| 1 | 儿童恶性疟疾128例临床分析显示文摘目的探讨儿童恶性疟疾的临床特点。方法主要采用描述性流行病学方法对患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结128例儿童恶性疟疾的主要临床表现、实验室检查结果、治疗方案及疗效。结果儿童恶性疟疾病例中出现发热、虚弱、呕吐和咳嗽症状的比例分别为99.23%、76.56%、54.69%和55.47%;出现脾肿大、贫血貌和肝肿大的比例分别是93.75%、84.38%和46.09%;17.97%的病例并发支气管炎或肺炎。128例儿童恶性疟疾病例的治愈率达99.23%。结论儿童恶性疟疾以发热、虚弱、呕吐和咳嗽为最主要临床症状,肝、脾肿大及贫血貌是最主要体征,支气管炎或肺炎是最主要并发症,以青蒿素类药物为基础的复方或联合用药疗效确切。 | 陈华庚 童美容 Dorotea Beca | 2013 | 右江民族医学院学报2013，35，2： | 2 |

| 17 | p-mTOR在腔面型乳腺癌中的表达及其与患者预后的关系显示文摘哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白通路蛋白( p-mTOR )是PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路中重要的靶向蛋白,调控许多重要的循环通路,包括蛋白质合成、细胞增殖、存活及自噬等。本文采用组织芯片及免疫组化法探讨p-mTOR在乳腺癌中的表达及其与不同分子表型的乳腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。作者对331例乳腺癌免疫组化结果进行了回顾性的分析,结果显示,145例乳腺癌患者 p-mTOR表达阳性(43.8%),其表达与肿瘤直径较小(〈2 cm)及肿瘤呈低级别相关(P〈0.001)。此外,Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,p-mTOR在腔面型( Lunimal)乳腺癌中的高表达预示无病生存率和总生存率更长( P〈0.001),多变量Cox分析进一步证实了p-mTOR的表达不仅是独立的无病生存率及总生存率因素( P=0.002),而且在Luminal乳腺癌是独立于肿瘤大小、分级、淋巴结是否转移及 HER-2是否过表达等情况。但是 p-mTOR表达与患者预后的独立关系以及是否可以作为Luni-mal乳腺癌预后的标志物,仍有待于进一步分析。 | Beca F Andre R Martins D S 罗丹 余英豪 | 2015 | 临床与实验病理学杂志2015，31，5： | 1 |
