| 1 | 国际林火发展动向和全球化管理对策显示文摘依据近些年典型国际林火案例,分析火灾的发展动向和产生的根源,由此探讨管理对策。野外火在许多国家表现为延长的高发季节、难以控制的超级规模,并有向北极圈内发展的势头。分析表明,相关国家和地区反复出现人力难以应付的森林大火,源于长期干旱和极端高温天气引发的气象灾害。持续不断的火灾爆发和不可控性,通过次生灾害进一步抬升灾害的源头,加剧灾害链循环和连发效应。与此同时,灾害的偶发性特点和灾害经济学以及政府的运作模式又决定特定国家和具体州省森林防火队伍建设的基本现状。眼下较可取和切合实际的解决方案,就是在此框架下寻找经济高效的灾害管控办法。面对业已非常脆弱的地球生态系统,提出全球性协同防御机制,全面加强跨国界和地区的火灾预防和救援互助工作,实现国家间灾害快速响应力量的调配与投放,从全球角度提高防灾和减灾投入效益并增强协同抵御超级大火的响应能力,有效应对日益加码的火灾挑战,保护人类共同的家园。 | 王海晖 Shamima Aktar 盛昌栋 杨家富 | 2020 | 森林防火2020，，1： | 19 |
| 2 | 重症患者获得性肌无力17例临床分析显示文摘目的:探讨重症患者获得性肌无力(ICUAW)的肌电图和肌肉病理学特点,及其对预后的影响。方法回顾性分析山东大学齐鲁医院重症医学科2011年10月至2014年10月入住重症加强治疗病房(ICU)患者ICUAW的发生情况,选择20例肌肉活检患者的临床资料,收集肌电图及肱二头肌肌肉病理活检与电镜超微结构观察结果,记录机械通气时间、 ICU住院时间、总住院时间及预后。结果10例肌电图检查患者中1例符合吉兰-巴雷综合征肌电图改变,1例确诊为危重病性肌病(CIM)患者肌电图无异常,4例CIM患者表现为肌源性损害,4例CIM患者合并神经源性损害〔即危重病性多神经肌病(CIPMN)〕。17例ICUAW患者肌肉活检均显示为选择性Ⅱ型肌纤维萎缩,其中9例存在肌细胞坏死;2例患者肌肉活检证实为常染色体隐性遗传性肌病导致的肌无力与呼吸衰竭,1例吉兰-巴雷综合征患者肌肉活检无异常。5例患者电镜超微结构显示肌小节结构严重损伤与破坏、线粒体几乎消失。17例ICUAW患者机械通气时间(38.3 d±31.7),ICU住院时间(60.5±36.4) d,总住院时间(70.5±38.8) d;4例患者死亡。结论肌电图有助于鉴别CIM与神经系统疾病;而肌肉活检有助于发现少见病因导致的肌无力,重症患者以坏死性肌病为主,多合并肌源性与神经源性损伤,对患者预后产生不利影响。 | Kamal Aktar 韩辉 丁士芳 吴大玮 | 2015 | 中华危重病急救医学2015，27，4： | 10 |
| 3 | Microstructure, mechanical properties and formability of friction stir welded dissimilar materials of IF-steel and 6061 Al alloy显示文摘AA 6061 alloy and interstitial-free(IF)steel plates were joined by the friction stir welding(FSW)method,and the microstructure,mechanical properties,and biaxial stretch formability of the friction stir welded(FSWed)parts were investigated.The results indicate that the FSWed parts showed optimum tensile strength during FSW with the 0.4-mm offset position of the tool.The Fe4Al13 intermetallic compound formed in the defect-free intersection of AA 6061 and IF-steel plates during FSW.The hardness of the IF-steel part of the FSWed region increased almost 90%relative to its initial hardness of HV0.2 105.The tensile and yield strengths of FSWed regions were approximately 170 MPa and 145 MPa,respectively.According to the formability tests,the Erichsen Index(EI)of the IF-steel,AA 6061,and the FSWed samples were determined to be 2.9 mm,1.9 mm,and 2.1 mm,respectively.The EI of the FSWed sample was almost the same as that of the AA 6061 alloy.However,it decreased compared with that of the IF-steel.The force at EI(FEI)was approximately 1180 N for the FSWed condition.This value is approximately 70%higher than that of AA 6061 alloy. | Semih Mahmut Aktarer Dursun Murat Sekban Tevfik Kucukomeroglu Gencaga Purcek | 2019 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2019，26，6： | 7 |
