| 1 | IFC implementation in lifecycle costing显示文摘Life Cycle Costing (LCC) is always a major concern in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. This paper presents the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in the development of a lifecycle cost-estimating tool. The IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) model as an interoperable building information model has been adopted as the central data repository to deliver the integrated information of building designs from CAD design systems into the lifecycle-costing database. In this paper, the conceptions and relevant factors, which could affect the LCC estimation, have been introduced. The problems of current LCC applications have been identified as the lack of LCC data and the complexity of LCC exercises. The software application of IFC models and relevant auxiliary are depicted as a solution of the problem identified. The lifecycle costing tool is a part of the nD Modeling tool and as such is based on its integrated interface prototype toolkit and is able to holistically present an IFC model into a 3D virtual reality view, a tree-view and a list of element properties. The functions and some technical points are also detailed in the paper. | 2 | 小剂量瑞芬太尼对全麻苏醒拔管期不良反应的作用显示文摘背景瑞芬太尼可以减轻全麻苏醒期时的咳嗽、躁动和血流动力学变化等不良反应。方法在一项前瞻性、随机、双盲临床试验中,60例接受鼻部手术的成人患者采用以瑞芬太尼为基础的麻醉方案。在苏醒期,瑞芬太尼组患者将瑞芬太尼用量减至维持量的1/10,而对照组患者则停止使用。结果两组患者的苏醒时间和气管拔管时间无明显区别。与对照组相比,瑞芬太尼组在苏醒期(输注速率:0.014±0.011μg·kg·min^-1)的咳嗽发生率(40%vs80%,P=0.002)和严重程度均明显减轻,不自主运动发生率降低(3.3%vs30%,P=0.006),心率较慢。结论在苏醒期使用小剂量瑞芬太尼不会延长苏醒时间,且降低气管插管所致咳嗽的发生率和严重程度。 | Marie T. | 3 | Analysis of MIF,FCGR2A and FCGR3A gene polymorphisms with susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis in Moroccan population显示文摘In order to investigate the influence of functional polymorphisms of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),Fcg receptors CD16A(FCGR3A) and CD32A(FCGR2A) genes on susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB) in the Moroccan population,we analyzed 123 patients with PTB and 154 healthy controls.The genotyping for MIF-173(G/C)(rs755622),FCGR2A-131H/R(rs1801274) and FCGR3A-158V/F(rs396991) was carried out using TaqMan SNP Genotyping Assay method.We found a statistically significant increase of the MIF-173CC homozygote genotype and MIF-173C allele frequencies in PTB patients compared with healthy controls(17.07% versus 5.84%,P=0.003;and 35.37% versus 26.30%,P=0.02;respectively).In contrast,no association was observed between FCGR2A-131H/R and FCGR3A-158V/F polymorphisms and tuberculosis disease.Our finding suggests that MIF-173C variant may play an important role in the development of active tuberculosis. | Khalid Sadki Hoda Lamsyah Blanca Rueda ELmahfoud Akil Abderrahim Sadak Javier Martin Rajae El Aouad | 2010 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2010，37，4： | 2 |
