1Active corrosion protection of super-hydrophobic corrosion inhibitor intercalated Mg-Al layered double hydroxide coating on AZ31 magnesium alloy显示文摘Magnesium alloys,the advanced lightweight structural materials,have been successfully applied in the manufacturing field.Unfortunately,their poor corrosion resistance restrains the potential wide applications.In this work,anti-corrosion coatings were fabricated via the insitu growth of the corrosion inhibitors intercalated magnesium-aluminum layered double hydroxide(Mg-Al LDH)on AZ31 magnesium alloy and then post-sealing it by a super-hydrophobic coating.SEM,XRD,EDS,FTIR,XPS and contact angle test were conducted to analyze physical/chemical features of these coatings.Potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were recorded to assess the anti-corrosion performance of prepared coatings.Surprisingly,Mg-Al LDH with molybdate intercalation and lauric acid modification achieves the excellent corrosion inhibition performance(99.99%)due to the multicomponent synergistic effect such as the physical protection of Mg-Al LDH,the corrosion inhibition of molybdate and super-hydrophobic properties of lauric acid.This work presents a scientific perspective and novel design philosophy to fabricate the efficient anti-corrosion coating to protect magnesium alloys and then expand their potential applications in other field.Xin Wang Chuan Jing Yuxiang Chen Xiushuang Wang Gang Zhao Xing Zhang Liang Wu Xiaoying Liu Biqin Dong Yuxin Zhang 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,1:20
2Synthesis and mesomorphism of diacetylene-bridged triphenylene discotic liquid crystal dimers显示文摘Connecting two discotic mesogens via a spacer not only stabilizes the columnar mesophase but also leads to the formation of glass columnar phase, and therefore improves the physical properties of discotic liquid crystals as organic semiconductor. Here, we report the synthesis of eight diacetylene-bridged triphenylene discotic liquid crystal dimers, [C18H6(OCnH2n+1)4(OMe)O2C-C8H16-C≡≡ C-]2, 3(n), (n = 4-8), [C18H6(OC6H13)5O2C-C8H16-C≡≡ C-]2, 6 and [C18H6(OC6H13)5O-(CH2)m-C≡≡ C-]2, 8(m), (m = 1, 3) by Eglinton coupling reaction. The thermotropic liquid crystal properties were studied by differential scanning calorimetry and polarized optical microscopy. The results are showed as follows: the length of peripheral alkyl chains of triphenylene influenced properties of liquid crystal dimers; dimers 3(n) (n = 5-8) and 6 had glass columnar phase, and no crystallization was observed above -50℃ for all the triphenylene dimers; compared with 3(6), 6 showed higher molecular symmetry, more stable columnar mesophase and wider mesophase range. 3Primary Establishment of the Tissue Culture Technique and Regeneration System for Ornamental Lupinns polyphyllus显示文摘The purpose of this paper is to develop a system for tissue culture and rapid propagation of two ornamental lupins,Minaretie and Russell Prize. In view of screening out the better explant regeneration and suitable culture medium,through adding hormone 6-BA,NAA and 2,4-D into MS and B5 basic culture medium,a series of experiments were carried out with the shoot tips,leaves,leaf petioles and stems from the asepsis seedling. The results showed that the shoot tips had favorableness on the rapidly propagation;MS+6-BA 0.5 mg · L-1 for f irst generation,the induction rate of Minaretie and Russell Prize was 90.5% and 95.86% respectivdy;Minaretie had the highest propagation index(6.35) on MS+6-BA 0.5 mg · L-1+NAA 0 mg · L-1+GA 30.8 mg · L-1+AC 2 g · L-1,but Russell Prize had the highest propagation index(7.24) on MS+6-BA 0.5 mg · L-1+NAA 0.15 mg · L-1+GA3 1.0 mg · L-1+AC 0.5 g · L-1;1/2 MS+NAA 0.25 mg · L-1 was the best rooting medium. 4Anion intercalated layered-double-hydroxide structure for efficient photocatalytic NO remove显示文摘Due to the easily controllable interlayer anions, metal cation composition proportion and thickness, which is beneficial to modify surface chemical state and tune bandgap, layered double hydroxides(LDHs) have great promising potential for photocatalytic applications. In this study,we have successfully synthesized the ZnAl–LDH intercalated the single anion between ZnAl cationic interlayer without anionic impurities by using a facile calcining and reconstructing routes. The electron structure and surface chemical state of the prepared products have been investigated by combining the DFT calculation and experimental characterization methods. UV–vis DRS was used to certify the light absorption of the prepared products, and we performed the DFT calculation to demonstrate the density of state and activation of reactant. These results suggested that the ZnAl–LDH–CO3 possessed the more proper band structure and superior ability to activate NO and O2 for accelerating the photocatalytic NO oxidation activity. Moreover, the in situ DRIFTS with dynamically monitoring intermediates and products over the ZnAl–LDH–CO3 was adopted to declare the photocatalytic NO oxidized process during the photocatalytic reaction process. 5Phosphate limitation increases coenzyme Q10 production in industrial Rhodobacter sphaeroides HY01显示文摘Coenzyme Q10(CoQ10)is an important component of the respiratory chain in humans and some bacteria.As a high-value-added nutraceutical antioxidant,CoQ10 has excellent capacity to prevent cardiovascular disease.The content of CoQ10 in the industrial Rhodobacter sphaeroides HY01 is hundreds of folds higher than normal physiological levels.In this study,we found that overexpression or optimization of the synthetic pathway failed CoQ10 overproduction in the HY01 strain.Moreover,under phosphate-limited conditions(decreased phosphate or in the absence of inorganic phosphate addition),CoQ10 production increased significantly by 12%to220 mg/L,biomass decreased by 12%,and the CoQ10 productivity of unit cells increased by 27%.In subsequent fed-batch fermentation,CoQ10 production reached 272 mg/L in the shake-flask fermentation and 1.95 g/L in a 100-L bioreactor under phosphate limitation.Furthermore,to understand the mechanism associated with CoQ10 overproduction under phosphate-limited conditions,the comparatve transcriptome analysis was performed.These results indicated that phosphate limitation combined with glucose fed-batch fermentation represented an effective strategy for CoQ10 production in the HY01.Phosphate limitation induced a pleiotropic effect on cell metabolism,and that improved CoQ10 biosynthesis efficiency was possibly related to the disturbance of energy metabolism and redox potential.Lu Zhang Leshi Liu Ke-Feng Wang Lan Xu Liming Zhou Weishan Wang Chuan Li Zheng Xu Tong Shi Haihong Chen Yuanhang Li Hui Xu XiuLiang Yang Zhichun Zhu Biqin Chen Dan Li Guanghuang Zhan Si-Liang Zhang Li-Xin Zhang Gao-Yi Tan 2019Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2019,4,4:2
6Synthesis of unsymmetric triphenylene discotic liquid crystals with a semi-fluorinated chain and the influence of fluorophobic effect on mesogenic behavior显示文摘The fluorophobic effect of the semi-fluorinated chain of discotic molecules efficiently improves the stability of columnar mesophase.Low symmetric discogens exhibit decreased melting points and wide mesophase ranges.A series of triphenylene derivatives 1,C18H6(OCnH2n+1)4(OMe)(O2CC2H4C6F13),and their hydrocarbon analogues 2,C18H6(OCnH2n+1)4(OMe)(O2CC8H17),n = 4―8,were synthesized for the investigation of the influence of semi-fluorinated peripheral chain and molecular symmetry on mesomorphism.The structures were characterized with 1H NMR and MS.The mesomorphism was studied with differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and polarizing optical microscopy(POM).The results showed that all triphenylene derivatives exhibited enantiotropic columnar mesophase.The semifluorinated triphenylenes 1a―1e displayed higher melting points and clearing points than their hydrocarbon analogies 2a―2e.Most of them were in columnar mesophase at room temperature.YANG GaoFan ZHAO KeQing YU WenHao HU Ping WANG BiQin 2009Science China Chemistry2009,52,8:2
7The pseudocapacitance mechanism of graphene/CoAl LDH and its derivatives:Are all the modifications beneficial?显示文摘Cobalt-Aluminum layered double hydroxide(CoAl LDH) is a hopeful electrode material due to the advantage of easy modifiability for preparing LDH-based derivatives.However,there is short of modification methods to prepare the Co-based derivatives from CoAl LDH and also short of an intuitive perspective to analyze the pseudocapacitance mechanism of CoAl LDH and its derivatives.Herein,Graphene/CoAl LDH and its derivatives including Graphene/CoS,Graphene/CoS-1,Graphene/CoOOH,Graphene/CoP were prepared by reasonably using alkali etching treatment,sulfofication and phosphorization.The specific capacitance of Graphene/CoAl LDH,Graphene/CoS,Graphene/CoS-1,Graphene/CoOOH,Graphene/CoP at1 A g^(-1) are 260.7,371.3,440.8,61.4 and 122.2 F g^(-1),especially.The pseudocapacitance mechanism of Graphene/CoAl LDH and its derivatives was analyzed.Due to the positive effect of sulfofication on the electrical conductivity of GO and cobalt sulfide,the Graphene/CoS and Graphene/CoS-1 exhibit the optimal electrochemical performance and superior rate capability.In addition,due to the repulsion effect between Graphene and OH-,the Graphene/CoAl LDH exhibits optimal cycling stability of 224.1% capacitance retention after 20000 cycles.Besides,the reason of terrible specific capacitance of Graphene/CoOOH is that the presence of H bond in interlayer of CoOOH inhibits the interaction between Co3+ and OHspecies.Hence,not all modifications will increase the specific capacitance of the electrode materials.Overall,this work provides us with a detailed analysis of the electrochemical mechanism and correlation of CoAl LDH and its derivatives from the perspective of crystal structure and composition.Chuan Jing Xu Dong Liu Kailin Li Xiaoying Liu Biqin Dong Fan Dong Yuxin Zhang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:2
