| 1 | 腔内隔绝术、联合血管旁路移植术治疗主动脉夹层动脉瘤显示文摘目的总结腔内隔绝术、联合血管旁路移植术治疗主动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床经验,以提高其治疗效果。方法自2002年9月至2006年12月,共完成腔内隔绝术或联合血管旁路移植术8例。对4例近端支架固定区<15mm的患者于腔内隔绝术前行椎动脉-左颈总动脉端侧吻合术1例,应用8mm人工血管行左锁骨下动脉-左颈总动脉旁路移植术2例,左锁骨下动脉-左颈总动脉-右颈总动脉旁路移植术1例,手术后8~10d,行腔内隔绝手术。4例破口距左锁骨下动脉开口>15mm的患者直接行腔内隔绝手术。结果行血管旁路移植的4例患者术后恢复良好,术后8~10d行腔内隔绝手术,8例患者腔内隔绝手术操作顺利,隔绝术后3~8d出院,无住院死亡。出院前增强CT扫描无内漏发生。随访4例,随访时间2~48个月,其中1例患者长期胸痛,经对症处理胸痛缓解;4例患者夹层内血栓机化良好,无内漏出现或夹层剥离的现象发生。结论腔内隔绝手术是一种创伤小、恢复快、疗效好的治疗方法,腔内隔绝术联合血管旁路移植术治疗主动脉夹层动脉瘤,扩大了腔内隔绝术的手术适应证。 | 孙益峰 梅运清 蔡建志 冯靖 王玺胜 王永武 P Bergeron | 2008 | 中国胸心血管外科临床杂志2008，15，1： | 14 |
| 2 | Stand history is more important than climate in controlling red maple (Acer rubrum L.) growth at its northern distribution limit in western Quebec, Canada显示文摘Aims We examined growth of red maple(Acer rubrum l.)to evaluate environmental controls of its northern distributional limit in Eastern North america and its potential response to future climate change.Methods We collected growth data from nine sites located along a 300-km transect(47-49°N),which included frontier population of red maple and covered three bioclimatic domains in western Quebec.We ana-lyzed three growth variables:growth rates during the first 30 years of maple lifespan,cumulative basal area increment(ba I)over the most recent decade(2000-2009)and annual growth rate over the whole tree lifespan ranging from 58 to 112 years.We also examined growth sensitivity to climate by using response function analysis.Important Findingsthree different proxies of maple absolute growth(initial growth rate,ba I during 2000-09 and mean diameter growth rate)indicated a better growth with an increase in latitude.We speculate that stand history effectively overrode the direct effects of colder climate on maple growth along the s-N gradient.regeneration of maple in the southern sites likely occurred in canopy gaps,whereas in the north it was contingent upon large disturbances such as stand-replacing fires,which apparently provided more favorable light environment for maple growth than canopy gaps.the annual growth variability,which reflects effects of annual weather on growth and is largely independent from the absolute growth rate,was significantly affected by monthly climate,suggesting a positive effect of higher summer temperature in the northern part of the transect(48-49°N)and a negative effect of summer drought in the south(47-48°N).In the future,the natural and human disturbance regimes will be dominant controls of the actual biomass productivity of red maple at the northern limit of its present distribution range.Direct effects of climate on maple growth would likely be less important in this context,and will likely entail negative effect of increased summer drought in the southern part of the study area and positive effects of increased temperatures in the north. | Yun Zhang Yves Bergeron Xiu-Hai Zhao Igor Drobyshev | 2015 | Journal of Plant Ecology2015，8，4： | 7 |
| 3 | Feed supplementation with arginine and zinc on antioxidant status and inflammatory response in challenged weanling piglets显示文摘Although supplementing the diet with zinc oxide and arginine is known to improve growth in weanling piglets, the mechanism of action is not well understood. We measured the antioxidant status and inflammatory response in 48 weanling castrated male piglets fed diets supplemented with or without zinc oxide(2,500 mg Zn oxide per kg) and arginine(1%) starting at the age of 20 days. The animals were injected with lipopolysaccharide(100 μg/kg) on day 5. Half of them received another injection on day 12.Blood samples were taken just before and 6, 24 and 48 h after injection and the mucosa lining the ileum was recovered following euthanizing on days 7 and 14. Zinc supplementation increased reduced and total glutathione(GSH)(reduced and total) during days 5 to 7 and arginine decreased oxidized GSH measured on days 5 and 12 and the ratio of total antioxidant capacity to total oxidative status during days12 to 14. Zinc decreased plasma malondialdehyde measured on days 5 and 12 and serum haptoglobin measured on day 12 and increased both metallothionein-1 expression and total antioxidant capacity measured in the ileal mucosa on day 14. Tumour necrosis factor a concentration decreased from days 5 to12(all effects were significant at P < 0.05). | 4 | Malaria: Global progress 2000-2015 and future challenges显示文摘Background:2015 was the target year for malaria goals set by the World Health Assembly and other international institutions to reduce malaria incidence and mortality.A review of progress indicates that malaria programme financing and coverage have been transformed since the beginning of the millennium,and have contributed to substantial reductions in the burden of disease.Findings:Investments in malaria programmes increased by more than 2.5 times between 2005 and 2014 from US$960 million to US$2.5 billion,allowing an expansion in malaria prevention,diagnostic testing and treatment programmes.In 2015 more than half of the population of sub-Saharan Africa slept under insecticide-treated mosquito nets,compared to just 2%in 2000.Increased availability of rapid diagnostic tests and antimalarial medicines has allowed many more people to access timely and appropriate treatment.Malaria incidence rates have decreased by 37%globally and mortality rates by 60%since 2000.It is estimated that 70%of the reductions in numbers of cases in sub-Saharan Africa can be attributed to malaria interventions.Conclusions:Reductions in malaria incidence and mortality rates have been made in every WHO region and almost every country.However,decreases in malaria case incidence and mortality rates were slowest in countries that had the largest numbers of malaria cases and deaths in 2000;reductions in incidence need to be greatly accelerated in these countries to achieve future malaria targets.Progress is made challenging because malaria is concentrated in countries and areas with the least resourced health systems and the least ability to pay for system improvements.Malaria interventions are nevertheless highly cost-effective and have not only led to significant reductions in the incidence of the disease but are estimated to have saved about US$900 million in malaria case management costs to public providers in sub-Saharan Africa between 2000 and 2014.Investments in malaria programmes can not only reduce malaria morbidity and mortality,thereby contributing to the health targets of the Sustainable Development Goals,but they can also transform the well-being and livelihood of some of the poorest communities across the globe. | Richard E.Cibulskis Pedro Alonso John Aponte Maru Aregawi Amy Barrette Laurent Bergeron Cristin A.Fergus Tessa Knox Michael Lynch Edith Patouillard Silvia Schwarte Saira Stewart Ryan Williams | 2016 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2016，5，1： | 4 |

| 7 | FragAnchor: A Large-Scale Predictor of Glycosylphosphatidylinositol Anchors in Eukaryote Protein Sequences by Qualitative Scoring显示文摘A glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor is a common but complex C-terminal post-translational modification of extracellular proteins in eukaryotes. Here we investigate the problem of correctly annotating GPI-anchored proteins for the growing number of sequences in public databases. We developed a computa- tional system, called FragAnchor, based on the tandem use of a neural net- work (NN) and a hidden Markov model (HMM). Firstly, NN selects potential GPI-anchored proteins in a dataset, then HMM parses these potential GPI sig- nals and refines the prediction by qualitative scoring. FragAnchor correctly predicted 91% of all the GPI-anchored proteins annotated in the Swiss-Prot database. In a large-scale analysis of 29 eukaryote proteomes, FragAnchor predicted that the percentage of highly probable GPI-anchored proteins is between 0.21% and 2.01%. The distinctive feature of FragAnchor, compared with other systems, is that it targets only the C-terminus of a protein, making it less sensitive to the background noise found in databases and possible incomplete protein sequences. Moreover, FragAnchor can be used to predict GPI-anchored proteins in all eukaryotes. Finally, by using qualitative scoring, the predictions combine both sensitivity and information content. | 8 | 中国水生态安全战略分析--欧洲视角显示文摘欧盟在水资源管理方面积累了大量宝贵的管理经验,通过有效控制水资源使用及污染排放,确保了水资源保护始终处于较高水准。本文从欧洲视角对中国水生态安全战略进行分析,旨在为水利部的决策者提供一个关于如何更好地落实2011年中央一号文件和'三条红线'的建议。通过分析中国关于水资源保护及水生态安全的实践,并将其与欧盟及其成员国在该领域的政策经验进行对比,作者认为水利部'三条红线'政策能否成功实施,关键取决于中国各级政府彻底、有效监督并实施该项政策的能力。中国现行的有关取水和排水许可证制度并不具备足够的监督能力和强制执行能力。水量、用水效率和水质这三个要素尚未整合在一起,特别是许可证制度的语言表述过于简单,且并未对许可证持有者的义务作出充分的明确说明和精确规定,如排放限值(ELV)、混合区、最佳可行技术(BAT)要求、监测与审查、上报要求、需要上报的数据及来源、需要对许可进行重新评估的特殊情况、违反许可所应受到的处罚等。而在欧盟,由经验丰富的审查人员撰写出完善的水资源综合许可文件,该许可文件对于许可证持有者应承担的义务有详细说明和极其精确的规定。正是因为对细节的注重与精确的规定,才保证了良好的监督审查和执行效果。为了有效落实水利部'三条红线'政策并对其成果进行监督监测,制定一套新的水资源监管程序是当务之急。新程序需要整合'三条红线'的三大因素,制定全新的针对用水者及排污者的综合水资源影响许可证制度。 | Philippe Bergeron 温慧娜 夏朋 | 2012 | 人民黄河2012，34，10： | 2 |
