1Comprehensive analysis of NAC transcription factors and their expression during fruit spine development in cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.)显示文摘The cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)is an important vegetable crop worldwide,and fruit trichomes or spines are an important trait for external fruit quality.The mechanisms underlying spine formation are not well understood,but the plant-specific NAC family of transcription factors may play important roles in fruit spine initiation and development.In this study,we conducted a genome-wide survey and identified 91 NAC gene homologs in the cucumber genome.Clustering analysis classified these genes into six subfamilies;each contained a varying number of NAC family members with a similar intron–exon structure and conserved motifs.Quantitative real-time PCR analysis revealed tissue-specific expression patterns of these genes,including 10 and 12 that exhibited preferential expression in the stem and fruit,respectively.Thirteen of the 91 NAC genes showed higher expression in the wild-type plant than in its near-isogenic trichome mutant,suggesting their important roles in fruit spine development.Exogenous application of four plant hormones promoted spine formation and increased spine density on the cucumber fruits;several NAC genes showed differential expression over time in response to phytohormone treatments on cucumber fruit,implying their essential roles in fruit-trichome development.Among the NAC genes identified,12 were found to be targets of 13 known cucumber micro-RNAs.Collectively,these findings provide a useful resource for further analysis of the interactions between NAC genes and genes underlying trichome organogenesis and development during fruit spine development in cucumber.Xingwang Liu Ting wang Ezra Bartholomew Kezia Black Mingming Dong Yaqi Zhang Sen Yang Yanling Cai Shudan Xue Yiqun Weng Huazhong Ren 2018Horticulture Research2018,5,1:10
2玉树地震地表破裂特征及其破裂方式显示文摘北京时间2010年4月14日玉树Ms7.1级地震产生了长约50km的地表破裂带,地表破裂系统非常典型。本文通过对果庆益荣松多村附近河滩与结古镇西南河道两岸2个地表破裂点的野外观测和地表破裂的力学分析,探讨玉树地震地表破裂特征和方式。在果庆益荣松多村附近河滩地表破裂与地震陡坎呈间隔式左行右阶排列,具转换压缩性质;在结古镇西南河道北岸主地表破裂带中地表破裂非常发育,出露一处古断层面。地表破裂的野外调查与应力分析结果表明,玉树地震同震地表破裂带总体走向为125°,属于典型的左行走滑破裂带,最大左行走滑位移量1.75m,主压应力为近东西向,这一结果与美国地质调查局和中国地震局地震地球物理研究所公布的结果基本一致。程丰 李德威 Jerry Bartholomew 罗文行 2012大地构造与成矿学2012,36,1:8
3Re–Os Dating of Bitumen from Paleo–Oil Reservoir in the Qinglong Antimony Deposit, Guizhou Province, China and Its Geological Significance显示文摘Abundant organic inclusions are present in the Qinglong antimony deposit. However, the source rocks of these organic matters have not been reliably identified. Recently, a paleo–oil reservoir was found in the Qinglong antimony deposit. In view of similar components of gaseous hydrocarbon, we propose that the organic matters observed in inclusions in Qinglong antimony deposit would come from this paleo–oil reservoir. We used the Re–Os dating method to determine the age of the bitumen from this paleo–oil reservoir, and obtained an isochron age of 254.3±2.8 Ma. The age indicates that the oilgeneration from source rock occurred in the early Late Permian, earlier than the Sb mineralization age(~148±8.5 Ma) in the Qinglong antimony deposit area. After oil generation from Devonian source rock, first and secondary migration, the crude oil have probably entered into the fractures and pores of volcanic rocks and limestone and formed a paleo–oil reservoir in the western wing of Dachang anticline. As burial process deepened, the crude oil has turned into natural gas, migrates into the core of Dachang anticline and formed a paleo–gas reservoir. The hydrocarbons(including CH_4) in the reservoirs can serve as reducing agent to provide the sulfur required for Sb mineralization through thermal chemical reduction of sulfates. 4高黎贡山兰花的多样性显示文摘对高黎贡山兰科植物的生物地理学和多样性进行了研究。 1 兰科是高黎贡山种子植物中最大的科 ,包括 75属 2 6 5种。 2 高黎贡山兰花起源于新、旧世界的热带和温带 ,热带属占6 0 % (4 5属 ) ,温带属占 38 6 7% (2 9属 ) ,包括 2个云南特有属。但是 ,高黎贡山兰科植物与地中海地区和中亚地区的联系十分微弱。 3 高黎贡山的兰花以地生兰为主。这里 ,57 33%(4 3属 )为地生兰 ,而附生兰和腐生兰仅分别为 31属和 3属。 4 兰花物种的分布区式样表明 :高黎贡山兰花以温带兰为主 :温带兰占总种数的 6 9 4 3% (184种 ) ,包括东亚成分即滇西高黎贡山 -东喜马拉雅分布的种和中国西南部特有种 ,它们是高黎贡山兰花区系的核心。 5 高黎贡山兰科的特有现象在于 :1)具有云南二个特有属 :蜂腰兰Bulleyia和反唇兰Smithorchis;2 )有高黎贡山特有种 2 1个 ,如泸水兜兰Paphiopedilummarkianum ,贡山风兰Cymbidiumgongsha nense ,贡山贝母兰Coelogynegongshanense ,热带附生兰———万带兰亚科在高黎贡山没有形成特有种 ;3)高黎贡山北段的特有种比南段丰富 :贡山有 14种 ,腾冲仅有 4种 ;海拔 180 0~ 2 10 0m的梯度带特有种最多 (13种 ) ;4 )高黎贡山有云南特有种 10种 ,其中小花槽舌兰Holcoglos sumjunceum是一个热带种 。李恒 Bruce BARTHOLOMEW 1999植物分类与资源学报1999,32,S1:5
