1不同温度下松木生物质炭对阿特拉津的吸附性能研究显示文摘生物质炭是一种由生物质在缺氧条件下加热制成的生物残渣,因其本身的多孔性被广泛用于土壤以及水体中的污染物的去除。文章着重研究了温度对于生物质炭吸附阿特拉津的影响,同时采用改进的Freundlich模型以及颗粒内部扩散模型对吸附过程进行了评估,并在此基础上建立了生物质炭对阿特拉津吸附数学动力学模型。使用的生物质炭以废弃松木为原材料(Pine Wood derived Biochar,PWB)在450℃、缺氧条件下热解两小时制成(研磨过30目筛)。试验通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱等手段对生物炭的外部表面形态以及生物炭样品吸附阿特拉津前后表面官能团的变化进行表征。采用批量试验方法,定时取样,并通过高效液相色谱测定阿特拉津浓度变化来说明温度对生物炭吸附阿特拉津效果的影响,并拟合相对应的吸附动力学模型。SEM实验表明PWB表面为光滑的浅孔,气孔呈圆形并均匀分散于整个生物质炭表面。吸附反应后的傅里叶红外光谱表明,许多表面峰出现了一定强度的波动,说明反应过程中生物炭与阿特拉津的化学官能团高度结合,在PWB吸附阿特拉津后1 775 cm-1处的谱带强度变化最为突出。生物质炭对阿特拉津的吸附能力随反应温度的升高而升高,当温度为10、18和27℃时,其吸附容量分别为0.494 2、0.730 1、1.098 6 mg·g-1,结果表明该吸附过程是吸热反应。通过测定吸附过程中的活化能,确定化学吸附在生物质炭吸附阿特拉津过程中起主导作用。实验结果表明,PWB在不同的温度条件下对于环境中阿特拉津的去除有很好的应用前景,对阿特拉津污染水的治理除具有一定的参考价值。ALBERTO BENTO CHARRUA 王航 吕春欣 沈勇 刘娜 2015生态环境学报2015,24,3:11
2生物炭催化过硫酸盐脱色偶氮染料金橙Ⅱ显示文摘生物炭作为一种廉价易得的材料,在土壤修复等各方面的功能已引起广泛关注,但其催化作用却鲜有研究。首次对生物炭(biochar-BC)催化过硫酸盐(Na2S2O8-PS)使偶氮染料金橙Ⅱ(AO7)脱色的可行性进行研究,对影响催化体系脱色效率的因素(包括pH、生物炭质量浓度和PS/AO7摩尔比)进行探讨,同时研究了生物炭的重复利用效果及前后性质变化。结果表明:PS/BC体系明显比单独的PS体系脱色效果好;两个反应体系都遵循一级反应动力学;PS/BC体系反应的最适pH接近中性;生物炭质量浓度越大,脱色效果越好;PS/AO7摩尔比越大,脱色效果越好,但是催化效果却没有相应的改善;生物炭重复利用后对AO7仍然有脱色效果;BC的孔大多位于层状结构表面,且为小孔,重复使用后,表面孔会堵塞;除了灰分和氧元素外,其他元素(C、N、H、S)含量都有一定程度的减小;BC表面官能团种类很多,主要有C=O、C=C、C-O、C-H,芳香族C=C和C-H以及-OH官能团;BC重复使用后-OH峰会消失。综上述,生物炭可以催化过硫酸盐对偶氮染料AO7进行脱色,原理是BC表面的-OH官能团与PS反应生成硫酸根自由基去除AO7。刘娜 王柳 邱华 Alberto Bento Charrua 王航 王锐 2014吉林大学学报(地球科学版)2014,44,6:10
3响应曲面法优化生物质炭去除水溶液中的阿特拉津显示文摘将农业废弃物大豆秆在450℃缺氧条件下热裂解制备生物质炭。采用元素分析仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、光电子能谱分析(XPS)等手段对生物质炭进行理化性质分析;应用响应曲面法(RSM)下的中心合成设计(CCD)功能研究4个因素(初始pH、吸附剂质量浓度、阿特拉津质量浓度、温度)对阿特拉津去除率的影响;建立二阶模型,并通过方差分析验证二阶方程的有效性。结果表明:生物质炭表面充满孔状结构,且富含C=C、C-C、CHx、-C-OR、-COOR等官能团;吸附阿特拉津后生物质炭在羟基(-OH)的位置产生了新的吸收峰,推测羟基官能团在吸附过程中发挥了重要作用。RSM法优化最佳吸附去除阿特拉津条件为:初始阿特拉津质量浓度为5mg/L、pH=6.67,吸附剂质量浓度为7.75g/L、温度为32℃;在该条件下阿特拉津的吸附去除率达到92.18%。该研究可为评价施加生物质炭土壤中阿特拉津的迁移规律及阿特拉津污染水体修复提供参考。刘娜 杨亚冬 Alberto Bento Charrua 王航 叶康 吕春欣 2016吉林大学学报(地球科学版)2016,46,4:4
4Circulating leptin and its muscle gene expression in Nellore cattle with divergent feed efficiency显示文摘Background: Leptin has a strong relation to important traits in animal production, such as carcass composition,feed intake, and reproduction. It is mainly produced by adipose cells and acts predominantly in the hypothalamus.In this study, circulating leptin and its gene expression in muscle were evaluated in two groups of young Nellore bulls with divergent feed efficiency. Individual dry matter intake(DMI) and average daily gain(ADG) of 98 Nellore bulls were evaluated in feedlot for 70 d to determinate the residual feed intake(RFI) and select 20 animals for the high feed efficient(LRFI) and 20 for the low feed efficient(HRFI) groups. Blood samples were collected on d 56 and at slaughter(80 d) to determine circulating plasma leptin. Samples of Longissimus dorsi were taken at slaughter for leptin gene expression levels.Results: DMI and RFI were different between groups and LRFI animals showed less back fat and rump fat thickness,as well as less pelvic and kidney fat weight. Circulating leptin increased over time in all animals. Plasma leptin was greater in LRFI on 56 d and at slaughter(P = 0.0049). Gene expression of leptin were greater in LRFI animals(P = 0.0022) in accordance with the plasma levels. 5Assessing the relationship between the rumen microbiota and feed efficiency in Nellore steers显示文摘Background:Ruminants rely upon a complex community of microbes in their rumen to convert host-indigestible feed into nutrients.However,little is known about the association between the rumen microbiota and feed efficiency traits in Nellore(Bos indicus)cattle,a breed of major economic importance to the global beef market.Here,we compare the composition of the bacterial,archaeal and fungal communities in the rumen of Nellore steers with high and low feed efficiency(FE)phenotypes,as measured by residual feed intake(RFI).Results:The Firmicutes to Bacteroidetes ratio was significantly higher(P<0.05)in positive-RFI steers(p-RFI,low feed efficiency)than in negative-RFI(n-RFI,high feed efficiency)steers.The differences in bacterial composition from steers with high and low FE were mainly associated with members of the families Lachnospiraceae,Ruminococcaceae and Christensenellaceae,as well as the genus Prevotella.Archaeal community richness was lower(P<0.05)in p-RFI than in n-RFI steers and the genus Methanobrevibacter was either increased or exclusive of p-RFI steers.The fungal genus Buwchfawromyces was more abundant in the rumen solid fraction of n-RFI steers(P<0.05)and a highly abundant OTU belonging to the genus Piromyces was also increased in the rumen microbiota of highefficiency steers.However,analysis of rumen fermentation variables and functional predictions indicated similar metabolic outputs for the microbiota of distinct FE groups.Conclusions:Our results demonstrate that differences in the ruminal microbiota of high and low FE Nellore steers comprise specific taxa from the bacterial,archaeal and fungal communities.Biomarker OTUs belonging to the genus Piromyces were identified in animals showing high feed efficiency,whereas among archaea,Methanobrevibacter was associated with steers classified as p-RFI.The identification of specific RFI-associated microorganisms in Nellore steers could guide further studies targeting the isolation and functional characterization of rumen microbes potentially important for the energy-harvesting efficiency of ruminants.Déborah Romaskevis Gomes Lopes Márcio de Souza Duarte Alex J.La Reau Ibrahim Zuniga Chaves Tiago Antônio de Oliveira Mendes Edenio Detmann Cláudia Braga Pereira Bento Maria Eugênia Zerlotti Mercadante Sarah Figueiredo Martins Bonilha Garret Suen Hilário Cuquetto Mantovani 2021Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,4:3
