1High temperature mechanical behavior of low-pressure sand-cast Mg-Gd-Y-Zr magnesium alloy显示文摘The aim of this work is firstly to optimize T6 heat-treatment of low-pressure sand-cast Mg-10Gd-3Y-0.5Zr alloy,and then systematically investigate the mechanical behavior of the T6-treated alloy from room temperature to 300℃.It turned out that the optimum T6 heat-treatments for the tested alloy are 525℃×12 h+225℃×14 h and 525℃×12 h+250℃×12 h which integrated age-hardening and tensile properties into account,respectively.The strength of the T6-treated alloy indicates obvious anomalous temperature dependence from room temperature to 300℃,namely both ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of the tested alloy firstly increase with tensile temperature,and then decrease as temperature increases further.Elongation increased with temperature monotonously.The tensile fracture mode of the tested alloy changes from transgranular fracture to intergranular fracture with the increasing of test temperature.Wencai Liu Beiping Zhou Guohua Wu Liang Zhang Xiang Peng Liang Cao 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,4:10
2Immune multi-agent model using vaccine for cooperative air-defense system of systems for surface warship formation based on danger theory显示文摘Aiming at the problem on cooperative air-defense of surface warship formation,this paper maps the cooperative airdefense system of systems (SoS) for surface warship formation (CASoSSWF) to the biological immune system (BIS) according to the similarity of the defense mechanism and characteristics between the CASoSSWF and the BIS,and then designs the models of components and the architecture for a monitoring agent,a regulating agent,a killer agent,a pre-warning agent and a communicating agent by making use of the theories and methods of the artificial immune system,the multi-agent system (MAS),the vaccine and the danger theory (DT).Moreover a new immune multi-agent model using vaccine based on DT (IMMUVBDT) for the cooperative air-defense SoS is advanced.The immune response and immune mechanism of the CASoSSWF are analyzed.The model has a capability of memory,evolution,commendable dynamic environment adaptability and self-learning,and embodies adequately the cooperative air-defense mechanism for the CASoSSWF.Therefore it shows a novel idea for the CASoSSWF which can provide conception models for a surface warship formation operation simulation system.Jun Wang Xiaozhe Zhao Beiping Xu Wei Wang Zhiyong Niu 2013Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2013,24,6:8
3Growth and Feed Efficiency of Juvenile Shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei Fed Formulated Diets Containing Different Levels of Poultry by-Product Meal显示文摘This feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the potential of poultry by-product meal (PBM) as a protein source in the culture of Litopenaeus vannamei. Seven isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated to near to commercial diet with about 40% protein and 7.5% lipid. Fish meal was replaced by 0, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 100% of PBM (diets 1-7). The diet with 100% fish meal was used as a control (diet 1). Post-larvae were reared in an indoor semi-closed re-circulating system. Each dietary treatment was tested in 4 replicate tanks (260 L) of 40 shrimp, arranged in a completely randomized design. The shrimps were hand-fed for three times a day to near-satiation (0700, 1200 and 1800) for 60 d. Percentage weight gain, survival, feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein efficiency ratio (PER) and body composition of shrimps were measured. There were no significant differences (P>0.05) in growth performance among shrimps fed diets 1-5 (0-60% fish meal replacement). However, shrimps fed diet 7 (100% fish meal replacement) had significantly lower (P<0.05) growth than those fed diets 1-5 (0-60% fish meal replacement). Shrimp fed diets 2-4 (30%-50% fish meal replacement) showed significantly higher growth than those fed diets 6 and 7 (70% and 100% fish meal replacement, respectively). Survival ranged from 94.7% to 100.0% and did not differ significantly (P>0.05) among different experimental diets. No differences in body composition were found among shrimps fed different diets. 4Effect of Replacing Fish Meal with Extruded Soybean Meal on Growth, Feed Utilization and Apparent Nutrient Digestibility of Juvenile White Shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)显示文摘Extruded soybean meal(ESBM) was evaluated as a protein source for partial replacement of fish meal(FM) in diets of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei. In the control diet(Diet 1), FM protein was replaced with increasing dietary levels of ESBM(4.28%, 8.40%, 12.62%, 16.82%, and 25.26%) at 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 60% levels(Diets 2 to 6, respectively). An eight-week feeding trial was conducted on 720 juvenile shrimp(0.67 g ± 0.01 g mean initial weight), and nutrient digestibility of the six diets was determined. ESBM could replace 20% of FM without causing a significant reduction in growth of shrimp, but other dietary treatments strongly affected whole body composition. Crude protein content of the whole body fed Diet 6 was significantly lower than that fed Diet 2(P < 0.05), while crude lipid content of the whole body fed Diet 5 or 6 was significantly higher than that fed Diet 2(P < 0.05). Protein digestibilities of Diets 5 and 6 were significantly lower than that of Diet 1(P < 0.05). Digestibility of lipids ranged from 96.97% in Diet 6 to 98.34% in Diet 3, whereas dry matter digestibility decreased with increasing replacement level. 5Microstructure and mechanical properties of sand-cast Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.5Zr alloy subject to thermal cycling treatment显示文摘This work was undertaken to investigate the microstructural evolution, mechanical properties and fracture behavior of sand-cast Mg-6 Gd-3 Y-0.5 Zr(GW63) alloy subject to thermal cycling treatment. In order to simulate the thermal cycling under extreme service conditions(space or moon environments), the sand-cast and T6 treated GW63 alloys were subjected to thermal cycling treatment which consists of deep cryogenic-elevated temperature cycling treatment(DCET) and deep cryogenic cycling treatment(DCT). Results indicate that there are significant gains in yield strength(YS) and ultimate tensile strength(UTS) of the sand-cast GW63 alloy after DCET, whereas the T6 state alloy undergoes a different variation in mechanical properties. However, no appreciable influence is revealed on the mechanical properties of the tested GW63 alloys after DCT. Meanwhile, the DCT and DCET have no obvious effects on the fracture morphology. The DCT enhances the precipitation kinetics via providing favorable nucleation sites for the precipitation of second phases. The elevated temperature process of DCET plays a crucial role in improving the aging-hardening responses and releasing the stress concentration brought by DCT to a great extent, leading to overcome the obstacle of essential phase transformation. 6Optimization of Four Kinds of Constructed Wetlands Substrate Combination Treating Domestic Sewage显示文摘Based on the static and dynamic experiments, this paper has analyzed the adsorbing capacity for domestic wastewa-ter pollutant (COD, NH4+-N and TP) of four kinds of constructed wetlands substrate which were fly ash, hollow brick crumbs, coal cinder and activated carbon pellets in single and combined condi-tion. In the static experiments, the adsorbing capacity of four sub-strates all grew as the adsorbing dose increased. In adsorbing COD, each substrate’s adsorbing capacity rises with the adsorbing dos-age. Simultaneously, experiments show that all the adsorption of the four kinds of substrate for COD, NH4+-N and TP follows the Freundich Rule. The dynamic experiment demonstrated that the adsorbing capacity of combined substrates is bigger than that of single substrate. Fly ash in combination with small coal cinder adsorbs COD the best, while it takes in NH4+-N and TP the best when working with hollow brick crumbs. The combination of the two raises the removal rates up to 89% and 81% respectively. 7Floc structure and membrane fouling affected by sodium alginate interaction with Al species as model organic pollutants显示文摘Membrane filtration combined with pre-coagulation has advantages in advanced wastewater treatment. As a model of a microbial polysaccharide, research on the effect of sodium alginate(SA) on alum hydrolysis has been rare; therefore, it is necessary to gain insight into the interface interaction between SA molecules and Al species, and the role SA plays during floc formation. In this study, the interaction mechanism between SA and Al species has been investigated, by evaluating the effect of SA on floc characteristics and membrane fouling during coagulation–ultrafiltration with different Al species coagulants(AlCl3 and preformed Al13). Al 2 p X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) confirmed that the complexation of ligands and Al species strongly affects the reaction pathways for Al hydrolysis and the final nature of the flocs, as Al13 can be decomposed into octahedral precipitates when SA is added. The presence of SA can affect floc properties, which have important impacts on the characteristics of the cake layer and membrane fouling. Due to the bridging ability of SA, the floc strength increased by about 50% using Ala, which was much better than preformed Al13, with a percentage increase of only about 6%. 8Molecular insight into electron transfer properties of extracellular polymeric substances of electroactive bacteria by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘Extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) extracted from electroactive bacteria show promising redox activity, but the electron transfer(ET) mechanism of the EPS has been rarely elucidated because of their structural complexity and lack of efficient methodologies. In this study, the charge transfer theory of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS) was applied to evaluate the redox properties of EPS adsorbed on Ni and Ag nanoparticles(NPs). These metal NPs were used to simultaneously magnify Raman signals and reduce/oxidize the redox moieties in EPS. As a result, the ET between EPS and metal NPs was evaluated through the changes in Raman signals. In this regard, we compared the redox activity of EPS extracted from two typical electroactive bacteria(Shewanella oneidensis and Geobacter sulfurreducens) and another two nonelectroactive strains(Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis). Electrochemical measurements show that the electroactive strains have higher redox capabilities than nonelectroactive strains. The SERS analysis shows that the porphyrin present in cytochrome c is the dominating redox moiety in the EPS of electroactive bacteria. 11Flesh quality of hybrid grouper(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀×Epinephelus lanceolatus♂)fed with hydrolyzed porcine mucosasupplemented low fishmeal diet显示文摘Iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipidic diets containing 0%,3%,6%,9%,and 12%hydrolyzed porcine mucosa(namely,HPM0,HPM3,HPM6,HPM9,and HPM12)were prepared to evaluate their effects on the growth performance,muscle nutrition composition,texture property,and gene expression related to muscle growth of hybrid groupers(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus\Epinephelus lanceolatus_).Groupers were fed to apparent satiation at 08:00 and 16:00 every day for a total of 56 days.It was found that the weight gain percentage in the HPM0,HPM3,and HPM6 groups did not differ(P>0.05).The cooking loss and drip loss of the dorsal muscle in the HPM3 group were lower than those in the HPM6 and HPM9 groups(P<0.05).The hardness and chewiness of the dorsal muscle in the HPM3 group were higher than those in the HPM0,HPM9,and HPM12 groups(P<0.05).The gumminess in the HPM3 group was higher than that in the HPM9 and HPM12 groups(P<0.05).The total essential amino acid content of the dorsal muscle in the HPM12 group was higher than that in the HPM0 group(P<0.05).The contents of total n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid and total n-3 highly unsaturated fatty acid,as well as the ratio of n-3/n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid in the dorsal muscle was higher in the HPM0 group than in all other groups(P<0.05).The relative expressions of gene myogenic factor 5,myocyte enhancer factor 2c,myocyte enhancer factor 2a,myosin heavy chain,transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGF-b1),and follistatin(FST)were the highest in the dorsal muscle of the HPM3 group.The results indicated that the growth performance of hybrid grouper fed a diet with 6%HPM and 27%fish meal was as good as that of the HPM0 group.When fish ingested a diet containing 3%HPM,the expression of genes TGF-β1 and FST involved in muscle growth were upregulated,and then the muscle quality related to hardness and chewiness were improved.An appropriate amount of HPM could be better used in grouper feed.Xuanyi Yang Xinyan Zhi Ziling Song Guanghui Wang Xumin Zhao Shuyan Chi Beiping Tan 2022Animal Nutrition2022,,1:2
