1评估调质时间和温度对猪颗粒饲料淀粉糊化度和维生素沉积的影响显示文摘本论文研究了饲料加工的两个关键参数(调质温度和时间)对育肥猪颗粒饲料淀粉糊化度和维生素沉积的影响。日粮配方为含30%干酒糟及其可溶物的玉米-豆粕型基础日粮。整个试验中配方保持不变。本试验采用2×3双因子设计,调质温度分别为77℃和88℃,调质时间分别15秒、30秒和60秒。此外,本试验还设置一个对照组,对照组饲料不采用调质制粒工艺,而是采用粉料饲喂。因此,本试验共有7个处理组。采集调质后制粒前(热干粉)、制粒后冷却前(热制粒)、以及制粒冷却后(冷制粒)的样品,并分析这三种样品的总淀粉率。Lewis LL Stark CR Fahrenholz AC Bergstrom JR Jones CK 2015广东饲料2015,24,5:18
2中国三大块体晚奥陶世凯迪早期区域构造事件显示文摘基于地层学和古生物学的研究,论及奥陶纪中国华南、华北和塔里木3个块体中发生的构造事件.华北和塔里木地台区内及其边缘带在晚奥陶世凯迪期有一次区域性的抬升事件,表现为这些地区的奥陶系与其上覆的晚古生代地层间的假整合接触.陕西陇县和耀县的笔石和牙形刺新资料表明,那里的奥陶系最高层位为笔石Diplacanthograptus spiniferus带(凯迪阶下部).而塔里木地台区的奥陶系最高层位也与之相当,但其边缘带略高一些,相当于笔石Dicellograptus complanatus带.华北和塔里木区域性构造抬升事件都发生在凯迪早期,只是塔里木的抬升持续时间较短.这一构造抬升与中国东南部广西运动的起始时间一致.广西运动提出后在我国曾长期被加里东运动一名所取代,但二者在地理分布、构造性质和活动时限上均不同,建议使用'广西运动'名称,而不宜在华南、华北和塔里木再使用'加里东运动'一名.陈旭 BERGSTROM Stig M. 张元动 王志浩 2014科学通报2014,59,1:16
3甘肃平凉晚奥陶世平凉组牙形刺的新发现及其意义显示文摘本文再次详细地研究了甘肃平凉奥陶系平凉组的牙形刺,除先前已报道的属欧洲北大西洋型的Pygodus anserinus动物群外,新发现了产于北美中大陆区的Plectodina aculeata,Erismodus quadridactylus和Belodina compressa等牙形刺动物群。在同一剖面交替出现欧洲北大西洋型和北美中大陆型牙形刺动物群并不代表这一剖面牙形刺动物地理区系的变迁,这是由于当时环境变化造成的。两种牙形刺动物群及笔石动物群的交替出现,为两大区系牙形刺带及笔石带的对比提供了直接证据。同时,这一剖面牙形刺的研究,对岩相古地理和生物地理区系的划分都具极为重要的意义。王志浩 Stig M BERGSTROM 甄勇毅 张元动 2013微体古生物学报2013,30,2:11
4河北唐山达瑞威尔阶(Darriwilian)牙形刺生物地层的新认识显示文摘本文作者对河北唐山赵各庄剖面的北庵庄组(原称下马家沟组)和马家沟组(原称上马家沟组)较系统地采集了牙形刺样品,通过对所获之牙形刺标本和安太库等(1983)在同一剖面所描述的牙形刺动物群仔细研究,得到一些新的认识、分带及对比意见。唐山赵各庄剖面不仅具有丰富各异的地方型分子,如Aurilobodus leptosomatus,Loxodus dissectus,Tangshanodus tangshanensis,Rhipidognathus maggolensis,R.laiwuensis,Triangulodus changshanensis和Erraticodon tangshanensis外,尚有一些分布广泛和具地层意义的重要分子,如Histiodella holodentata,Eoplacognathus pseudoplanus和Eoplacognathus suecicus等。根据这些重要分子和牙形刺分带原则,本文对安太庠等(1983)的牙形刺分带重新修订,即将北庵庄组的Aurilobodus leptosomatus-Loxodus dissectus带和Tangshanodus tangshanensis带修正为Histiodella holodentata-Tangshanodus tangshanensis带,并由下而上可划分为Rhipidognathus maggolensis和R.laiwuensis两地方型亚带;将马家沟组的Eoplacognathus suecicus-Acontiodus?linxiensis带和Plectodina onychodonta带修正为Eoplacognathus suecicus带,并由下而上又可划分为Acontiodus?linxiensis和Plectodina onychodonta两个地方型牙形刺亚带。因此,唐山地区的北庵庄组产牙形刺的部分和马家沟组可与华南的牯牛潭组和新疆塔里木盆地的大湾沟组对比,归入奥陶纪达瑞威尔阶(Darriwilian),从而改变了过去将北庵庄组产牙形刺的层位,即所谓的Aurilobodus leptosomatus-Loxodus dissectus带和Tangshanodus tangshanensis带与华南区大坪阶(Dapingian)的大湾组相对比的认识。王志浩 Bergstrom S M 甄勇毅 张元动 吴荣昌 2014古生物学报2014,53,1:10
5Elastic Aerogels of Cellulose Nanofibers@Metal–Organic Frameworks for Thermal Insulation and Fire Retardancy显示文摘Metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)with high microporosity and relatively high thermal stability are potential thermal insulation and flame-retardant materials.However,the difficulties in processing and shaping MOFs have largely hampered their applications in these areas.This study outlines the fabrication of hybrid CNF@MOF aerogels by a stepwise assembly approach involving the coating and cross-linking of cellulose nanofibers(CNFs)with continuous nanolayers of MOFs.The cross-linking gives the aerogels high mechanical strength but superelasticity(80%maximum recoverable strain,high specific compression modulus of^200 MPa cm3 g−1,and specific stress of^100 MPa cm3 g−1).The resultant lightweight aerogels have a cellular network structure and hierarchical porosity,which render the aerogels with relatively low thermal conductivity of^40 mW m−1 K−1.The hydrophobic,thermally stable MOF nanolayers wrapped around the CNFs result in good moisture resistance and fire retardancy.This study demonstrates that MOFs can be used as efficient thermal insulation and flame-retardant materials.It presents a pathway for the design of thermally insulating,superelastic fire-retardant nanocomposites based on MOFs and nanocellulose.Shengyang Zhou Varvara Apostolopoulou‑Kalkavoura Marcus Vinicius Tavares da Costa Lennart Bergstrom Maria Stromme Chao Xu 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,1:10
6The effects of temperature and resource availability on denitrification and relative N_(2)O production in boreal lake sediments显示文摘Anthropogenic environmental stressors(like atmospheric deposition,land use change,and climate warming) are predicted to increase inorganic nitrogen and organic carbon loading to northern boreal lakes,with potential consequences for denitrification in lakes.However,our ability to predict effects of these changes is currently limited as northern boreal lakes have been largely neglected in denitrification studies.The aim of this study was therefore to assess how maximum potential denitrification and N_2O production rates,and the relationship between the two(relative N_2O production),is controlled by availability of nitrate(NO_3^-),carbon(C),phosphorus(P),and temperature.Experiments were performed using the acetylene inhibition technique on sediments from a small,nutrient poor boreal lake in northern Sweden in 2014.Maximum potential denitrification and N_2O production rates at 4°C were reached already at NO_3^-additions of 106–120 μg NO_3^-–N/L,and remained unchanged with higher NO_3 amendments.Higher incubation temperatures increased maximum potential denitrification and N_2O production rates,and Q10 was somewhat higher for N_2O production(1.77) than for denitrification(1.69).The relative N_2O production ranged between 13% and 64%,and was not related to NO_3^-concentration,but the ratio increased when incubations were amended with C and P(from a median of 16% to 27%).Combined,our results suggests that unproductive northern boreal lakes currently have low potential for denitrification but are susceptible to small changes in NO_3 loading especially if these are accompanied by enhanced C and P availability,likely promoting higher N_2O production relative to N_2.Maria Myrstener Anders Jonsson Ann-Kristin Bergstrom 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,9:5
7Muscle RING-finger protein-1 (MuRFl) functions and cellular localization are regulated by SUMOl post-translational modification显示文摘The muscle RING-finger protein-1 (MuRFl) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscle tissues and it plays important roles in muscle remodeling. Upregulation of MuRFl gene transcription participates in skeletal muscle atrophy, on contrary downregulation of protein expression leads to cardiac hypertrophy. MuRFl gene point mutations have been found to generate protein aggregate myopathies defined as muscle disorder characterized by protein accumulation in muscle fibers. We have discovered that MuRFl turned out to be also a target for a new post-translational modification arbitrated by conjugation of SUM01 and it is mediated by the SUMO ligases E2 UBC9 and the E3 PIASy/4. SUMOylation takes place at lysine 238 localized at the second coiled-coil protein domain that is required for efficient substrate interaction for polyubiquitination. We provided evidence that SUMOylation is essential for MuRFl nuclear translocation and its mitochondria accumulation is enhanced in hyper? glycemic conditions delivering a stabilization of the overall SUMOylated proteins in cultured myocytes. 8湖北宜昌远安真金和界岭奥陶系牯牛潭组顶部的牙形刺及其地层意义(英文)显示文摘本文描述了采自湖北宜昌远安真金和界岭剖面奥陶系牯牛潭组顶部的牙形刺,它们有Baltoniodus prevariabilis,Drepanoistodus venustus,Panderodus gracilis,Periodon aculeatus,Protopanderodus calceatus,P.varicostatus?,Yangtzeplacognathus foliaceus和Y.protoramosus等,确认宜昌地区牯牛潭组顶部应归属于奥陶系达瑞威尔阶Pygodus serra带之Yangtzeplacognathus protoramosus亚带,并可与宜昌黄花场剖面和南京汤山外杆沟剖面同名组顶部及新疆柯坪羊吉坎剖面一间房组顶部的牙形刺带相对比。同时,它要比重庆城口大槽剖面牯牛潭组顶部的牙形刺带低3个带(Pygodus anserinus带至Baltoniodus variabilis带),这一事实也说明了牯牛潭组顶部在中国扬子地台的穿时性。王志浩 Stig M.
