1外语教师信念研究:内容迭新与边界拓展显示文摘本文首先介绍了外语教师信念研究的主要概念以及研究意义,同时简要概括了外语教师信念研究的国内外现状。然后,论文重点从四个维度展望了外语教师信念研究未来可扩展的方向:在研究内容层面,未来研究不仅应关注语言技能,还应深入探究外语教师信念系统,进一步关注课程思政、数字素养、评估素养、身份认同和教师情感等因素对外语教师信念与实践的影响;在理论视角层面,未来研究可以探索积极心理学、复杂动态系统理论、社会文化理论、生态学理论以及超语实践理论等新的理论视角;在研究方法层面,未来研究应加强混合型研究方法的应用,同时探索量化人种志、个体动态法、潜在剖面分析法以及Q-methodology等新兴方法;在研究对象层面,未来研究应更多关注多语教师、中国西部地区语言教师以及教师共同体等不同类型的教师群体。新时代背景下,高校外语教师信念研究意义在于深入了解外语教师的“知”,更好地指导教师的“行”,进一步服务于外语教师教育发展,最终为国家外语教师人才资源建设做出贡献。高洋 王晓晨 Ana Maria Ferreira BARCELOS 2023外语与外语教学2023,,5:3
2消减食品加工过程中的真菌毒素:来自欧洲和东南亚的经验分享显示文摘在世界范围内,由真菌毒素造成的经济损失估计达数十亿美元,给人类和动物带来安全风险。粮食中真菌毒素的预防可以通过食品加工过程中进行真菌毒素的消减处理。在过去几十年里,虽然发表的科技论文中报道了大量真菌毒素防控措施,但实际生产往往需要更容易实施的、简单易行的建议和指导方针。欧洲和东南亚在真菌毒素处理到数据分析、风险评估到污染防控、差异分析到流通途径等方面可以做到相互协作,互相补充。欧洲和东南亚政府及相关行业必须在综合考虑地域、农业系统和不同国家消费者偏好的背景下,寻求平衡食品安全和地区贸易二者关系,协同管控食品供应链。以谷物为例,加工过程包括初级加工(谷物清理和碾磨操作)和二次加工(如烘焙过程中的发酵和烘烤),欧洲尤其关注烘焙食品安全性及全麦面包生产工艺对呕吐毒素的影响。结合农业、咖啡工业和科学研究人员的专业知识及亚洲咖啡生产者的具体情况,重点关注东南亚地区咖啡中赭曲霉毒素A污染问题。在农场环境中减少真菌毒素的措施给咖啡农民带来了较大的挑战,包括在规范种植农场模式下咖啡生产者和消费者之间社会经济效益和个人行为模式的相关影响因素。随着世界变得更加全球化,食品和饲料供应链也变得日趋复杂,因此,需要制定更全面的策略来确保食品供给及品质安全。Paula Alvito Jonathan Barcelo Johan De Meester Elias Rito Michele Suman 2021粮油食品科技2021,29,6:3

4Development of hepatorenal syndrome in bile duct ligated rats显示文摘AIM: To evaluate in bile duct ligated rats whether there were progressive alterations of renal function without changes in histopathology. METHODS: Male Wistar rats were submitted to sham-surgery or bile duct ligation (BDL) and divided according to the post-procedure time (2, 4 and 6-wk). To determine renal function parameters, rats wereplaced in metabolic cages and, at the end of the experiment, blood and urine samples were obtained. Histology and hydroxyproline content were analyzed in liver and renal tissue. RESULTS: Rats with 2 wk of BDL increased free water clearance (P = 0.02), reduced urinary osmolality (P = 0.03) and serum creatinine (P = 0.01) in comparison to the sham group. In contrast, rats at 6 wk of BDL showed features of HRS, including signif icant increase in serum creatinine and reductions in creatinine clearance, water excretion and urinary sodium concentration. Rats with 4 wk of BDL exhibited an intermediate stage of renal dysfunction. Progressive hepatic f ibrosis according to post-procedure time was confirmed by histology. The increased levels of liver hydroxyproline contrasted with the absence of structural changes in the kidney, as assessed by histology and unchanged hydroxyproline content in renal tissue. CONCLUSION: Our data show that BDL produced progressive renal dysfunction without structural changes in the kidney, characterizing HRS.
