4高时间分辨力MR电影成像对机械性室壁收缩不同步的检出显示文摘研究目的是评价高时间分辨力MR电影成像(HTRC—MRI)在左束支传导阻滞(LBBB)的病人中检出和量化机械性室壁收缩不同步的可行性。32例病人中,17例存在LBBB,15例无LBBB,采用HTRC—MRI将室壁间和室壁内的延迟进行量化。对于存在LBBB的病人,HTRC—MRI观察到的延迟与采用脉冲式多普勒心电仪(PW—Echo)和组织多普勒成像(TDI—Echo)的心电图的参数具有相关性。存在LBBB的病人由HTRC—MRI观察到的室壁间延迟为(110±50)ms,而无LBBB的病人为(-1±18)ms(P〈0.0001)。K.
