6Correlation between the transdermal characteristics of pseudoephedrine and amygdalin in majiepingchuan in vitro显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To analyze the transdermal profile of pseudoephedrine and amygdalin in the Traditional Chinese Medicine majiepingchuan in rat skin and to reveal their interaction.METHODS: A Franz diffusion cell was used in vitro to evaluate the transdermal parameters of cumulative transdermal flux(Q_(tot)), cumulative transmission(T_(tot)), and mean penetration rate(Kp) of pseudoephedrine and amygdalin in majiepingchuan. 7Analysis of the Degree of Convenience of Xi'an Metro Station显示文摘Urban subways have developed rapidly in recent years and has gradually become the primary choice of public transportation in big cities.Subways can effectively alleviate urban traffic congestion and improve passengers’green travel experience,especially in the old urban areas where urban space is limited,community facilities are aging and historical features are gathered.Subways play a huge role in guiding the expansion of urban space form and improving urban landscape environment.As the only channel for passengers to get in and out of the station,the subway entrance and exit act as a bridge.It is not only the transition space between the subway station space and the urban above ground space,but also an important node for the exchange and circulation of various elements in the urban space.In this paper,the influencing factors of subway entrance and exit space environments in the old city were investigated,and relevant basis for future planning,design,and construction of subway entrances and exits were provided.Firstly,the research results and shortcomings of subway entrance and exit channels were outlined.Secondly,based on the perspective of residents and passengers,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine six first-class evaluation indexes,including safety,convenience,practicability and aesthetics.This paper constructs the evaluation system of spatial environment index of subway station entrances and exits in the old urban area of Xi’an.Lastly,according to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward the targeted optimization strategies for the current situation of the entrance and exit space environment of the subway stations in the Xi’an.Baoping Zeng Yonggang Li Wanglong Jia Hengbo Luo 2022Journal of Architectural Research and Development2022,6,5:0
8Dispersal patterns in Yunnan snub-nosed monkeys显示文摘Sex-biased dispersal is common in group-living animals.Due to differences in local demographic and environmental factors,sex-biased dispersal presents many irregular patterns.In this study,a habituated,individually identified Yunnan snub-nosed monkey Rhinopithecus bieti group was observed over 9 years;192 dispersal events,including 97 male dispersal events(25 natal dispersal and 72 secondary dispersal)and 95 female dispersal events(34 natal dispersal and 61 secondary dispersal)were observed.Males and females showed different dispersal paths,dispersal ages,and dispersal patterns.Females had 2 dispersal paths,whereas males had 4 paths.In terms of age of dispersal,the male age of natal dispersal was younger than for females.Males prefer single dispersal,whereas females prefer parallel dispersal.Our study indicates that the dispersal pattern of R.bieti should be classified as a bisexual dispersal pattern.The differences in dispersal path,average age at dispersal,and dispersal path pattern indicate that Yunnan snub-nosed monkeys may still retain a loose matrilineal social system.Wancai XIA Fan WANG Dali WANG Xiaoqin ZENG Chan YANG Ali KRZTON Baoping REN Dayong LI 2022Current Zoology2022,68,3:0
