1Efficacy of premedication with activated Dimethicone or N-acetylcysteine in improving visibility during upper endoscopy显示文摘AIM:To assess the efficacy of N-acetylcysteine(NAC) and activated Dimethicone in improving endoscopic mucosal visibility.METHODS:A total of 148 patients were randomly allocated into four groups to receive one of the following premedications:group A:100 mL water alone;group B:activated Dimethicone plus water(up to 100 mL);group C:NAC plus water(up to 100 mL);and group D:activated Dimethicone and NAC plus water(up to 100 mL).A single endoscopist blinded to the patients group assessed the gastric mucosal visibility scores(range 1-4) at four sites.The sum of the scores from the four sites was considered as the total mucosal visibility score(TMVS).RESULTS:The patients in group B showed a significantly lower TMVS than those of groups A and C(P < 0.001).The TMVS in patients of group D was significantly lower than that of groups A and C(P < 0.001).The TMVS did not significantly differ between groups B and D(P > 0.05).The difference between TMVS of groups C and A was not significant(P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:Premedication with activated Dimethicone 20 min prior to the upper endoscopy leads to the best visibility.NAC does not improve visualization by itself.Seyed Mohammad Kazem Hosseini Asl Gholam Reza Sivandzadeh 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,37:15
2Prevalence of antibiotic resistance in Helicobacter pylori : A recent literature review显示文摘AIM: To review previous studies(the last 6 years) about the Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) antibiotic resistance in order to evaluate the trend in antibiotic resistance. METHODS: In this study, the Pub Med, MEDLINE, Science Direct, Google Scholar and Scielo manuscripts were reviewed from 2009 to 2014. RESULTS: On the whole rates of H. pylori antibiotic resistance were 47.22%(30.5%-75.02%) for metronidazole, 19.74%(5.46%-30.8%) for clarithromycin, 18.94%(14.19%-25.28%) for levofloxacin, and 14.67%(2%-40.87%) for amoxicillin, 11.70%(0%-50%) for tetracycline, 11.5%(0%-23%) for furazolidon and 6.75%(1%-12.45%) for rifabutin. The frequency of tetracycline, metronidazole and amoxicillin resistance was higher in Africa, while clarithromycin and levofloxacin resistance was higher in North America and Asian, respectively. CONCLUSION: The most sensitive drug is rifabutin and the lowest sensitive drug is metronidazole in the world. The worldwide H. pylori antibiotic resistance to clarithromycin and levofloxacin has increased during the last 6 years. 3亚临界水萃取植物精油的模型(英文)显示文摘Mechanisms that control the extraction rate of essential oil from Zataria multiflora Boiss. (Z. multiflora) with subcritical water (SW) were studied. The extraction curves at different solvent flow rates were used to deter-mine whether the extractions were limited primarily by the near equilibrium partitioning of the analyte between the matrix and solvent (i.e. partitioning thermodynamics) or by the rates of analyte desorption from the matrix (i.e. ki-netics). Four simple models have been applied to describe the extraction profiles obtained with SW: (1) a model based solely on the thermodynamic distribution coefficient KD, which assumes that analyte desorption from the ma-trix is rapid compared to elution; (2) one-site kinetic model, which assumes that the extraction rate is limited by the analyte desorption rate from the matrix, and is not limited by the thermodynamic (KD) partitioning that occurs dur-ing elution; (3) two-site kinetic model and (4) external mass transfer resistance model. For SW extraction, the thermodynamic elution of analytes from the matrix was the prevailing mechanism as evidenced by the fact that ex-traction rates increased proportionally with the SW flow rate. This was also confirmed by the fact that simple re-moval calculations based on determined KD (for major essential oil compounds) gave good fits to experimental data for flow rates from 1 to 4 ml·min-1. 4硬脂酸改性处理TC4钛合金微弧氧化膜层耐蚀性的研究显示文摘在Ti6Al4V合金微弧氧化膜层上采用硬脂酸改性处理实现了陶瓷膜层的疏水化转变,显著提高了钛合金的耐蚀性能。利用接触角测试仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对膜层的润湿性、稳定性、微观结构和化学组成进行了分析,并通过动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗分析了其腐蚀行为。结果表明,改性处理得到的疏水微弧氧化膜层试样能有效修复微弧氧化膜层缺陷,提高钛合金的耐蚀性能,说明硬脂酸改性处理与微弧氧化技术相结合有助于拓宽微弧氧化技术在钛合金上的应用。王伟 赵景茂 魏世雄 赵志杰 Muhammad Junaid Anjuma Vahdat Zahedi Asl 2020北京化工大学学报(自然科学版)2020,47,1:6
5Comparison of Cellular Automaton and Phase Field Models to Simulate Dendrite Growth in Hexagonal Crystals显示文摘A cellular automaton (CA)-finite element (FE) model and a phase field (PF)-FE model were used to simulate equiaxed dendritic growth during the solidification of hexagonal metals.In the CA-FE model,the conservation equations of mass and energy were solved in order to calculate the temperature field,solute concentration,and the dendritic growth morphology.CA-FE simulation results showed reasonable agreement with the previously reported experimental data on secondary dendrite arm spacing (SDAS) vs cooling rate.In the PF model,a PF variable was used to distinguish solid and liquid phases similar to the conventional PF models for solidification of pure materials.Another PF variable was considered to determine the evolution of solute concentration.Validation of both models was performed by comparing the simulation results with the analytical model developed by Lipton-Glicksman-Kurz (LGK),showing quantitatively good agreement in the tip growth velocity at a given melt undercooling.Application to magnesium alloy AZ91 (approximated with the binary Mg-8.9 wt% Al) illustrates the difficulty of modeling dendrite growth in hexagonal systems using CA-FE regarding mesh-induced anisotropy and a better performance of PF-FE in modeling multiple arbitrarily-oriented dendrites growth.Mohsen Asle Zaeem Hebi Yin Sergio D. 6Interventions of natural and synthetic agents in inflammatory bowel disease, modulation of nitric oxide pathways显示文摘Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)refers to a group of disorders characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal(GI)tract.The elevated levels of nitric oxide(NO)in serum and affected tissues;mainly synthesized by the inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)enzyme;can exacerbate GI inflammation and is one of the major biomarkers of GI inflammation.Various natural and synthetic agents are able to ameliorate GI inflammation and decrease iNOS expression to the extent comparable with some IBD drugs.Thereby,the purpose of this study was to gather a list of natural or synthetic mediators capable of modulating IBD through the NO pathway.Electronic databases including Google Scholar and PubMed were searched from 1980 to May 2018.We found that polyphenols and particularly flavonoids are able to markedly attenuate NO production and iNOS expression through the nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)and JAK/STAT signaling pathways.Prebiotics and probiotics can also alter the GI microbiota and reduce NO expression in IBD models through a broad array of mechanisms.A number of synthetic molecules have been found to suppress NO expression either dependent on the NF-κB signaling pathway(i.e.,dexamethasone,pioglitazone,tropisetron)or independent from this pathway(i.e.,nicotine,prednisolone,celecoxib,β-adrenoceptor antagonists).Co-administration of natural and synthetic agents can affect the tissue level of NO and may improve IBD symptoms mainly by modulating the Toll like receptor-4 and NF-κB signaling pathways.Aida Kamalian Masoud Sohrabi Asl Mahsa Dolatshahi Khashayar Afshari Shiva Shamshiri Nazanin Momeni Roudsari Saeideh Momtaz Roja Rahimi Mohammad Abdollahi Amir Hossein Abdolghaffari 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,24:5
7Voltage gated calcium channel antibody-related neurological diseases显示文摘Voltage gated calcium channel(VGCC) antibodies are generally associated with Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome. However the presence of this antibody has been associated with paraneoplastic as well as nonparaneoplastic cerebellar degeneration. Most patients with VGCC-antibody-positivity have small cell lung cancer(SCLC). Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome(LEMS)is an autoimmune disease of the presynaptic part of the neuromuscular junction. Its classical clinical triadis proximal muscle weakness, areflexia and autonomic dysfunction. Fifty to sixty percent of LEMS patients have a neoplasia, usually SCLC. The co-occurrence of SCLC and LEMS causes more severe and progressive disease and shorter survival than non-paraneoplastic LEMS. Treatment includes 3,4 diaminopyridine for symptomatic purposes and immunotherapy with prednisolone, azathioprine or intravenous immunoglobulin in patients unresponsive to 3,4 diaminopyridine. Paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration(PCD) is a syndrome characterized with severe, subacute pancerebellar dysfunction. Serum is positive for VGCC antibody in 41%-44% of patients, usually with the co-occurrence of SCLC. Clinical and electrophysiological features of LEMS are also present in 20%-40% of these patients. Unfortunately, PCD symptoms do not improve with immunotherapy. The role of VGCC antibody in the immunopathogenesis of LEMS is well known whereas its role in PCD is still unclear. 10利用FFV预测缓蚀剂在不同体系中的协同效应显示文摘目的研究一种分析缓蚀组分间协同效应的新方法。方法使用Material Studio 7.0软件中的Amorphous Cell模块进行对象构建,在不同体系中利用Discover模块进行优化和运算,以水分子为探针进行FFV值测试,模拟计算得到FFV,再利用其变化率,来预测缓蚀组分间的协同效应,并通过传统方法验证该方法的正确性。结果FFV模拟结果表明,在CO2体系中,MTIAS与AB2N具有协同效应,当二者按照摩尔比3∶2复配时的FFV最小,FFV的变化值D值最大,协同效应最好,缓蚀效率最高,而MTIAS与CPQA没有明显协同效应。在CO2/H2S体系中,MTIAS与CPQA按照摩尔比4∶1复配时的FFV最小,D值最大,协同效应最好,缓蚀效率最高;而当按照摩尔比1:4复配时,却出现了明显的拮抗效应,此时MTIAS与AB2N没有明显协同效应。失重法、极化曲线的测试结果与上述结果吻合。结论通过缓蚀剂膜层的FFV预测缓蚀组分间的协同效应,是一种快速有效的研究方法。陆原 赵景茂 李明杰 张晨 Vahdat Zahedi Asl Yahya Palizdar 樊保民 2020表面技术2020,49,11:2
