17降压药物是否与心房颤动有关显示文摘1995~2010年,研究者在丹麦人i:16778333人中,入选无心房颤动且无诱发疾病(如心力衰竭、缺血性心脏病、糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进症且无接受其他降压药物)的患者,探讨降压药物[单独服用血管紧张素转换酶抑制弃l(ACEI)、血管紧张素受体拮抗弃j(ARB)、8受体阻滞荆、利尿剂和钙拮抗剂]是否与心房颤动、脑卒中的发生率相关。按照1:1配比病例对照研究,分别以单独服用ACEI和ARB为对照,入选性别、年龄匹配的单独服用p受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、钙拮抗荆的患者。结果显示,与p受体阻滞剂和利尿荆比较,ACEI和ARB与较低的心房颤动风险相关,与脑卒中无关。与8受体阻滞剂比较,ACEI和ARB的风险为0.12(95%C10.10~0.15)和0.10(O.07~0.14);与利尿剂比较,为0.5l(O.44~0.59)和0.43(O.32~0.58)(均P〈0.05),而与钙拮抗剂比较差异无统计学意义。研究表明肾素血管紧张素系统的激活除了能够控制血压外,还与心房颤动的风险降低有关。Marott SC Nielsen SF Benn M Nordestgaard BG 林东杰 叶鹏 2014中华高血压杂志2014,22,2:0
