| 1 | 北京市城区老年人膝关节骨关节炎流行病学调查——与美国白种人膝关节骨关节炎的临床和X线比较分析显示文摘目的 旨在了解北京市城区老年人膝关节骨关节炎 (OA)的患病率 ,并比较北京市城区老年人膝关节炎的患病率同美国白人患病率的差异。方法 从北京市 3个城区 6 0岁以上的北京男女居民随机抽取样本 ,其中男 730例 ,女 1 0 5 1例。所采用研究方案与美国Framingham骨关节研究方案一致。受检者分别完成入户调查及其问卷 ,然后受检者到医院进行双膝关节持重正位X线检查。采用年龄标化患病率比表达该研究和美国Framingham研究中膝关节OA患病率的差异。结果膝关节X线OA患病率女性为 4 2 8%,男性为 2 1 5 %;临床OA患病率女性为 1 5 0 %,男性为 5 6 %。同美国Framingham研究的白人OA患病率比较 ,女性膝关节X线和临床OA患病率均高于美国同龄白种人 ;男性膝关节X线和临床OA患病率与美国同龄白种人相似。结论 北京市城区老年女性膝关节炎患病率较高 ,且高于美国同龄妇女的OA患病率 ,应引起重视。 | 余卫 徐苓 秦明伟 Yu-qing Zhang Michael C.Nevitt Piran Aliabadi Li-Yung Lui David T.Felson | 2005 | 中华放射学杂志2005,39,1: | 94 |
| 2 | Prediction of uniaxial compressive strength and modulus of elasticity for Travertine samples using regression and artificial neural networks显示文摘Uniaxial Compressive Strength (UCS) and modulus of elasticity (E) are the most important rock parameters required and determined for rock mechanical studies in most civil and mining projects. In this study, two mathematical methods, regression analysis and Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), were used to predict the uniaxial compressive strength and modulus of elasticity. The P-wave velocity, the point load index, the Schmidt hammer rebound number and porosity were used as inputs for both meth-ods. The regression equations show that the relationship between P-wave velocity, point load index, Schmidt hammer rebound number and the porosity input sets with uniaxial compressive strength and modulus of elasticity under conditions of linear rela-tions obtained coefficients of determination of (R2) of 0.64 and 0.56, respectively. ANNs were used to improve the regression re-sults. The generalized regression and feed forward neural networks with two outputs (UCS and E) improved the coefficients of determination to more acceptable levels of 0.86 and 0.92 for UCS and to 0.77 and 0.82 for E. | 3 | 伊朗伊斯法罕新生儿重症监护中心新生儿气胸的发病因素、发生率和死亡率调查(英文)显示文摘目的该研究旨在调查伊朗伊斯法罕新生儿重症监护中心(NICU)住院新生儿气胸的发病因素、发生率和死亡率。方法 738例入住NICU的新生儿中,43例发生了气胸。回顾性分析气胸患儿的临床资料,包括胎龄、出生体重、Apgar评分、出生方式、母亲年龄、产次、围产期窒息、出生时复苏、气胸发生部位、机械通气情况、肺表面活性物质治疗、肺部疾病等。结果气胸患儿平均胎龄为31周,出生体重为1596g。12例(28%)患儿胎龄小于28周。28例(65%)出生体重低于1500g。共43例(5.8%)新生儿发生了气胸。97%的气胸为单侧(n=63),双侧气胸仅占3%(n=2)。呼吸窘迫综合征(40/43,93%)和机械通气(37/43,86%)是导致气胸发生的常见原因。共28例(65%)患儿死亡。死亡患儿与幸存患儿出生体重、胎龄及胸管留置时间差异有统计学意义。需要肺表面活性物质治疗的气胸患儿死亡率显著增加,与无需表面活性物质治疗的气胸患儿比较差异有统计学意义。结论该研究中气胸的发生率与死亡率高于其他报道,其原因可能是该研究中新生儿出生体重和胎龄都较低。呼吸窘迫综合征和机械通气是导致新生儿气胸发生的常见原因。患儿胎龄越小,体重越低,肺部疾病越严重,死亡率则越高。 | Fakhri NAVAEI Banafshe ALIABADI Masoud MOGHTADERI Roya KELISHADI | 2010 | 中国当代儿科杂志2010,12,6: | 6 |
