10去势对肉鸡与脂肪代谢相关生物化学特性的影响显示文摘试验旨在探讨去势对肉鸡与脂肪代谢的相关生物化学特性的影响,试验选取雄性法国红布罗鸡,在第3周去势并分别进行18周试验(1组)和24周试验(2组),在试验1分别在6、9、12、15、18周对鸡进行宰杀,试验2在试验最后1周(第24周)进行宰杀。在每次屠杀中中,测定腹部脂肪的细胞组织、肝脏中NADP脱氢酶的活性和血清脂蛋白浓度。24周的试验结果表明,去势对鸡的脂肪细泡数量和肝脏中NADP苹果酸脱氢酶活性有显著影响,但是在其他各年龄组脂肪细胞数量和NADP异柠檬酸脱氢酶活性却无显著影响。18周试验结果表明,去势可升高阉鸡血清中脂蛋白、胆固醇和HDL胆固醇的含量,而在其他周龄都没有发现甘油三酯的含量差异。结果表明,去势对脂肪沉积有一定影响,但是差异并不显著。Symeon G K Charismiaodou M Mantis F Bizelis I Kominakis A Rogclakis E 2013饲料博览2013,,4:0
