13点燃式发动机磨合期和运行条件对活塞环和气缸磨损的影响显示文摘开发了一种用来测量点燃式发动机活塞环与气缸磨损率的放射性示踪法。在正常运转下,此法对实时测量环与气缸的磨损率具有足够的灵敏度。报告了有关各种发动机运转条件下活塞环及气缸在磨合期和稳定运转期磨损率的测定。试验结果表明,活塞环的初期磨损很小,稳定运转期的磨损率也是稳定的。影响环磨损的关键因素是发动机的平均有效压力,对于所选的机型和2种不同的设计,环的磨损状态是可重复的。气缸的磨损受最初的磨合期、冷起动磨损以及运转条件的改变所支配。与磨合期和条件改变相比,稳定运转期的气缸磨损量很小。用放射性示踪法测出的环与气缸的磨损率同汽车试验中观察到的长期磨损很接近。Schneider E W 2007国外内燃机2007,39,4:0
