| 1 | 初中留守儿童社会支持特点与情绪行为问题的关系显示文摘目的探讨福建省初中留守儿童社会支持的特点及其与情绪行为问题的关系,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法采用社会支持问卷及长处和困难问卷(学生版),对福建省乡镇中学的963名留守儿童和1 520名非留守儿童进行调查分析。结果留守儿童与非留守儿童总体社会支持得分分别为(34.98±6.01),(35.94±5.78)分,差异无统计学意义(t=3.959,P>0.05)。非留守儿童和仅父亲外出务工的留守儿童得到的社会支持高于其他类型的留守儿童(F=8.699,P<0.05)。社会支持水平与留守儿童的情绪行为呈负相关,主观支持、支持利用度对于初中留守儿童的情绪行为问题均具有负向预测作用。高社会支持水平下的留守儿童比低社会支持水平下的留守儿童具有较少的情绪行为问题,低社会支持水平的留守女生较男生存在更多的情绪问题(P值均<0.01)。结论为减少情绪行为问题的发生,在给留守儿童提供客观社会支持的同时,应特别重视其对支持的主观感受和培养利用社会支持的能力。 | 江琴 Bj?rn Albin | 2014 | 中国学校卫生2014，35，3： | 23 |
| 2 | Improved outcome with standardized plan for clinical management of acute decompensated chronic heart failure显示文摘Background Our overall goal is to improve clinical care for inpatients with chronic heart failure(CHF).A retrospective assessment of CHF patients admitted to our hospital over the past decade(2005 vs.2014)indicated a need for better strategies to evaluate clinical treatment,implement best practices and achieve optimal patient outcome.To that purpose,we developed a standardized plan to improve in-hospital treatment of acute decompensated CHF patients.Methods&Results Retrospective chart reviews were conducted to compare three cohorts of CHF patients admitted to the University Hospital of Lund at different time points over a 12-year period:2005(365 patients),2014(172 patients)and 2017-2018(57 patients).Little improvement was seen between 2005 and 2014 with respect to one-year mortality(35%vs.34%)and adequate treatment with recommended medications,e.g.,use of renin-angiotensin system blockers(45%vs.51%).A standardized treatment plan was devised to improve outcomes.A third cohort,treated under the plan(2017-2018),was compared with the 2014 cohort.One-year mortality(18%vs.34%)and 30-day readmission(5%vs.30%)were dramatically decreased,and adherence to medication guidelines was achieved.Key elements of the plan included well-defined treatment procedures,enhanced communication and teamwork,education,adequate time for treatment(5 days)and post-discharge follow-up as necessary.Natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels were useful for assessing patient status,prognosis and response to treatment.Conclusion Developmeof a standard plan for clinical management of acute decompensated CHF patients resulted in significant improvements in patient outcome,as reflected in decreased rates of 30-day readmission and one-year mortality. | Marie-Louise Edvinsson Albin Stenberg Karin Astrom-Olsson | 2019 | Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2019，16，1： | 13 |
| 3 | 福州孕妇妊娠中期中医体质辨识研究显示文摘目的了解福州孕中期孕妇体质,为其孕期保健提供指导。方法采用《中医体质分类与判定表》,以横断面分层抽样,调查1 000例孕中期孕妇。剔除逻辑错误量表,获有效量表989份。采用构成比描述孕中期孕妇体质分布。结果福州孕中期孕妇总体体质分布为:平和质200例(占20.2%),其余789例均为偏颇混杂体质(占79.8%),依次为:阳虚质28.5%(282/989),湿热质25.5%(252/989),阴虚质25.2%(249/989),气郁质23.1%(228/989),气虚质23.1%(228/989),血瘀质19.1%(189/989),痰湿质10.9%(108/989),特禀质7.0%(69/989)。20~岁组各体质分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);25~岁组各体质分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);30~岁组各体质分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。初中组各体质分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高中及中专组各体质分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大专及以上组各体质分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论福州孕妇孕中期体质特点为多虚、多湿热、多气郁。产前保健人员可在'治未病'思想指导下,依据孕妇体质提供更加有针对性的孕期保健,提高人口素质。 | 葛莉 张素英 陈锦秀 杨雪梅 郑晓云 姚立群 Bjrn Albin | 2013 | 中国全科医学2013，16，16： | 9 |
| 4 | Benefits of model predictive control for gasoline airpath control显示文摘One effective possibility to reduce pollutant emissions and fuel consumption of an internal combustion engine is the use of improved process control. It is made viable by the implementation of additional actuators and sensors which allow to operate the process more flexible. For full exploitation of the setup an appropriate control algorithm is necessary. Classical engine control structures rely on the use of many calibration parameters which result in high demands on the calibration time. Model predictive control(MPC)is an advanced control algorithm which is able to overcome this drawback. It allows to use a mathematical plant model for control synthesis which reduces calibration time and makes reusability possible. The present paper introduces the MPC algorithm and discusses the benefits of MPC for engine control. A special emphasis is put on the application for gasoline airpath control. For clarification, the benefits are demonstrated by numerical simulation studies. | 5 | A Transmission Electron Microscopy Study of Plate Martensite Formation in High-carbon Low Alloy Steels显示文摘The martensitic microstructures in two high-carbon low alloy steels have been investigated by classical and automated crystallographic analysis under a transmission electron microscope.It is found that the martensitic substructure changes from consisting mostly of transformation twins for 1.20 mass%carbon(C) steel to both transformation twins and planar defects on {101}_M for 1.67 mass%C steel.In the 1.67 mass%C steel it is further found that small martensite units have a rather homogeneous substructure,while large martensite units are more inhomogeneous.In addition,the martensite units in both steels are frequently found to be of zigzag patterns and have distinct crystallographic relationships with neighboring martensite units,e.g.kink or wedge couplings.Based on the present findings the development of martensite in high-carbon low alloy steels is discussed and a schematic of the martensite formation is presented.Moreover,whether the schematic view can be applied to plate martensite formation in general,is discussed. | Albin Stormvinter Peter Hedstrm Annika Borgenstam | 2013 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013，29，4： | 3 |
| 6 | Integrating Smart Building Energy Data into Smart Grid Applications in the Intelligent Secondary Substations显示文摘Automation has arrived in the low voltage grid domain. In the next few years, the secondary substation—at the barriers of medium and low voltage grids—will thus be upgraded to enable novel functions. In this paper, we present various smart grid applications running on such intelligent secondary substations(iSSN) including their interaction with each other. We integrate energy consumption and production data, as well as forecasts, sensed from the smart buildings' energy management systems(BEMSs) into the operation of the low voltage grid.
