1Effect of the Cutter Parameters and Machining Parameters on the Interference in Gear Slicing显示文摘Current researches have not yet found the effect law of the cutter parameters and machining parameters on the interference in gear slicing,the interference between the cutter and machined gear often happens because the appropriate cutter parameters and machining parameters cannot be set,which reduces the gear machining accuracy.The relative position between the major flank face and edge-sweeping surface,distribution law of the interference area in forming process of edge-sweeping surface,and effect law of relative positions among edge-sweeping surfaces on the interference are studied by graphical analysis.The effect law of the cutter parameters and machining parameters on the interference is found.The effect law shows that the interference in gear slicing can be controlled when the relief angle measured on the top edge and feed of every rotation are chosen respectively larger than 9°and smaller than 0.15 mm/r.An internal helical gear is sliced with the spur slice cutter and the cutter parameters and machining parameters are set based on above the effect law.The machined gear is measured in Gear Measuring Center and the detection result shows that the comprehensive accuracy reaches GB/T Class 7,where some reach GB/T Class 6.The result can meet the gear machining accuracy requirement and shows that the effect law found is valid.The problem of the interference in gear slicing is solved and the gear machining accuracy can be improved.CHEN Xinchun LI Jia LOU Benchao SHI Jiang YANG Qijun 2013Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,6:10

7Plasma Extracellular Vesicle MicroRNA Analysis of Alzheimer’s Disease Reveals Dysfunction of a Neural Correlation Network显示文摘Small extracellular vesicle(sEV)is an emerging source of potential biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease(AD),but the role of microRNAs(miRNAs)in sEV is not well understood.In this study,we conducted a comprehensive analysis of sEV-derived miRNAs in AD using small RNA sequencing and coexpression network analysis.We examined a total of 158 samples,including 48 from AD patients,48 from patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI),and 62 from healthy controls.We identified an miRNA network module(M1)that was strongly linked to neural function and showed the strongest association with AD diagnosis and cognitive impairment.The expression of miRNAs in the module was decreased in both AD and MCI patients compared to controls.Conservation analysis revealed that M1 was highly preserved in the healthy control group but dysfunctional in the AD and MCI groups,suggesting that changes in the expression of miRNAs in this module may be an early response to cognitive decline prior to the appearance of AD pathology.We further validated the expression levels of the hub miRNAs in M1 in an independent population.The functional enrichment analysis showed that 4 hub miRNAs might interact with a GDF11-centered network and play a critical role in the neuropathology of AD.In summary,our study provides new insights into the role of sEV-derived miRNAs in AD and suggests that M1 miRNAs may serve as potential biomarkers for the early diagnosis and monitoring of AD.Yuzhe Sun Zhen Hefu Benchao Li Wang Lifang Song Zhijie Li Zhou Yan Deng Liu Zhili Jiahong Ding Tao Li Wenwei Zhang Nie Chao Shuang Rong 2023Research2023,,4:0
8Determination of the half-life of^(91)Sr in uranium sample bombarded by 14.8 MeV neutron显示文摘Purpose Due to the few reports on the^(91)Sr half-life previously,the accuracy and uncertainty of the results are difficult to meet the requirements such as calculating the cross section and thefission yields of 235U,238U,and 239Pu.To solve the discrepancy of^(91)Sr half-life in existing experimental data,the half-life of^(91)Sr was measured in this work,and the uncertainty was discussed in detail.Method The measurements were performed by the activation method implemented for the uranium sample using the K-400 neutron generator at the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics(CAEP).The half-life of^(91)Sr was measured byγ-ray spectrometry using the high-resolution High Purity Germanium(HPGe)Detector.Results Through exponential functionfitting and a detailed discussion of the uncertainty evaluation,the half-life of^(91)Sr in the present work was determined to be 9.65±0.30 h,which was consistent with the values reported previously and the uncertainty was reduced greatly,however,the uncertainty assessment of the latter was barely documented.Conclusions In this work,a more accurate measurement of the^(91)Sr half-life is provided,as well as the uncertainty is discussed in detail.This result will provide essential information for applications using an activation method,such as the calculation offission yields of 235U,238U,and 239Pu.Yuting Wei Changlin Lan Li Feng Chao Xu Xianlin Yang Xiaojun Li Jiahao Wang Yujie Ge Benchao Lou Li Jiang 2022Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2022,6,3:0
