1Burden of colorectal cancer in China, 1990-2017: Findings from the Global Burden of Disease Study 2017显示文摘Objective: Our goal is to analyze the trend of colorectal cancer(CRC) regarding the death, incidence and prevalence rates over time, and to provide epidemiological knowledge basis for health policy revision by comparing data about fatal outcomes of CRC in 2017 to those data in 1990, which was extracted from the Global Burden of Disease(GBD).Methods: The time trend and changes of CRC burden from 1990 to 2017 were measured by using the methods and results from the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation(IHME) GBD 2017, based on the rates of death,incidence and prevalence.Results: The death rate of CRC is 13.24/100,000, accounting for 1.79% of total deaths in China in 2017. In1990, CRC ranked 21 st in all causes of death in China compared to its 11 th ranking in 2017. The death, incidence and prevalence rate of CRC were standardized by the age scale of the global population in 2010, the change of standardized death rate of CRC was not significant, from 9.33/100,000 in 1990 to 10.10/100,000 in 2017. The standardized incidence rate of CRC significantly increased from 12.18/100,000 in 1990 to 22.42/100,000 in 2017.The standardized prevalence rate of CRC significantly increased from 44.55/100,000 in 1990 to 118.40/100,000 in2017. The trend of the prevalence rate in both genders grow higher in 2017 compared to the 1990, resulting in141.6%, 209.8% and 189.0% for the studied three age groups(15-49, 50-69 and 70+ years old), respectively. The death rate increased in the age groups of 50-69 and 70+ years in both genders(8.6% and 31.0% respectively), in contrast to a decrease of death rate in the age group of 15-49 years old(-10.8%).Conclusions: China experienced a stunning increase in terms of incidence and prevalence rate of CRC from1990 to 2017. 2Optimal Energy Flow and Nodal Energy Pricing in Carbon Emission-embedded Integrated Energy Systems显示文摘Green energy is driving the evolutions of energy industry and carbon emission is becoming an important concern.Considering the increasing couplings among various energy sectors,this paper investigates multi-period optimal energy flow and energy pricing in carbon-emission embedded integrated energy systems,including electricity,natural gas,and district heating networks.Firstly,an optimal scheduling model of integrated energy systems was proposed in this paper.The models of DC power flow,natural gas pipeline flow and heating network energy flow are presented and linearized for the optimization problem.Natural gas-fired generators and combined heat and power(CHP)units are modeled as coupling components of electricitygas and electricity-heating networks.Then,based on the optimal scheduling model,the locational marginal prices(LMP)for electricity,natural gas and heating network are determined.Moreover,the carbon emission caused by energy production has been taken into account in the optimal scheduling and energy pricing process.Finally,case studies on a combined network consisting of IEEE 39-bus system,Belgium 20-node natural gas system and 6-node heating system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and the impacts of carbon emission on system scheduling and LMP.Tao Jiang Hongwei Deng Linquan Bai Rufeng Zhang Xue Li Houhe Chen 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,2:13
3Role of transition metal oxides in g-C_(3)N_(4)-based heterojunctions for photocatalysis and supercapacitors显示文摘g-C_(3)N_(4) emerges as a star 2D photocatalyst due to its unique layered structure,suitable band structure and low cost.However,its photocatalytic application is limited by the fast charge recombination and low photoabsorption.Rationally designing g-C_(3)N_(4)-based heterojunction is promising for improving photocatalytic activity.Besides,g-C_(3)N_(4) exhibits great potentials in electrochemical energy storage.In view of the excellent performance of typical transition metal oxides(TMOs)in photocatalysis and energy storage,this review summarized the advances of TMOs/g-C_(3)N_(4) heterojunctions in the above two areas.Firstly,we introduce several typical TMOs based on their crystal structures and band structures.Then,we summarize different kinds of TMOs/g-C_(3)N_(4) heterojunctions,including type Ⅰ/Ⅱ heterojunction,Z-scheme,p-n junction and Schottky junction,with diverse photocatalytic applications(pollutant degradation,water splitting,CO_(2) reduction and N_(2) fixation)and supercapacitive energy storage.Finally,some promising strategies for improving the performance of TMOs/g-C_(3)N_(4) were proposed.Particularly,the exploration of photocatalysis-assisted supercapacitors was discussed.Liqi Bai Hongwei Huang Shixin Yu Deyang Zhang Haitao Huang Yihe Zhang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1:5
4A novel approach for designing efficient broadband photodetectors expanding from deep ultraviolet to near infrared显示文摘Broadband photodetection(PD)covering the deep ultraviolet to near-infrared(200–1000 nm)range is significant and desirable for various optoelectronic designs.Herein,we employ ultraviolet(UV)luminescent concentrators(LC),iodinebased perovskite quantum dots(PQDs),and organic bulk heterojunction(BHJ)as the UV,visible,and near-infrared(NIR)photosensitive layers,respectively,to construct a broadband heterojunction PD.Firstly,experimental and theoretical results reveal that optoelectronic properties and stability of CsPbI3 PQDs are significantly improved through Er3+doping,owing to the reduced defect density,improved charge mobility,increased formation energy,tolerance factor,etc.The narrow bandgap of CsPbI3:Er3+PQDs serves as a visible photosensitive layer of PD.Secondly,considering the matchable energy bandgap,the BHJ(BTP-4Cl:PBDB-TF)is selected as to NIR absorption layer to fabricate the hybrid structure with CsPbI3:Er3+PQDs.Thirdly,UV LC converts the UV light(200–400 nm)to visible light(400–700 nm),which is further absorbed by CsPbI3:Er3+PQDs.In contrast with other perovskites PDs and commercial Si PDs,our PD presents a relatively wide response range and high detectivity especially in UV and NIR regions(two orders of magnitude increase that of commercial Si PDs).Furthermore,the PD also demonstrates significantly enhanced air-and UV-stability,and the photocurrent of the device maintains 81.5%of the original one after 5000 cycles.This work highlights a new attempt for designing broadband PDs,which has application potential in optoelectronic devices.Nan Ding Yanjie Wu Wen Xu Jiekai Lyu Yue Wang Lu Zi Long Shao Rui Sun Nan Wang Sen Liu Donglei Zhou Xue Bai Ji Zhou Hongwei Song 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,5:5

6Chaos-enhanced moth-flame optimization algorithm for global optimization显示文摘Moth-flame optimization(MFO)is a novel metaheuristic algorithm inspired by the characteristics of a moth’s navigation method in nature called transverse orientation.Like other metaheuristic algorithms,it is easy to fall into local optimum and leads to slow convergence speed.The chaotic map is one of the best methods to improve exploration and exploitation of the metaheuristic algorithms.In the present study,we propose a chaos-enhanced MFO(CMFO)by incorporating chaos maps into the MFO algorithm to enhance its performance.The chaotic map is utilized to initialize the moths’population,handle the boundary overstepping,and tune the distance parameter.The CMFO is benchmarked on three groups of benchmark functions to find out the most efficient one.The performance of the CMFO is also verified by using two real engineering problems.The statistical results clearly demonstrate that the appropriate chaotic map(singer map)embedded in the appropriate component of MFO can significantly improve the performance of MFO.LI Hongwei LIU Jianyong CHEN Liang BAI Jingbo SUN Yangyang LU Kai 2019Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2019,30,6:3

8Activation pressure studies with an iron-based catalyst for slurry Fischer-Tropsch synthesis显示文摘Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS) was carried out with an industrial iron-based catalyst(100Fe/5Cu/6K/16SiO 2,by weight) under the baseline conditions in a stirred tank slurry reactor(STSR) . The effects of activation pressure on the catalyst activity and selectivity were investigated. It was found that iron phase compositions,textural properties,and FTS performances of the catalysts were strongly dependent on activation pressure. The high activation pressure retards the carburization. M ssbauer effect spectroscopy(MES) results indicated that the contents of the iron carbides clearly decrease with the increase of activation pressure,especially for the activation pressure increasing from 1.0 MPa to 1.5 MPa,and the reverse trend is observed for superparamagnetic Fe 3+(spm) . The higher content of Fe 3+(spm) results in the higher amount of CO 2 in tail gas when the catalyst is reduced at higher pressure. The catalyst activity decreases with the increase of activation pressure. The high quantity of iron carbides is necessary to obtain high FTS activity. However,the activity of the catalyst activated in syngas can not be predicted solely from the fraction of the carbides. 9Connecting Calcium-Based Nanomaterials and Cancer:From Diagnosis to Therapy显示文摘As the indispensable second cellular messenger,calcium signaling is involved in the regulation of almost all physiological processes by activating specific target proteins.The importance of calcium ions(Ca^(2+))makes its“Janus nature”strictly regulated by its concentration.Abnormal regulation of calcium signals may cause some diseases;however,artificial regulation of calcium homeostasis in local lesions may also play a therapeutic role.“Calcium overload,”for example,is characterized by excessive enrichment of intracellular Ca^(2+),which irreversibly switches calcium signaling from“positive regulation”to“reverse destruction,”leading to cell death.However,this undesirable death could be defined as“calcicoptosis”to offer a novel approach for cancer treatment.Indeed,Ca^(2+)is involved in various cancer diagnostic and therapeutic events,including calcium overload-induced calcium homeostasis disorder,calcium channels dysregulation,mitochondrial dysfunction,calcium-associated immunoregulation,cell/vascular/tumor calcification,and calcification-mediated CT imaging.In paral-lel,the development of multifunctional calcium-based nanomaterials(e.g.,calcium phosphate,calcium carbonate,calcium peroxide,and hydroxyapatite)is becoming abundantly available.This review will highlight the latest insights of the calcium-based nanomaterials,explain their application,and provide novel perspective.Identifying and characterizing new patterns of calcium-dependent signaling and exploiting the disease element linkage offer additional translational opportunities for cancer theranostics.Shuang Bai Yulu Lan Shiying Fu Hongwei Cheng Zhixiang Lu Gang Liu 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,9:2
