1不同生态型芦苇种群对盐胁迫的生长和光合特性显示文摘土壤盐渍化是影响我国土壤利用效率的主要因素之一,芦苇是改良土壤盐渍化的良好实验材料,但芦苇有着多种的生态型,比较各生态型芦苇的耐盐差异成为亟待解决的问题。通过设置淡水(0.00%)与加盐(质量浓度2.00%)处理控制实验,测量芦苇的生长指标和光合指标,比较河口型芦苇与内陆型芦苇耐盐性,寻找合适生态型的芦苇作为改良土壤盐渍化的生物材料。在实验中,与淡水条件相比,加盐(2.00%)处理条件下,河口型芦苇和内陆型芦苇的株高(height)、蒸腾速率(E)均显著性下降,但是两种生态型的芦苇的水分利用效率(WUE)明显提高;河口型的芦苇相对生长速率(RGR)和气孔导度(Gs)都明显高于内陆型芦苇。在淡水环境中,河口型芦苇的相对生长速率(RGR)和净光合速率(A)都显著性地高于内陆型芦苇。结果表明两种生态型的芦苇在进化过程中存在一定程度上的分化,盐胁迫会抑制两种芦苇的生长,两种生态型芦苇的相对生长速率和气孔导度在盐胁迫下出现明显地差异,表明两种生态型的芦苇对盐度的响应机制有所差异。相比于内陆型芦苇,河口型芦苇有着更强的耐盐性,内陆型及河口型芦苇的表型性状差异主要是由于其原生境的差异所决定的。许振伟 宋慧佳 李明燕 张廷靖 郭霄 FRANZISKA Eller HANS Brix 杜宁 侯文轩 郭卫华 2019生态学报2019,39,2:21
2Effects of 3 months of full-court and half-court street basketball training on health profile in untrained men显示文摘Purpose: The aim of the present study was to investigate whether street basketball organized as 3 v 3 on either a half court(HC) with 1 basket or a full court(FC) with 2 baskets could improve fitness and health profiles of untrained men after 3 months of supervised training.Methods: Thirty-five untrained men(aged 20—42 years) completed the pre-and post-intervention testing(FC: n = 13, HC: n = 12, CO(control):n = 10). The training attendance was 2.0 ± 0.4 and 1.9 ± 0.3 times per week in FC and HC, respectively. Mean heart rate(HR) was 83.8 ± 6.0 percent of maximal heart rate(%HR_(max)) and 84.5 ± 2.9 %HR_(max) in FC and HC, respectively.Results: The 3 months of street basketball training on an FC with 2 baskets increased maximal oxygen uptake(2.4 mL/min/kg(95% confidence interval(CI): 1.0—3.9)), time to exhaustion(47 s(95%CI: 26—67)), lean body mass(0.8 kg(95%CI: 0.1—1.5)), and bone mineral density(0.021 g/cm^2(95%CI: 0.011—0.031)), whereas mean arterial pressure(—5.6 mm Hg(95%CI: —7.5 to 3.7)), body fat percentage(—1.6%,(95%CI: —2.5 to —0.7)), heart rate(—18 bpm(95%CI: —24 to —12)), and blood lactate(median: —1.4 mmol/L(interquartile range: —1.5 to —0.6)) during submaximal running were lowered. 3The Epigenetic Reprogramming Roadmap in Generation of iPSCs from Somatic Cells显示文摘Reprogramming of somatic cells to induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs) is a comprehensive epigenetic process involving genome-wide modifications of histones and DNA methylation. This process is often incomplete, which subsequently affects i PSC reprograming,pluripotency, and differentiation capacity. Here, we review the epigenetic changes with a focus on histone modification(methylation and acetylation) and DNA modification(methylation) during i PSC induction. We look at changes in specific epigenetic signatures, aberrations and epigenetic memory during reprogramming and small molecules influencing the epigenetic reprogramming of somatic cells. 4Timing of pubertal development in boys born with cryptorchidism and hypospadias:a nation wide cohort study显示文摘Pubertal development may be altered in boys with cryptorchidism and hypospadias,but existing kno wledge is inc on siste nt.Therefore,we investigated the association between cryptorchidism and hypospadias and pubertal development in a large cohort study.Boys in the Puberty Cohort,a cohort nested within the Danish National Birth Cohort,were in eluded in this study.Information on cryptorchidism and hypospadias was retrieved from the Danish National Patient Register.From 11 years until 18 years or full pubertal developme nt,info rmatio n on physical markers of pubertal developme nt was provided biannu ally,in eluding Tanner stages,axillary hair,acne,voice break,and first ejaculation.In multivariate regression models for interval censored data,the mean(95%confidence intervals[Cis])d iff ere nces in months in obtaining the pubertal markers between boys with and without the anomalies were estimated.Among 7698 boys,196(2.5%)had cryptorchidism and 60(0.8%)had hypospadias.Boys with hypospadias experienced first ejaculation and voice break 7.7(95%Cl:2.5-13.0)months and 4.5(95%Cl:0.3-8.7)months later than boys without hypospadias?The age at attaining the Tanner stages for gonadal and pubic hair growth was also higher,though not statistically significant.Pubertal development seemed unaffected in boys with mild as well as severe cryptorchidism?In conclusion,hypospadias may be associated with delayed pubertal development,but pubertal development seems unaffected by cryptorchidism.The relation between hypospadias and later pubertal development may be due to the underlying shared in utero risk or genetic factors.Linn Hakonsen Arendt Andreas Ernst Lea Lykke Braskhoj Lauridsen Nis Brix Jorn Olsen Cecilia Host Ramlau-Hansen 2019Asian Journal of Andrology2019,21,6:3

6海岸带滨海湿地蓝碳管理的研究进展显示文摘【研究目的】自2009年“蓝碳”这一概念首次被提出以来,海岸带蓝碳生境在封存大气CO_(2)中的重要作用越来越受到世界各国环境科学家、社会科学家和经济学家的关注,如何有效管理海岸带蓝碳成为热门话题之一。【研究方法】基于近些年来国内外对海岸带湿地蓝碳管理的研究进展,本文系统梳理了海岸带湿地蓝碳的储量和分布情况,并总结了影响海岸带蓝碳生境及其碳库保存的主要因素。【研究结果】中国海岸带地区滨海湿地的蓝碳总量和碳汇潜力巨大,但随着海岸带地区开发越发频繁,已对海岸带蓝碳碳汇能力造成了巨大的影响。【结论】本文提出需要综合环境科学、社会科学和经济学,强化已有蓝色碳汇的保护和管理,加强对未来新增蓝碳碳汇的潜力评价,以此提升中国在碳循环、全球气候变化以及碳减排增汇等方面研究的国际地位,同时为国家相关应对策略与政策提供科学依据,并能为近来实施的滨海湿地修复工程提供有力支撑。何磊 叶思源 赵广明 谢柳娟 裴绍峰 丁喜桂 杨士雄 Hans Brix Edward ALaws 2023中国地质2023,50,3:2
7甘油氧化的光谱电化学傅里叶变换衰减全反射谱红外光谱薄膜流动池中硼酸镍层厚度的优化显示文摘在碱性甘油电氧化反应中,利用电化学傅里叶变换衰减全反射谱红外光谱法,研究了薄膜流动池中滴注硼酸镍催化剂负载量对玻碳电极性能的影响.连续操作的径向流动池包括一个位于内反射元件上方50μm的钻孔电极,可实现红外光谱分析.这是在确定条件下对电催化剂进行简便和可重复筛选的一个适合的方法,同时还提供了对复杂反应(如甘油氧化)产物选择性的检测.通过对泵送电解液进行更耗时的定量高效液相色谱分析,结果表明,衰减全反射红外光谱法可快速鉴定产物.在层流条件下,水中使用0.1 M甘油和1 M KOH,流速为5μL min^(-1)时,甘油转化率较高.转化率和选择性取决于催化剂的负载量,负载量又决定了催化剂层的厚度和粗糙度.由于在更粗糙的膜中停留时间更长有利于再吸附和C-C键断裂,因此当负载量最高达210μg cm^(-2)时,甘油转化率为73%且甲酸选择性接近80%.当最低负载量为13μg cm^(-2)时,甘油转化率达到63%,甲酸选择性降至60%,相应地,C_(2)物种(如乙醇酸盐)选择性较高,为8%.因此,只有催化剂负载量较低时才能形成几微米厚度范围内的薄膜,此时才适合进行优质催化剂的筛选.Steffen Cychy Sebastian Lechler Zijian Huang Michael Braun Ann Cathrin Brix Peter Blümler Corina Andronescu Friederike Schmid Wolfgang Schuhmann Martin Muhler 2021Chinese Journal of Catalysis2021,42,12:2

9环渤海湿地沉积物球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白分布特征及其对湿地土壤风化的影响显示文摘【研究目的】球囊霉素作为丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)分泌的一种难降解土壤蛋白,广泛分布于陆地生态系统中,是长期碳贮的重要组成。当前鲜有研究涉及其在滨海湿地中的分布。基于此,本文对中国环渤海主要滨海湿地表层沉积物中球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白(GRSP)的空间分布进行表征,探讨不同湿地生境下GRSP分布及其对沉积物风化的指示意义。【研究方法】本文选取辽河三角洲、北大港和黄河三角洲湿地作为研究区,对166个表层样(0~5 cm)和4个柱状样(0~35 cm)的GRSP、粒度以及常量元素进行测定,并计算化学蚀变系数(CIA)。【研究结果】研究区GRSP在空间上的动态变化受植被类型影响显著,范围在0.06~11.31 mg/g,均值为(2.35±0.16) mg/g;沉积物以粉砂质砂和砂为主,CIA值分布范围为44.79~69.59,部分区域达到中等化学风化;CIA与GRSP呈显著相关(R=~0.49,p<0.01),总体上CIA随GRSP的增加呈现先增加后减少的趋势。【结论】GRSP在滨海湿地沉积物中的分布受到生境差异性的影响,其与CIA的相关性表征AMF及其代谢产物在地质体风化过程中发挥了潜在的生态功能。周攀 叶思源 王锦 于长斌 袁红明 裴理鑫 丁喜桂 杨娟 HANS Brix 2022中国地质2022,49,4:2
