the infrared (IR) brightness temperature (TBB) and amounts of rainfall suggest multiscale temporal variation with a prominent diurnal cycle over land and oceanic regions such as the Intensive Flux Array (IFA) and the South Pacific Convergence Zone (SPCZ). Over land, the daily maximum of deep convection associated with cloud top temperature less than 208 K appears at midnight due to the daytime radiative heating and the sea-land breeze. Over the ocean, convection usually tends to occur at dawn for the con- vectively active period while in the afternoon during the inactive period.
