1小搅拌针形状对搅拌摩擦焊6061铝合金显微组织和力学性能的影响(英文)显示文摘研究小搅拌针形状对6061铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的显微组织和力学性能的影响。采用3种不同形状的搅拌针:螺纹锥形圆柱形(T1)、三角形(T2)和正方形(T3)。结果表明:不同形状的搅拌针会显著地影响焊接接头的性能。相对于使用其他形状的搅拌针,使用三角形搅拌针能获得最好的冶金和力学焊接性能。此外,使用正方形搅拌针制备的搅拌摩擦焊接头具有最低的拉伸强度和显微硬度。更小的搅拌针形状和轴肩直径导致热影响区域变窄和一定程度的软化。断口分析结果表明,不同形状的搅拌针焊接也能影响接头。断裂面显示三角形搅拌针制备的样品在拉伸试验中以韧性断裂形式失效,而在用其他形状的搅拌针(T1和T2)制备的接头中观察到了脆性断裂。H.I.DAWOOD Kahtan S.MOHAMMED Azmi RAHMAT M.B.UDAY 2015Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2015,25,9:5
2保留晶状体的玻璃体切除术治疗婴儿摇荡综合征(英文)显示文摘目的:分析婴儿摇荡综合征(SBS)患者黄斑前及玻璃体出血遮挡黄斑的眼部特征及视力。患者均接受保留晶状体的玻璃体切除术(LSV)。方法:回顾性研究。选取2010年至2012年确诊为黄斑前及玻璃体出血遮挡黄斑的SBS并接受LSV的患者,对其眼部特征和人口统计学数据进行分析。均数的比较采用配对t检验,分析分类数据采用Fisher精确检验和Pearson卡方检验。P<0.05有统计学意义。结果:共32例患者纳入本研究,平均年龄为5.09±1.96mo。在本研究中,21例(65.6%)患者视力为无光感。患者瞳孔较大者初始视力较差(P=0.021),且大部分接受过神经外科手术(P=0.027)。行LSV的平均间隔为28.56±20.83d。我院玻璃体切除术的并发症发生率为4.26%。术后26例(80%)患者视力为光感或更好,术后等效球镜大多为近视(P=0.001)。结论:SBS患者的眼科评估对于最佳视觉预后非常重要。对于未清除眼内出血致黄斑模糊的SBS患者,LSV的并发症发生率较低,不失为早期手术治疗中的好选择。Fiona Chew Lee Min Joseph Alagaratnam Sunder Ramasamy Jamalia Rahmat Irene Guat-Sim Cheah Azmi Alias Karunakar Tirmandas Venkata Narsimha 2016国际眼科杂志2016,16,2:1
3Sintering Behavior and Microstructure Evolution of Mechanically Alloyed W-Bronze Composite Powders by Two-step Ball Milling Process显示文摘The miscibility of W in Sn and Cu is extremely poor. Sintering of Webronze composites to their full density is proved to be difficult. To tackle this problem, the ball milling process of the Webronze powder mixture proposed in this study was split into two steps. In the first step, the softness of Sn powder was exploited to modify the surface morphology of W particles. In the second step, Cu was added to the ball milled mixture. To achieve this goal, four 50 wt% Webronze compact sets of different powder precursors and activator additions were produced. The sintering process was performed at 1150℃. The two-step ball milled powder yielded sintered compacts of homogeneous microstructure of fine polygonal W grains dispersed in bronze matrix. They showed the highest hardness and densification levels. The sintered density, microstructure, hardness and densification mechanisms of the sintered compacts were investigated, examined and evaluated using different metallographic, microscopic and measurement facilities.Kahtan S.
