4Strain Softening and Hardening Behavior in AZ61 Magnesium Alloy显示文摘The deformation behavior of AZ61 Mg alloy during hot deformation has been investigated in wide temperature and strain rate range by a Gleeble simulator. Specimens are deformed in compression in the temperature range of 523~673 K and at strain rates of 0.001~1 s-1. It is found that the flow curves exhibit a peak and then decrease towards steady-state of classical DRX, which decrease with rising temperature and decreasing strain rate. The deformation behavior of the specimens can be attributed to the occurrence of strain hardening and softening. As stress decreases, the strain hardening rate declines at a fast rate when temperature rises or strain rate decreases. The shapes of θ-σ curves indicate some important features such as subgrain formation, the critical stress, the peak stress and steady stress. 5Tensile properties and fracture behavior of Ti_2AlNb based alloys at room temperature显示文摘The tensile mechanical properties and fracture behaviors of Ti 22Al 20Nb 7Ta alloys were studied at room temperature. Three typical microstructures of Ti 2AlNb based alloys were obtained by combination of thermal mechanical processing and heat treat ment. They are: 1) lath mixture of O + B 2 with remaining β grain boundaries and α 2 phase; 2) equiaxed O phase in B 2 matrix; 3) fine lath mixture of O + B 2 without remaining β grain boundaries. It is shown that the microstructure obviously affects the tensile properties of Ti 2AlNb based alloys. The microstructure of fine lath mixture of O + B 2 without remaining β grain boundaries has good combination of yield stress and ductility, while the microstructure with lath mixture of O + B 2 with remaining β grain boundaries and α 2 phase has low yield stress and elongation. The fracture mode was also controlled by the microstructure of Ti 2AlNb based alloys. 6β→α Transformation of γ-Phase in Sintered WC-Co Cemented Carbides显示文摘Varying the morphology and the structure of γ-phase (Co-base Co-W-C solid solution) by means of altering the cooling rate and the preparing method of liquid sintered WC-Co cemented carbides samples, the mechanism of fcc→hcp transformation of γ-phase in WC-Co alloy has been explored. 8Nd-RICH PHASE PARTICLES IN AS-FORGED Ti-5Al-4Sn-2Zr-1Mo-0.25Si-1Nd ALLOY显示文摘TEM examination proves that the second phase particle within the as-forged Ti-55alloy consists of either bright or dark 'matrix' (nano-Nd3Sn) and some small dark blocks (SnO) dispersed in the 'matrix'. 9NUCLEATION OF RARE EARTH-RICH PHASE PARTICLES IN Ti-5Al-4Sn-2Zr-1Mo-0.25Si-1Nd ALLOY显示文摘High resolution electron microscopy studies of rure earth-rich phase particles in a melt-quenched Ti-5Al-4Sn-2Zr-1MO-0.25Si-1Nd alloy indicate that the α-Ti matrix crystallizes prior to the rare earth-rich phase particles. According to a new nucleation model, the heteropeneous nucleation of the rare earth-rich phase particles at the matrix interface is easier than the homogeneous nucleation off the interface matrix, which is consistent with the results of the HREM obseroations.G.P.Li D.Li and Y.
