1A hybrid machine learning ensemble approach based on a Radial Basis Function neural network and Rotation Forest for landslide susceptibility modeling:A case study in the Himalayan area, India显示文摘In this paper, a hybrid machine learning ensemble approach namely the Rotation Forest based Radial Basis Function(RFRBF) neural network is proposed for spatial prediction of landslides in part of the Himalayan area(India). The proposed approach is an integration of the Radial Basis Function(RBF) neural network classifier and Rotation Forest ensemble, which are state-of-the art machine learning algorithms for classification problems. For this purpose, a spatial database of the study area was established that consists of 930 landslide locations and fifteen influencing parameters(slope angle, road density, curvature, land use, distance to road, plan curvature, lineament density, distance to lineaments, rainfall,distance to river, profile curvature, elevation, slope aspect, river density, and soil type). Using the database, training and validation datasets were generated for constructing and validating the model. Performance of the model was assessed using the Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC) curve, area under the ROC curve(AUC), statistical analysis methods, and the Chi square test. In addition, Logistic Regression(LR), Multi-layer Perceptron Neural Networks(MLP Neural Nets), Na(?)ve Bayes(NB), and the hybrid model of Rotation Forest and Decision Trees(RFDT) were selected for comparison. 2Nitrogen-doped fluorescence carbon dots as multi-mechanism detection for iodide and curcumin in biological and food samples显示文摘Iodine ion is one of the most indispensable anions in living organisms,particularly being an important substance for the synthesis of thyroid hormones.Curcumin is a yellow-orange polyphenol compound derived from the rhizome of Curcuma longa L.,which has been commonly used as a spice and natural coloring agent,food additives,cosmetics as well as Chinese medicine.However,excess curcumin may cause DNA inactivation,lead to a decrease in intracellular ATP levels,and trigger the tissue necrosis.Therefore,quantitative detection of iodine and curcumin is of great significance in the fields of food and life sciences.Herein,we develop nitrogen-doped fluorescent carbon dots(NCDs)as a multi-mechanism detection for iodide and curcumin in actual complex biological and food samples,which was prepared by a one-step solid-phase synthesis using tartaric acid and urea as precursors without adding any other reagents.An assembled NCDs-Hg^(2+) fluorescence-enhanced sensor for the quantitative detection of I^(-) was established based on a fluorescence“turn-off-on”mechanism in a linear range of 0.3-15μM with a detection limit of 69.4 nM and successfully quantified trace amounts of I^(-) in water samples and urine sample.Meanwhile,the as-synthesized NCDs also can be used as a fluorescent quenched sensor for curcumin detection based on the synergistic internal filtration effect(IFE)and static quenching,achieving a good linear range of 0.1-20μM with a satisfactory detection limit of 29.8 nM.These results indicate that carbon dots are potential sensing materials for iodine and curcumin detection for the good of our health.Xiaodan Tang Hongmei Yu Brian Bui Lingyun Wang Christina Xing Shaoyan Wang Mingli Chen Zhizhi Hu Wei Chen 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,6:11
3监控系统中的多摄像机协同(英文)显示文摘描述了一个用于室内场合对多个目标进行跟踪的分布式监控系统 .该系统由多个廉价的固定镜头的摄像机构成 ,具有多个摄像机处理模块和一个中央模块用于协调摄像机间的跟踪任务 .由于每个运动目标有可能被多个摄像机同时跟踪 ,因此如何选择最合适的摄像机对某一目标跟踪 ,特别是在系统资源紧张时 ,成为一个问题 .提出的新算法能根据目标与摄像机之间的距离并考虑到遮挡的情况 ,把目标分配给相应的摄像机 ,因此在遮挡出现时 ,系统能把遮挡的目标分配给能看见目标并距离最近的那个摄像机 .实验表明该系统能协调好多个摄像机进行目标跟踪 。Nam T. 4Genetic variants of interferon regulatory factor 5 associated with chronic hepatitis B infection显示文摘AIM To investigate possible effects of IRF5 polymorphisms in the 3' UTR region of the IFR5 locus on susceptibilityto hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection and progression of liver diseases among clinically classified Vietnamese patients.METHODS Four IFR5 SNPs(rs13242262 A/T, rs77416878 C/T, rs10488630 A/G, and rs2280714 T/C) were genotyped in clinically classified HBV patients [chronic hepatitis B(CHB). n = 99; liver cirrhosis(LC), n = 131; hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), n = 149] and in 242 healthy controls by direct sequencing and Taq Man realtime PCR assays. RESULTS Comparing patients and controls, no significant association was observed for the four IFR5 variants. However, the alleles rs13242262 T and rs10488630 G contributed to an increased risk of liver cirrhosis(LC vs CHB: OR = 1.5, 95%CI: 1.1-2.3, adjusted P = 0.04; LC vs CHB: OR = 1.7, 95%CI: 1.1-2.6, adjusted P = 0.019). Haplotype IRF5*TCGT constructed from 4 SNPs was observed frequently in LC compared to CHB patients(OR = 2.1, 95%CI: 1.2-3.3, adjusted P = 0.008). Haplotype IRF5*TCAT occurred rather among CHB patients than in the other HBV patient groups(LC vs CHB: OR = 0.4, 95%CI: 0.2-0.8, adjusted P = 0.03; HCC vs CHB: OR = 0.3, 95%CI: 0.15-0.7, adjusted P = 0.003). The IRF5*TCAT haplotype was also associated with increased levels of ALT, AST and bilirubin. 5不同薏苡品种光合特性及其与氮素利用效率的关系显示文摘为明确薏苡品种的光合特性及与氮素利用效率间的关系。2015年早季和晚季,分别以从大田试验中筛选出来的氮素利用效率较高和较低品种各2个为材料进行盆栽试验,在分蘖期、抽穗期和成熟期测定功能叶片光合速率及叶绿素荧光参数,抽穗期测定顶部4片功能叶的光合速率,成熟期测定氮素积累量和氮素利用效率。结果表明,氮高效品种西林1号(XL)与黔饮1号(QL)早季和晚季成熟期单株氮素吸收量平均分别比氮低效品种隆林1号(LL)与品种10号(CU)高125.5%和96.0%,其氮素利用效率平均比品种LL与CU分别高出17.7%和18.0%,品种间差异显著。氮高效品种在分蘖期、抽穗期和成熟期功能叶片的光合速率和叶绿素含量均明显高于氮低效品种。同时,氮高效品种在分蘖期后的光合速率、叶绿素含量衰减速率比氮低效品种小。不同品种在分蘖期、抽穗期和成熟期功能叶片的叶绿素荧光参数及抽穗期顶部4片功能叶光合速率也存在一定的差异,但品种间的变化规律不明显。综上所述,氮高效薏苡品种各生育期功能叶片的光合速率和叶绿素含量较高,其中后期光合速率及叶绿素含量衰减较慢。薏苡品种氮素利用效率与功能叶片的叶绿素荧光参数及顶部4片功能叶光合速率的变化没有显著的相关关系。Nghiem Tien Chung 江立庚 孔飞扬 Bui Ngoc Anh 2018中国农业大学学报2018,23,11:8
6生命质量8条简明量表中文版在糖尿病患者生命质量测量中的应用显示文摘目的探讨生命质量8条简明量表(SF-8)中文版用于糖尿病患者健康相关生命质量评价的可行性,为糖尿病患者生命质量的研究中使用SF-8量表作为测量工具提供依据。方法于2015年11-12月选取在天津市8家医院就诊的5662例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查(包括性别、年龄和糖尿病相关资料等)和体格检查(身高、体重、腰围和臀围),并采用SF-8量表对患者进行生命质量测评。用R语言3.3.3进行统计描述,计算克朗巴赫α系数(Cronbach’sα),进行Spearman相关分析和因子分析。结果本次调查SF-8量表的Cronbach’sα为0.909。Spearman分析结果显示,整体健康情况(GH)、生理功能情况(PF)、生理职能情况(RP)、疼痛情况(BP)、活力(VT)、社交功能情况(SF)、情感职能情况(RE)和精神健康情况(MH)各维度得分与总分均呈现正相关,相关系数分别为0.682、0.798、0.801、0.717、0.764、0.808、0.806和0.802。因子分析提取出1个公因子(特征值为4.52),其累计方差贡献率为56.4%。结论将SF-8量表用于评价中国糖尿病患者健康相关生命质量具有较好的信度和效度,可为临床医生制定糖尿病治疗方案提供参考依据,从而提高糖尿病患者的生命质量。赵浩佐 韩朵兰 高飞 王旭颖 BUI THI HUYEN DIEU 李长平 崔壮 刘媛媛 马骏 2018中国慢性病预防与控制2018,26,5:8
7A basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor, PhFBH4, regulates flower senescence by modulating ethylene biosynthesis pathway in petunia显示文摘The basic helix-loop-helix(bHLH)transcription factors(TFs)play important roles in regulating multiple biological processes in plants.However,there are few reports about the function of bHLHs in flower senescence.In this study,a bHLH TF,PhFBH4,was found to be dramatically upregulated during flower senescence.Transcription of PhFBH4 is induced by plant hormones and abiotic stress treatments.Silencing of PhFBH4 using virus-induced gene silencing or an antisense approach extended flower longevity,while transgenic petunia flowers with an overexpression construct showed a reduction in flower lifespan.Abundance of transcripts of senescence-related genes(SAG12,SAG29)was significantly changed in petunia PhFBH4 transgenic flowers.Furthermore,silencing or overexpression of PhFBH4 reduced or increased,respectively,transcript abundances of important ethylene biosynthesis-related genes,ACS1 and ACO1,thereby influencing ethylene production.An electrophoretic mobility shift assay showed that the PhFBH4 protein physically interacted with the G-box cis-element in the promoter of ACS1,suggesting that ACS1 was a direct target of the PhFBH4 protein.In addition,ectopic expression of this gene altered plant development including plant height,internode length,and size of leaves and flowers,accompanied by alteration of transcript abundance of the gibberellin biosynthesis-related gene GA2OX3.Our results indicate that PhFBH4 plays an important role in regulating plant growth and development through modulating the ethylene biosynthesis pathway.Jing Yin Xiaoxiao Chang Takao Kasuga Mai Bui Michael S Reid Cai-Zhong Jiang 2015Horticulture Research2015,2,1:7
8基于离心模型试验的高强度桩复合地基桩间距效应分析显示文摘针对客运专线在软土和松软土地基处理中大规模采用高强度桩复合地基技术的应用情况,进行路堤荷载作用下不同桩间距的离心模型试验,分析桩间距的变化对高强度桩复合地基的荷载传递、破坏特点、桩土应力及垫层拉筋受力、地基沉降变形等工程特性的影响。试验数据表明:桩间距由3倍增至6倍桩径,高强度桩复合地基的沉降变形、桩土应力及比值、垫层拉筋受力等力学响应增大明显;随着桩间距的加大,高强度桩复合地基的桩顶和桩间土承受的应力均大幅提高,桩间距大于或等于5倍桩径后,桩顶垫层和桩间土先后达到极限状态,将产生显著的桩顶刺入变形和桩间土横向挤出变形,复合地基整体结构处于不稳定状态;垫层拉筋的受力沿横截面呈M形分布,峰值出现在两侧路肩附近位置的下方,与地基发生变形破坏的位置有较好的一致性。BUI PHU DOANH 罗强 张良 苏兴 2009铁道学报2009,31,6:7

10Prediction of flyrock distance induced by mine blasting using a novel Harris Hawks optimization-based multi-layer perceptron neural network显示文摘In mining or construction projects,for exploitation of hard rock with high strength properties,blasting is frequently applied to breaking or moving them using high explosive energy.However,use of explosives may lead to the flyrock phenomenon.Flyrock can damage structures or nearby equipment in the surrounding areas and inflict harm to humans,especially workers in the working sites.Thus,prediction of flyrock is of high importance.In this investigation,examination and estimation/forecast of flyrock distance induced by blasting through the application of five artificial intelligent algorithms were carried out.One hundred and fifty-two blasting events in three open-pit granite mines in Johor,Malaysia,were monitored to collect field data.The collected data include blasting parameters and rock mass properties.Site-specific weathering index(WI),geological strength index(GSI) and rock quality designation(RQD)are rock mass properties.Multi-layer perceptron(MLP),random forest(RF),support vector machine(SVM),and hybrid models including Harris Hawks optimization-based MLP(known as HHO-MLP) and whale optimization algorithm-based MLP(known as WOA-MLP) were developed.The performance of various models was assessed through various performance indices,including a10-index,coefficient of determination(R^(2)),root mean squared error(RMSE),mean absolute percentage error(MAPE),variance accounted for(VAF),and root squared error(RSE).The a10-index values for MLP,RF,SVM,HHO-MLP and WOA-MLP are 0.953,0.933,0.937,0.991 and 0.972,respectively.R^(2) of HHO-MLP is 0.998,which achieved the best performance among all five machine learning(ML) models.Bhatawdekar Ramesh Murlidhar Hoang Nguyen Jamal Rostami XuanNam Bui Danial Jahed Armaghani Prashanth Ragam Edy Tonnizam Mohamad 2021Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2021,13,6:6
11Robust iterative learning control for nonlinear systems with measurement disturbances显示文摘The iterative learning control (ILC) has been demon-strated to be capable of considerably improving the tracking perfor-mance of systems which are affected by the iteration-independent disturbance. However, the achievable performance is greatly degraded when iteration-dependent, stochastic disturbances are pre-sented. This paper considers the robustness of the ILC algorithm for the nonlinear system in presence of stochastic measurement disturbances. The robust convergence of the P-type ILC algorithm is firstly addressed, and then an improved ILC algorithm with a decreasing gain is proposed. Theoretical analyses show that the proposed algorithm can guarantee that the tracking error of the nonlinear system tends to zero in presence of measurement dis-turbances. 12单中心107例骨原发血管源性肿瘤临床病理分析显示文摘目的 探讨骨原发血管源性肿瘤的临床病理特征及诊断要点。方法 回顾性分析北京积水潭医院单中心107例骨原发血管源性肿瘤临床、影像学、组织学及免疫表型特点。结果 107例骨原发血管源性肿瘤中男性65例,女性42例,其中70例普通血管瘤,19例上皮样血管内皮细胞瘤,13例血管肉瘤,2例Kaposi型血管内皮细胞瘤,1例上皮样血管瘤,1例假肌源性血管内皮细胞瘤,1例Gorhams病。患者年龄3~80岁(平均39岁),接近50%血管源性肿瘤位于中轴骨及骨盆,18例为多发。影像学表现以溶骨性改变为主,可以伴不同程度的周围硬化。普通血管瘤由于形态学特点可以直接诊断,部分非普通血管瘤病例需做免疫组化证实。92%病例CD31呈阳性(33/36)和83%病例CD34呈阳性(30/36)。结论 骨原发血管源性肿瘤在中国人群中发病率与西方国家相似,血管瘤、上皮样血管内皮细胞瘤和血管肉瘤是其主要亚型。结合影像学和病理形态学特点及免疫表型,有利于骨原发血管源性肿瘤诊断。丁宜 Bui Marilyn 孙晶 董荣芳 李远 宫丽华 孟淑琴 黄啸原 2016临床与实验病理学杂志2016,32,7:6
13越南西北部Posen花岗岩锆石U-Pb年龄和Hf同位素组成特征显示文摘本文报道出露于越南西北部的Posen花岗岩岩体锆石U-Pb年龄和Hf同位素组成特征,讨论岩石成因和该地区新元古代岩浆作用的大地构造意义。分析3个花岗岩样品获得723Ma至760Ma的锆石U-Pb年龄,表明花岗岩形成于新元古代。该花岗岩的锆石Hf同位素组成有较大的变化范围,ε_(Hf)(t)值变化范围为-16.1至+3.4,单阶段Hf模式年龄为1186~1945Ma,暗示Posen花岗岩有着复杂的源区物源组成。在误差范围内,锆石两阶段Hf同位素模式年龄值主要集中在2.0~2.1Ga,与两阶段Nd同位素模式年龄值2.1~2.2Ga一致,说明花岗岩体主要由古元古代地壳物质部分熔融形成的。部分锆石颗粒具有正ε_(Hf)(t)值,可能指示花岗岩岩浆形成过程中存在壳-幔混合相互作用。在越南西北部发育新元古代岩浆作用可能与扬子板块广泛发育的、伴随Rodinia超大陆裂解过程的岩浆活动存在成因的联系,也揭示越南西北部地体可能与扬子板块具有亲缘关系,因此,可以推断马江断裂带应该代表印支板块和华南板块之间的古特提斯缝合带在越南西北部的延伸。HIEU PhamTrung 陈福坤 祝禧艳 王伟 NGUYEN ThiBichThuy BUI MinhTam NGUYEN QuangLuat 2009岩石学报2009,25,12:5
14Mechanism of Japanese encephalitis virus genotypes replacement based on human,porcine and mosquito-originated cell lines model显示文摘Objective:To examine the multiplication efficiency Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)genotype Ⅰ(G Ⅰ) and genotype Ⅲ(GⅢ) of different cell lines which originated from human,porcine,mosquitoes in order to prove mechanism of JEV G Ⅰ replacement JEV GⅢ since it emerging in nature recent decades.Methods:The mixture of Gi and GⅢ JEV isolates was inoculated on human rhabdomyosarcoma(RD).pig kidney epithelial(PS) and Aedes albopictus C6/36 clone(C6/36) which originated from human,porcine and mosquitoes,respectively.Plaque assays were performed to calculate virus titer and real-time RT-PCR with GⅠand GⅢspecific primer sets to quantify the number of GⅠ and GUI RNA copies.Results:The highest virus titer reached at the 3rd day of post infection when G Ⅰand GⅢ mixture was inoculated on RD and PS and that of C636 was at the 4^(th)day.JEVs were amplified and maintained by C6/36 cells after 10 passages whereas that by RD and PS only limited within 8 and 6 passages,respectively.GⅠ strain amplified and maintained more efficiently on C6/36 and PS but not RD.whereas GⅢ strain amplified and maintained more efficiently on RD.Conclusions:There is a correlation between the multiplication efficiency of GⅠ and GⅢ JEV strains when these two genotype strains co-infected on different cell lines with the predominance of GⅠstrains in C6/36 and PS and the limited detection of G 1 strains in RD cells proving a possible mechanism of shift JEV genotypes in nature recent decades since GⅠ emerging.Loan Phuong Do Trang Minh Bui Nga Thi Phan 2016Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2016,9,4:5

16基于离心模型试验的高强度桩复合地基桩帽效应分析显示文摘桩帽的设置及其覆盖率的变化对高强度桩复合地基的工程特性影响巨大,对桩帽尺寸的合理设计是实现高强度桩–桩间土–加筋垫层协调承载和变形控制的技术关键。结合某铁路新建双线段(v≥200 km/h)现场软基处理工点的具体情况,进行了4组设置桩帽的高强度桩复合地基离心模型试验,测试了地基变形、桩身应变、桩帽顶面及桩间土压力、垫层拉筋受力等数据。试验数据表明:①在桩顶设置桩帽能有效发挥高强度桩的承载能力,调整桩和桩间土的荷载分配,提高地基的稳定性;②在桩间距不变的条件下,地基变形、垫层拉筋受力、桩帽顶面及桩间土压力等随桩帽覆盖率的提高而减小,桩土应力比则增加;③垫层拉筋受力沿路基横截面基本呈M型对称分布,峰值出现在左右路肩附近位置,与地基的剪切破坏位置有较好的一致性。BUI Phu Doanh 罗强 张良 2008岩土工程学报2008,30,8:4
17Coverage Optimization of LTE Networks Based on Antenna Tilt Adjusting Considering Network Load显示文摘In this paper,we investigate the coverage optimization for LTE networks considering the network load. The network coverage is defined as the number of served users of evolved Node B(eNB)which is determined by e NBs' antenna tilt angles(ATA). The coverage is optimized by optimizing the number of served users based on the Modified Particle Swarm Optimization(MPSO)algorithm. Simulation results show that both the number of served users by each e NB and the system throughput are significantly increased. 18Genetic diversity in two threatened species in Vietnam:Taxus chinensis and Taxus wallichiana显示文摘Taxus chinensis and T. wallichiana in have been threatened in their distribution areas in recent decades because of their over-exploitation and reduction and destruction of native habitats. Determining the genetic diversity in populations of the two species will provide guidelines for their protection and preservation. Two hundred and fifteen trees from six populations of T. chinensis and150 sampled trees of T. wallichiana were sampled. Six microsatellite primer pairs selected from 16 primer pairs were used to investigate genetic variation at the population and species levels. Five yielded polymorphic alleles, and among the 13 putative alleles amplified, 11 were polymorphic(accounting for 76.33 %).Shannon's information index(I) and percentage of polymorphic bands(PPB)(I = 0.202 and PPB = 67.22 % for T. chinensis; I = 0.217 and PPB = 65.03 % for T. wallichiana). Both species had low levels of genetic diversity(mean H_o= 0.107, H_e= 0.121 for T. chinensis; H_o= 0.095, H_e= 0.109 for T. wallichiana). Genetic differentiation among populations was higher(FST= 0.189) for T. chinensis and lower(0.156) for T.wallichiana, indicating limited gene flow(Nm) among populations for T. chinensis(0.68) and T. wallichiana(0.65).Variation among individuals of T. chinensis was 63.59 and73.12 % for T. wallichiana. Thus, the threatened status of the two conifers is related to a lack of genetic diversity. All populations are isolated in small forest remnants. In this paper, the authors survey measures of robustness like the average path length, the average clustering coefficient, the global efficiency, the size of largest cluster and use these to analyze the robustness of the bus network in Hanoi, Vietnam. The authors find that the bus network is robust against random failure but sensitive to targeted attack, in agreement with its scale-free character. By examining sharp drops in the average path length within the largest cluster of the Hanoi bus network under successive targeted attack, the authors identify five nodes whose loss lead to the fragmentation of the network into five or six disconnected clusters. These isolated clusters represent geographically the Central, Western, Southern, and Northwestern districts of Hanoi. 20Predicting roof displacement of roadways in underground coal mines using adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system optimized by various physics-based optimization algorithms显示文摘Due to the rapid industrialization and the development of the economy in each country,the demand for energy is increasing rapidly.The coal mines have to pace up the mining operations with large production to meet the energy demand.This requirement has led underground coal mines to go deeper with more difficult conditions,especially the mining hazards,such as large deformations,rockburst,coal burst,roof collapse,to name a few.Therefore,this study aims at investigating and predicting the stability of the roadways in underground coal mines exploited by longwall mining method,using various novel intelligent techniques based on physics-based optimization algorithms(i.e.multi-verse optimizer(MVO),equilibrium optimizer(EO),simulated annealing(SA),and Henry gas solubility optimization(HGSO)) and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS),named as MVO-ANFIS,EO-ANFIS,SA-ANFIS and HGSOANFIS models.Accordingly,162 roof displacement events were investigated based on the characteristics of surrounding rocks,such as cohesion,Young’s modulus,density,shear strength,angle of internal friction,uniaxial compressive strength,quench durability index,rock mass rating,and tensile strength.The MVO-ANFIS,EO-ANFIS,SA-ANFIS and HGSO-ANFIS models were then developed and evaluated based on this dataset for predicting roof displacements in roadways of underground mines.The results indicated that the proposed intelligent techniques could accurately predict the roof displacements in roadways of underground mines with an accuracy in the range of 83%-92%.Remarkably,the SA-ANFIS model yielded the most dominant accuracy(i.e.92%).Based on the accurate predictions from the proposed techniques,the reinforced solutions can be timely suggested to ensure the stability of roadways during exploiting coal,especially in the underground coal mines exploited by the longwall mining.Chengyu Xie Hoang Nguyen Xuan-Nam Bui Van-Thieu Nguyen Jian Zhou 2021Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2021,13,6:4
