| 1 | THE TYPHOON DISASTERS AND RELATED EFFECTS IN CHINA显示文摘China is one of the countries which were affected very seriously by tropical cyclones. In this paper, the active features of tropical cyclones which affected and landfell over China, the distinguishing characteristics of typhoon disasters and related formation laws have been studied, and the impact of trphoon disasters on China’s socio-economic development have been discussed. The study reveals that typhoon disasters which affected China are characterized by high freqency in occurrence, violent in sudden occurrence, remarkable effects in China,widescope in impact and severe intensities in disasters, and this type of disaster was caused by huge gales, rainstorms, storm surges and reatal chain-disasters.Typhoon disasters have not only caused great casualties but also exerted severe effects on every economic departments in China. | 2 | GA-iForest: An Efficient Isolated Forest Framework Based on Genetic Algorithm for Numerical Data Outlier Detection显示文摘With the development of data age,data quality has become one of the problems that people pay much attention to.As a field of data mining,outlier detection is related to the quality of data.The isolated forest algorithm is one of the more prominent numerical data outlier detection algorithms in recent years.In the process of constructing the isolation tree by the isolated forest algorithm,as the isolation tree is continuously generated,the difference of isolation trees will gradually decrease or even no difference,which will result in the waste of memory and reduced efficiency of outlier detection.And in the constructed isolation trees,some isolation trees cannot detect outlier.In this paper,an improved iForest-based method GA-iForest is proposed.This method optimizes the isolated forest by selecting some better isolation trees according to the detection accuracy and the difference of isolation trees,thereby reducing some duplicate,similar and poor detection isolation trees and improving the accuracy and stability of outlier detection.In the experiment,Ubuntu system and Spark platform are used to build the experiment environment.The outlier datasets provided by ODDS are used as test.According to indicators such as the accuracy,recall rate,ROC curves,AUC and execution time,the performance of the proposed method is evaluated.Experimental results show that the proposed method can not only improve the accuracy and stability of outlier detection,but also reduce the number of isolation trees by 20%-40%compared with the original iForest method. | LI Kexin LI Jing LIU Shuji LI Zhao BO Jue LIU Biqi | 2019 | Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2019，36，6： | 3 |

| 9 | A comparison analysis between developed and undeveloped depressions over the South China Sea显示文摘- In this paper, by using two sets of composite data of developed and undeveloped depressions over the South China Sea, we analyze and compare the dynamic structures, the heating fields and the vorticity budget residuals of two different types of depressions. Our conclusions are as follows:The two types of depressions are similar in thermodynamical and dynamical structures. The main differ ences are : in the high layer of developed depression there is a divergence field, with a center near the zero line of vertical wind shear, and over undeveloped depression, the divergence field is weaker and the vertical wind at its center is greater than 5 m s-1. The thermodynamical field of the former is asymmetrical and that of the latter is quasi - symmetrical. As far as the dynamics structure is concerned, the convergence in the lower layer and the difference of divergence between the upper and lower layers of developed depression is three tmies larger than that of undeveloped depression.
