| 1 | 游离二氧化硅粉尘致病性研究进展显示文摘游离二氧化硅粉尘俗称矽尘,是工业界广泛存在的职业有害因素,长期接触矽尘引起的矽肺是最我国目前最为严重的职业病,据2006年卫生统计报告,我国累积矽肺患者约为尘肺的半数,大约30余万例。1997年国际癌症中心(IARC)将矽尘确定为人类肯定致癌物,此外,接触生产性矽尘引起的疾病还与慢性阻塞性肺病、肺结核和自身免疫性疾病等存在直接或间接的大系。关于矽尘毒性及致病性的研究很多,我们就目前的研究热点和进展进行综述。 | 史延明 Bice Fubini 翁少凡 陈卫红 | 2008 | 中华劳动卫生职业病杂志2008，26，7： | 7 |
| 2 | 视网膜光凝术联合中药治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变(英文)显示文摘目的:探讨口服滋阴凉血散瘀汤联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:采用口服滋阴凉血散瘀汤联合视网膜光凝治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,以单纯视网膜光凝为对照组,对比两组患者在治疗后1,6,12mo的视力、视野及新生血管的变化情况。结果:口服滋阴凉血散瘀汤联合光凝治疗组患者12mo时视力提高(62.3%vs43.1%,P=0.037),视野改变(17.0±3.7vs14.9±3.7,P=0.002)及新生血管退缩情况(67.2%vs48.3%,P=0.036)均优于对照组患者。结论:滋阴凉血散瘀汤联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变较单纯激光治疗更有效。 | 赵宁 万超 邸平会 孙瑞雪 王建仓 Tristan Bice 徐俊杰 | 2011 | 国际眼科杂志2011，11，4： | 2 |
| 3 | Alkylphenols and alkylphenol ethoxylates in dust from homes, offices and computer laboratories: Implication for personal exposure via inadvertent dust ingestion显示文摘In the present study,the levels of alkylphenols(APs)and alkylphenol ethoxylates(APEs)in indoor dust of three different microenvironments were measured and daily intake via dust ingestion estimated.Alkylphenols and alkylphenol ethoxylates were extracted with the aid of sonication and analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry after heptafluorobutyric anhydride derivatization.The concentration values of these pollutants ranged from 1918e10935 ng g1;343e12438 ng g1 and 1122 e15324 ng g1 in dust samples from homes,computer laboratories and offices,respectively.In all the microenvironment studied,di-NPE and mono-NPE were the most abundant isomers suggesting widespread use of NPE-based consumer products in the studied microenvironments.The daily exposure dose(DED)was estimated using min,mean and max concentrations of APs and APEs detected in respected microenvironments.The worst case scenario for the exposure of APEs was highest for toddlers at 146 ng kg1 bw day1 followed by teenagers at 11.3 ng kg1 bw day1 and adults at daily exposure of 8.53 ng kg1 bw day1.Though the daily exposure doses are low,there is a cause for concern as these surfactants are not regulated in many developing countries and their use may be increasing. | Ovokeroye A.Abafe Tlou B.Chokwe Jonathan O.Okonkwo Bice S.Martincigh | 2017 | Emerging Contaminants2017，3，4： | 2 |
