1国产香烟主流烟雾中多环芳烃的含量显示文摘目的检测20种主要国产品牌香烟主流烟雾中多环芳烃与焦油含量,并分析其是否有相关关系。方法按ISO国际标准吸取香烟主流烟雾中颗粒物,提取颗粒物中的多环芳烃,高效液相法测定荧蒽(FLUO),芘(pyrene熏PY),苯并(g熏h熏j)(BGP),苯并(a)蒽眼B穴a雪A演,(CRY)熏苯并(a)芘眼B穴a雪P演,苯并(b)荧蒽眼B(b)F演,苯并(k)荧蒽眼B(k)F演,二苯并(a熏h)蒽(DBA)9种多环芳烃含量,并检测烟雾中焦油、尼古丁含量。结果20种主要品牌香烟主流烟雾中多环芳烃主要成分含量均值从高到低依次为芘,荧蒽,CRY,苯并(a)蒽,二苯并(a熏h)蒽,苯并(a)芘,苯并(g熏h熏j),苯并(b)荧蒽熏苯并(k)荧蒽。总PAHs平均含量为714.8ng/支,其中芘、荧蒽等非致癌性组分占总PAHs的93%;致癌性多环芳烃平均含量为89.4ng/支,以苯并(a)芘和二苯并(a熏h)蒽为主要成分。总PAHs、致癌性PAHs含量与焦油含量的相关系数和P值分别为0.647,0.002,0.554,0.011。结论国产香烟主流烟雾中均可检出9种多环芳烃,总PAHs、致癌性PAHs含量与焦油含量呈正相关,提示焦油可作为估计烟雾中致癌多环芳烃含量、评价健康危害的指标。黄曙海 葛宪民 汤俊豪 AKPAN Victor LODOVICI Maura DOLARA Piero 2006环境与健康杂志2006,23,1:12
2臭腹腺蝗(直翅目:锥头蝗科)胃盲囊的异速生长和功能特性(英文)显示文摘通过对臭腹腺蝗Zonocerusvariegatus (直翅目 :锥头蝗科 ) 6个若虫期及成虫期主消化道和胃盲囊分段进行解剖和测量 ,对其胃盲囊的异速生长和功能特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,胃盲囊和主消化道的生长是不同速的。胃盲囊前段较后段生长速率更高 ,但两者生长速率显著相关。消化道和胃盲囊的平均长度亦显著相关。随年龄增长 ,消化道的生长速率降低 ,而胃盲囊的生长速率上升。与胃盲囊前段功能相同 ,胃盲囊后段亦具有消化和吸收功能 。Bassey E. 3Comparison of antioxidant activity of insulin, Ocimum gratissimum L., and Vernonia amygdalina L. in type 1 diabetic rat model显示文摘OBJECTIVE: Diabetes mellitus(DM) is known to be associated with increase of oxidative stress products. The direction of effect of any treatment on these products could therefore be a reliable measure of its efficacy on DM. So the aim of this study was to investigate the activity of insulin, Ocimum gratissimum L.(OG) and Vernonia amygdalina L.(VA) on oxidative stress products.METHODS: Thirty-six female Wistar rats weighing 150–200 g were randomly divided into six groups of six rats each. Thirty rats were induced for type 1 DM(DM1) with a single intraperitoneal administration of 65 mg/kg body weight of streptozotocin. Group 1 was normal control and was administered distilled water while Group 2 served as DM1 control group; Groups 3, 4, 5 and 6 were diabetic rats treated with 208 mg/kg OG(DM1 + OG), 52 mg/kg VA(DM1 + VA), 208 mg/kg OG + 52 mg/kg VA(DM1+OG +VA) and 0.16 IU insulin(DM1 + insulin) respectively. Determination of methemoglobin and sulfhemoglobin was achieved by the absorption spectrum principle. Red blood cell(RBC) catalase was assayed by continuous spectrophotometric method.RESULTS: The RBC catalase concentration was significantly decreased in the DM1 and DM1+VA groups when compared with the normal control. DM1 + OG significantly increased RBC-catalase when compared to DM1. The methemoglobin concentration was significantly reduced in the DM1, DM1 + VA, DM1 + OG + VA and DM1 + insulin groups when compared to the normal control group. The sulfhemoglobin concentration was significantly increased in the diabetic control and the diabetic treated groups when compared to the normal control. DM1 + OG reduced the sulfhemoglobin concentration when compared to DM1. The blood glucose concentration of all the diabetic groups was significantly raised compared to normal control. OG, VA and insulin significantly reduced the blood glucose concentration with the efficacy of OG and VA higher than insulin.CONCLUSION: Adverse alteration of oxidative indices were observed in type 1 DM model. 4Ethnopharmacology,phytochemistry,and biological activities of Cymbopogon citratus(DC.) Stapf extracts显示文摘Cymbopogon citratus is a widely distributed perennial herb belonging to the Poaceae family and has been extensively consumed for its medicinal,cosmetic,and nutritional effects for centuries.A large number of reports have been published describing the pharmacological,biological,and therapeutic actions of this herb.In this review,we summarized the literatures on related studies(up to January,2014) that highlighted the pharmacologic and biological effects of the major phytochemicals isolated from C.citratus extracts and its essential oil.The components of the essential oils found in C.citratus have a similar pharmacokinetic properties,including absorption,distribution,metabolism,and excretion.They are quickly absorbed following oral,pulmonary,and dermal administration.Based on the published reports,it can also be inferred that,after absorption from the small intestine,some phytochemicals in C.citratus can undergo oxidation,glucuronidation,sulfation,and/or O-methylation.Excretion is through urine,feces and/or expired volatiles.The biotransformation reactions of C.citratus bioactive constituents are essential for its relatively safe consumption and therapeutic applications.The data available so far warrant further studies evaluating C.citratus pharmacokinetics.Reliable pharmacokinetic data in humans would be critical for a better understanding of the the systemic handling of C.citratus.Christopher E Ekpenyong Ernest Akpan Azah Nyoh 2015Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2015,13,5:3

6Antimalarial potency of the leaf extract of Aspilia africana(Pers.)
