1白鬼笔蘑菇菌丝体多糖:免疫调节和伤口愈合特性(英文)显示文摘白鬼笔蘑菇在亚洲和北欧是一种传统的民间医药。本文综述了我们人工培养白鬼笔菌丝体的研究成果,以及从白鬼笔菌丝体中分离出的多糖的生物活性数据。对白鬼笔新菌株菌丝体的培养形态特征和生理生化特性进行了研究。经过优化培养基的营养物构成和培养条件能够使菌体生物量提高1.3倍,多糖含量提高1.5~1.7倍。从该菌丝体中分离的多糖在体外和在体内(链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠)均具有免疫调节作用。与原始软膏相比,含有10%白鬼笔多糖的软膏,能促进实验大鼠的皮肤创面愈合,促进肉芽组织的上皮形成、收缩和生长。综上所述,白鬼笔菌丝体多糖有望成为开发功能性食品以及新型治疗和预防药物的原材料。BUKO Vyacheslav BAKUNOVICH Alexey ASTROWSKI Aliaksandr MOROZ Valentina PUCHKOVA Tatyana KASTSIANEVICH Aliaksandar TOMULEWICZ Mikolaj 2019现代食品科技2019,35,9:14
2与耐多药肺结核相关的放射学征象的文献分析显示文摘背景尽管肺药物敏感结核(DS-TB)和耐多药结核(MDR-TB)的诊断需要微生物检查证实,但胸部影像学早期识别可疑MDR-TB可以对诊断过程提供指引。本文对文献资料中与MDR-TB相关的放射学征象进行分析。方法于2018年1月29日搜索PubMed数据库,搜索关键字组合为'((extensive drug resistant tuberculosis)OR(multidrug-resistant tuberculosis))AND(CT or radiograph or imaging or X-ray or computed tomography)',并分析了报道DS-TB和MDR-TB放射学征象的英文文献。结果我们发现和分析了与分析目的有充分相关性的17篇文章。我们将报告的肺MDR-TB病例分为四个类别:(1)之前治疗过(继发或获得性)的HIV阴性成人MDRTB;(2)新发(或原发)HIV阴性成人MDR-TB;(3)HIV阳性成人MDR-TB;(4)儿童MDR-TB。肺MDR-TB的常见放射学表现包括:小叶中央小结节、分枝状线征和结节影(树芽征)、斑块或叶实变、空洞和支气管扩张。虽然总体上MDR-TB病例倾向病变更广泛、更容易双侧发病、胸膜受累、支气管扩张,及肺体积缩小;但仅依据这些征象难以作出MDR-TB的鉴别诊断。迄今的文献提示,肺MDR-TB特异性较高的放射学征象是厚壁多发空洞病变(特别是空洞≥3个时),虽然可能其敏感性不高。对于成人HIV阴性患者,与继发MDR-TB一致,新发MDR-TB也往往有较高的空洞病变发生率,估计在70%左右。结论厚壁多发空洞病变是提示MDR-TB诊断最有意义的放射学征象。未来的研究应该细致地量化空洞病变形态特征。王毅翔 Myung Jin Chung Aliaksandr Skrahin Alex Rosenthal Andrei Gabrielian Michael Tartakovsky 于英杰 陆普选 2018新发传染病电子杂志2018,3,4:7
3Active catalytic species generated in situ in zirconia incorporated hydrogen storage material magnesium hydride显示文摘This study explores how zirconia additive interacts with MgH_(2)to improve its hydrogen storage performance.Initially it is confirmed that the zirconia added MgH_(2)powder releases hydrogen at a temperature of about 50℃below that of the additive free MgH_(2).Subsequent tests by X ray diffraction(XRD)and infrared(IR)spectroscopy techniques reveal that the ZrO_(2) mixed MgH_(2)powder contains ZrHx(21.5)and MgO secondary phases.This observation is supported by the negative Gibbs free energy values obtained for the formation of ZrH_(2)/MgO from ZrO_(2)/MgH_(2)powder samples.An X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)study reveals that apart from Zr^(4+)cations,Zr^(2+) and zero valent Zr exist in the powder.Atomic force microscopy(AFM)study reveals that the average grain size is 20 nm and the elemental line scan profiles further proves the existence of oxygen deficient Zr bearing phase(s).This study strengthens the belief that functional metal oxide additives in fact chemically interact with MgH_(2)to make active in-situ catalysts in the MgH_(2)system.D.Pukazhselvan K.S.Sandhya Devaraj Ramasamy Aliaksandr Shaula Igor Bdikin Duncan Paul Fagg 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,3:3
4Electrochemical top-down synthesis of C-supported Pt nanoparticles with controllable shape and size:Mechanistic insights and application显示文摘In this work,we demonstrate the power of a simple top-down electrochemical erosion approach to obtain Pt nanoparticle with controlled shapes and sizes(in the range from-2 to-10 nm).Carbon supported nanoparticles with narrow size distributions have been synthesized by applying an alternating voltage to macroscopic bulk platinum structures,such as disks or wires.Without using any surfactants,the size and shape of the particles can be changed by adjusting simple parameters such as the applied potential,frequency and electrolyte composition.For instance,application of a sinusoidal AC voltage with lower frequencies results in cubic nanoparticles;whereas higher frequencies lead to predominantly spherical nanoparticles.On the other hand,the amplitude of the,sinusoidal signal was found to affect the particle size;the lower the amplitude of the applied AC signal,the smaller the resulting particle size.Pt/C catalysts prepared by this approach showed 0.76 A/mg mass activity towards the oxygen reduction reaction which is-2 times higher than the state-of-the-art commercial Pt/C catalyst(0.42 A/mg)from Tanaka.In addition to this,we discussed the mechanistic insights about the nanoparticle formation pathways.Batyr Garlyyev Sebastian Watzele Johannes Fichtner Jan Michalicka Alexander Schokel Anatoliy Senyshyn Andrea Perego Dingjie Pan Hany A.El-Sayed Jan M.Macak Plamen Atanassov Iryna V.Zenyuk Aliaksandr S.Bandarenka 2021Nano Research2021,14,8:2
5Endoscopic treatment of blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome in a 4-year-old girl with long-term follow-up:A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome(BRBNS)is a rare vascular disease,difficult to diagnose and choose a treatment method,especially in young children.There are several limiting factors to the use of enteroscopy for diagnostics and treatment in pediatric patients,in general.The literature on BRBNS cases is limited and presents various therapeutic approaches.CASE SUMMARY We present here a case of BRBNS involving a 4-year-old female,whose intestinal venous lesions were successfully treated by endoscopic sclerotherapy and aethoxysklerol foam.Skin lesions,typical for BRBNS,appeared on the 8th d of the child’s life and their number increased over the next several months.The child also experienced episodes of critical decrease in hemoglobin level(by as much as 52 g/L)for several years,requiring iron supplementation and several blood transfusions.Video capsule endoscopy revealed numerous vascular formations in the small bowel.The combined findings of gastrointestinal venous formations and skin lesions prompted BRBNS diagnosis.Single-balloon enteroscopy was used to perform sclerotherapy,with aethoxysklerol foam.A positive effect was observed within 19 mo of follow-up.We continue to monitor the patient’s hemoglobin level,every 2 wk,and it has remained satisfactory(>120 g/L).CONCLUSION Endoscopic sclerotherapy can be effective in the clinical management of gastrointestinal manifestations of BRBNS in young children.Kirill Marakhouski Elena Sharafanovich Uladzislau Kolbik Aleh Sautin Katsiaryna Nikalayeva Aleh Pataleta Kiryl Sanfirau Aliaksandr Svirsky 2021World Journal of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy2021,13,3:2
6Application of artificial intelligence-driven endoscopic screening and diagnosis of gastric cancer显示文摘The landscape of gastrointestinal endoscopy continues to evolve as new technologies and techniques become available.The advent of image-enhanced and magnifying endoscopies has highlighted the step toward perfecting endoscopic screening and diagnosis of gastric lesions.Simultaneously,with the development of convolutional neural network,artificial intelligence(AI)has made unprecedented breakthroughs in medical imaging,including the ongoing trials of computer-aided detection of colorectal polyps and gastrointestinal bleeding.In the past demi-decade,applications of AI systems in gastric cancer have also emerged.With AI’s efficient computational power and learning capacities,endoscopists can improve their diagnostic accuracies and avoid the missing or mischaracterization of gastric neoplastic changes.So far,several AI systems that incorporated both traditional and novel endoscopy technologies have been developed for various purposes,with most systems achieving an accuracy of more than 80%.However,their feasibility,effectiveness,and safety in clinical practice remain to be seen as there have been no clinical trials yet.Nonetheless,AI-assisted endoscopies shed light on more accurate and sensitive ways for early detection,treatment guidance and prognosis prediction of gastric lesions.This review summarizes the current status of various AI applications in gastric cancer and pinpoints directions for future research and clinical practice implementation from a clinical perspective.Yu-Jer Hsiao Yuan-Chih Wen Wei-Yi Lai Yi-Ying Lin Yi-Ping Yang Yueh Chien Aliaksandr A Yarmishyn De-Kuang Hwang Tai-Chi Lin Yun-Chia Chang Ting-Yi Lin Kao-Jung Chang Shih-Hwa Chiou Ying-Chun Jheng 2021World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,22:2
