| 2 | 高效义齿清洁剂去除菌斑染色的体外实验研究显示文摘目的:以食物色素染色模型为基础,对一种新型浸泡式义齿清洁剂去除染色的效果进行量化评估。方法:为了便于形成均一的菌斑生长表面及后期的染色测量,本研究采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂片片来模拟义齿表面。树脂片经过消毒灭菌后浸泡于ToddHewitt肉汤培养基和人工唾液中培养18h(37℃)。处理后的树脂片取出晾干后被分为实验组和对照组,均置于咖啡、茶、蓝莓酱和红酒混合液中染色18h。使用分光光谱仪(PR650)定量测量染色前树脂片的颜色。染色后的实验组和对照组树脂片分别用义齿清洁泡腾片(Polident)和蒸馏水中浸泡5min(150mL水,40℃)。最后再次使用PR650测量树脂片颜色参数,并计算试样间色差。结果:配对t检验显示实验组和对照组的L*,a*,b*3个颜色参数以及总色差ΔE之间存在显著性差异(P<0.001)。义齿清洁泡腾片(Polident)显著地清除了色素。结论:义齿泡腾片(Polident)能清除由红酒、茶等色素引起的义齿表面着色。 | 马霄 王贻宁 Charles Dullea Marybeth Finnegan 田敏 Prasad S.
