13种抗精神病药治疗首发精神分裂患者疗效的6个月随访显示文摘目的:通过随访,比较非典型抗精神病药的疗效和安全性,并就其对于服药依从性和社会功能的影响进行对比。方法:采用阳性和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)、UKU不良反应量表、个人与社会表现量表(PSP)、服药态度量表(DAI)在基线和治疗6个月末对103例患者进行评估。结果:①6个月末,奥氮平组PANSS一般病理学量表总分较之阿立哌唑组显著降低(P<0.05),3种药物组PANSS阳性症状总分、PANSS阴性症状总分和PANSS总分均无显著性差异。②6个月末3种药物组DAI、PSP评分均无显著性差异。③利培酮组肌张力障碍及震颤发生率较高,分别为26.5%和20.6%。奥氮平组思睡/镇静、口干、便秘及体质量增加发生率均显著高于其他组(P<0.01)。结论:3种非典型抗精神病药物对于首发精神分裂症患者的阳性症状和阴性症状的改善作用相当,在改善服药依从性及社会功能方面作用差别不明显。黄楠 陆峥 盛建华 刘娜 张洁 何磊英 杨程青 陈发展 Goorah Deenoo Bharathi Anisha Heeramun-Aubeeluck 熊祥玉 应颖 薛振康 郭珍 骆艳丽 2013临床精神医学杂志2013,23,1:36

3Luminescent characterization of rare earth Dy^(3+) ion doped TiO_2 prepared by simple chemical co-precipitation method显示文摘Pure and rare-earth ion (Dy^(3+)) doped TiO_2 nanomaterials were prepared through a chemical coprecipitation method. The chemical composition, micro structure and optical properties were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-visible spectroscopy and photo luminescence (PL). XPS analysis reveals that Dy^(3+)ions are preferentially occupied in the TiO_2 crystallite lattices. Both the XRD and TEM analyses confirm that both the pure and Dy doped TiO_2 are in pure anatase phase and in nano size range, respectively. Also it is found that the maximum solubility limit for Dy^(3+) ions is found to be 0.4%in TiO_2 matrix, above which it occupies interstitials and/or crystallite surface of TiO_2 nanocrystals. From the UV-Vis spectroscopy studies it is found that Dy doping induces blue shift in TiO_2. From the PL analysis it is found that doping Dy^(3+) improves the luminescence behavior in comparison with the pure TiO_2 nanoparticles.Overall, doping very low concentrations of Dy^(3+) greatly alters the structural morphology and directly increases the luminescence behavior of TiO_2 suitable for advanced optoelectronic applications.Mohamed Zikriya Y.F.Nadaf P.Vijai Bharathy C.G.Renuka 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,1:9

7单层和双层二硫化钼化学气相沉积生长的动力学蒙特卡罗模拟研究(英文)显示文摘通过化学气相沉积方法,可控合成所需层数的二硫化钼仍然是一个挑战。因此,建立一个能够定量预测单层和多层二硫化钼生长的理论模型,并为实验制备提供指导,是十分必要的。在本文中,我们建立了一个动力学蒙特卡罗模型,来预测单层和双层二硫化钼的化学气相沉积生长。首先,我们提出了第一层和第二层的生长速率受吸附原子浓度分布的控制,以及紧凑三角形二硫化钼的生长过程为扭结成核和传播。其中,原子浓度是由吸附原子流量,吸附原子的有效寿命,生长温度,边的单位长度能量,单层和双层的单位面积结合能,成核准则决定的。扭结成核和传播是由锯齿边和扶手边附加原子所需的能量势垒决定的。然后,我们采用热力学理论准则对这些参数进行了标定。通过标定的动力学蒙特卡罗模型,我们发现第二层的生长速率与第一层的尺寸有很强的依赖性。随着第一层尺寸增加,第二层的生长速率呈单调递减趋势,甚至在第一层达到某个尺寸时,第二层的生长会被抑制。此外,我们还分析了不同生长温度和吸附原子流量下,双层二硫化钼的尺寸和形貌演化。在双层二硫化钼的整个生长过程中,第一层和第二层的形貌保持紧凑三角形,验证了扭结成核和传播模型的正确性。模拟结果表明,生长温度的升高或吸附原子流量的降低,促进了双层二硫化钼的生长,这与已报导的实验结果相吻合。生长温度升高使得第二层二硫化钼边缘的吸附原子浓度,随着远离第二层边缘的吸附原子浓度降低而相应降低,促进了双层二硫化钼的生长。同样,吸附原子流量降低减小了基体上的吸附原子浓度,降低了第一层远离边缘和靠近边缘的吸附原子浓度差,从而减缓了第一层的生长。第一层的生长减慢,减缓了第二层远离边缘和靠近边缘的吸附原子浓度差减小到零,从而促进双层二硫化钼的生长。为了更好地指导实验,我们进一步构建了双层二硫化钼生长的相图,可通过控制生长温度和吸附原子流量来实现或阻止双层二硫化钼的生长。因此,本工作不仅揭示了单层和双层二硫化钼生长所需的实验条件,而且为可控合成所需层数的二硫化钼提供了详细指导。陈帅 高峻峰 SRINIVASAN Bharathi M. 张永伟 2019物理化学学报2019,35,10:3
8Origin of ultrafast growth of monolayer WSe_(2) via chemical vapor deposition显示文摘The ultrafast growth of large-area,high-quality WSe2 domains with a compact triangular morphology has recently been achieved on a gold substrate via chemical vapor deposition.However,the underlying mechanism responsible for ultrafast growth remains elusive.Here,we first analyze growth processes and identify two possible pathways that might achieve ultrafast growth:Path 1,fast edge attachment and ultrafast edge diffusion;Path 2,fast kink nucleation and ultrafast kink propagation.We perform kinetic Monte Carlo simulations and first-principles calculations to assess the viability of these two paths,finding that Path 1 is not viable due to the high edge diffusion barrier calculated from first-principles calculations.Remarkably,Path 2 reproduces all the experimental growth features(domain morphology,domain orientation,and growth rate),and the associated energetic data are consistent with first-principles calculations.The present work unveils the underlying mechanism for the ultrafast growth of WSe2,and may provide a new route for the ultrafast growth of other two-dimensional materials.Shuai Chen Junfeng Gao Bharathi MSrinivasan Gang Zhang Viacheslav Sorkin Ramanarayan Hariharaputran Yong-Wei Zhang 2019npj Computational Materials2019,,1:2
9Research progress and challenges of two dimensional MoS_2 field effect transistors显示文摘This review paper gives an outline of the recent research progress and challenges of 2D TMDs material MoS_2 based device, that leads to an interesting path towards approaching the electronic applications due to its sizeable band gap. This review presents the improvement of MoS_2 material as an alternate to a silicon channel in a transistor with its excellent energy band gap, thermal conductivity, and exclusive physical properties that are expected to draw attention to focusing on semiconducting devices for most futuristic applications. We discuss the band structure of MoS_2 for a different number of layers with its structure, and various synthesis techniques of the MoS_2 layer are also reviewed. The MoS_2 based field effect transistor has attracted a great deal of attention due to its excellent properties such as mobility, on/off current ratio, and maximum on-current of the devices. The transition of mobility as a function of temperature and thickness dependence are also discussed. However, the mobility of MoS_2 material is large in bulk form and lower in monolayer form. The use of a high-k gate dielectric in MoS_2 FET is used to enhance the mobility of the device. Different metal contact engineering and different doping techniques were deployed to achieve low contact resistance. 10Viral Genotypes and Associated Risk Factors of Hepatocellular Carcinoma in India显示文摘Objective This study aims to investigate the etiological relationship among hepatitis B virus(HBV),hepatitis C virus(HCV),and alcohol as risk factors in a cohort of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients from India.The clinical and biochemical profiles and tumor characteristics in the HCC cases were also evaluated. Methods A total of 357 consecutive cases of HCC fulfilling the diagnostic criteria from the Barcelona-2000 EASL conference were included in the study.The blood samples were evaluated for serological evidence of HBV and HCV infection,viral load,and genotypes using serological tests,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,and restriction fragment length polymorphism. Results The male/female ratio for the HCC cases was 5.87:1.Majority of the HCC patients(33.9% ) were 50 to 59 years of age,with a mean age of 4±13.23 years.More than half the cases(60.8% ) had underlying cirrhosis at presentation.Among the HCC patients,68.9% were HBV related,21.3% were HCV related,18.8% were alcoholic,and 18.2% were of cryptogenic origin.The presence of any marker positive for HBV increased the risk for developing HCC by almost 27 times[OR:27.33;(12.87-60.0)].An increased risk of 10.6 times was observed for HCC development for cases positive for any HCV marker[OR:10.55;(3.13-42.73)].Heavy alcohol consumption along with HCV RNA positivity in cirrhotic patients was found to be a risk for developing HCC by 3 folds[OR:3.17;(0.37-70.71)]. Conclusions Patients of chronic HBV infection followed by chronic HCV infection were at higher risk of developing HCC in India. Chronic alcohol consumption was found to be a risk factor in cirrhotic cases only when it was associated with HCV RNA positivity. 11Diversity,population structure and regeneration status of arboreal species in the four sacred groves of Kushalnagar,Karnataka显示文摘Assessment of tree species diversity, structure and regeneration status of four sacred groves of Kushalnagar,southern Karnataka was carried out. The random quadrat method was employed in each grove for enumeration of tree diversity and regeneration status. A total of 98 tree species belonging to 38 families were found from the sampled areas.These groves possess higher diversity and basal area. Some67 % of species have shown regeneration, while 17 % of species had no regeneration. Another 15 % of species were reappearing or immigrating. It is observed that increased disturbance was directly proportional to number of reappearing or immigrating species and inversely proportional to the diversity in all the sacred groves.
