1肝细胞肝癌中卵圆细胞的组织学与超微结构研究显示文摘目的 :探讨人肝癌肝组织存在卵圆细胞的可能性。方法 :对 2 0例人肝细胞肝癌的手术标本行常规组织学和超微结构观察 ,并用胆管上皮分化标记CK7和肝细胞分化标记白蛋白对以上组织作免疫组化染色 ,同时对其中 5例作免疫电镜标记。结果 :光镜下 ,14/ 2 0例癌肿边缘常可见到增生的小胆管样结构。电镜下 ,14/ 2 0例可找到三型卵圆细胞。其中Ⅰ型细胞体积较小、核大、胞质少 ,此为较为原始的卵圆细胞。Ⅱ型细胞体积稍大 ,胞质稍多 ,此为向胆管上皮分化的小上皮细胞。Ⅲ型细胞体积稍大 ,内含稍多粗面内质网 ,此为向肝细胞分化的卵圆细胞。此三型卵圆细胞均有细胞内张力微丝和细胞间连接结构。免疫电镜显示 ,三型卵圆细胞均表达CK7和白蛋白 ,但Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型表达CK7多些 ,Ⅲ型表达白蛋白多些。结论 :与动物致癌模型肝中存在卵圆细胞一样 ,人肝细胞肝癌肝中也存在同样形态和免疫表型特点的卵圆细胞。结果支持卵圆细胞可能为肝前体细胞的假设。肖家诚 朱延波 朱上林 李勤裕 RuckP AdamA KaiserlingE 2000临床与实验病理学杂志2000,16,3:12
2带PC填充墙的装配式联肢剪力墙抗震性能试验研究显示文摘为研究带预制混凝土(PC)填充墙的装配式联肢剪力墙结构抗震性能,完成1个无填充墙试件和2个带PC填充墙试件的拟静力试验,考察试件在不同连接方式下的开裂与破坏形态、滞回曲线、承载力、刚度、延性和耗能等性能。结果表明:无填充墙试件和柔性连接试件的滞回曲线饱满,表现出良好的耗能能力;刚性连接试件的滞回曲线捏缩现象较为明显,耗能能力较差;PC填充墙的存在可提高结构的承载力、刚度,但降低了结构的延性性能。采用推荐的刚性连接时,建议周期折减系数取0.8~1;而采用柔性连接时,可参考砌块填充墙周期折减系数取0.9~1。在实际工程中,建议根据PC填充墙的位置和数量,采用合理的周期折减系数。庞瑞 刘晓怡 张海东 魏金桥 DIAKHATE Adama 2020建筑结构2020,50,20:6

5Optimization of Mo/Cu(In,Ga)Se2/CdS/ZnO Hetero-Junction Solar Cell Performance by Numerical Simulation with SCAPS-1D显示文摘The paper presents a one-dimensional simulation study of chalcopyrite Cu(In,Ga)Se2(CIGS)solar cells,where the effects of the variation of CIGS,CdS,and ZnO layers are presented.Additionlly the influence of the variation of doping and the defects density of shallow uniform donors and acceptors types are also presented.The analyse of the simulation results shows that recombination inside the space charge region(SCR)decrease more our CIGS solar cell model performance.We also found that the electrical parameters increase with increasing CIGS absorber doping density exception of JSC values that reach their maximum at 1016cm-3 and decrease due to recombination of charge carriers in the p-n junction particularly the recombination inside the SCR.We also stressed the fact that the effects of shallow uniforme donor density is very low on the performance of our CIGS solar cell model is important because it will allow to control the width of space charge region from shallow uniform acceptors defect density that has a strong influence on the different electrical parameters.Yet,good optimization of performance of the CIGS-based solar cell necessarily passes though a good control of the space charge region width and will constitute a boosting perspective for the preparation of our next paper.We contact that the results obtained of the numerical simulation with SCAPS-1D show a good agreement comparatively of the literature results.The simulation of our CIGS solar cell presents best performances if the values of the absorber layer thickness is in the range of 0.02 to 0.03μm,the buffer layer thickness is in the range of 0.02 to 0.06μm and the defects density of shallow uniform acceptors types is in the range of 1015 to 1017cm-3.Adama Zongo Daouda Oubda Soumaïla Ouédraogo Marcel Bawindsom Kébré Alain Diasso Issiaka Sankara Boureima Traore François Zougmoré Zacharie Koalga Frédéric Ouattara 2021材料科学与工程(中英文B版)2021,11,4:2

7LA-ICP-MS U-Pb zircon geochronology and Hf isotope, geochemistry and kinetics of the Daxigou anorthosite from Kuruqtagh block, NW China显示文摘Kuruqtagh block is the best area for Precambrian geology in Xinjiang Autonomous Region, NW China, since it exposed complete Precambrian lithology units. The study of this ancient base will deepen the understanding of the Precambrian evolution of the Tarim Basin. In this paper, we studied the petrology, geochemistry, zircon LA-ICPMS U-Pb chronology and zircon Hf isotope of Daxigou anorthosite(DA) which is located at the northern margin of Tarim craton and discussed the rock formation, tectonic and geological significance. Zircons from the intrusions display oscillatory zoning and high Th/U ratios(0.39–1.35), implying their magmatic origin. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating results indicate that they formed during the Paleoproterozoic age with the weighted 206Pb/238 U average age of 1818±9 Ma, which is significantly different from former's Neoproterozoic age, and is coincidentally identical with its associated syenite granite age within the error range. Studies on petrogeochemistry suggest that DA belongs to medium-sodium peraluminous alkaline type, rich in Pb, La, Th and LILE, and poor in HFSE(Gd, Nd, and Ta). The chondrite-normalized REE pattern is slightly to the right form. The average ∑REE is 317.2×10-6; HREE show moderate fractionation [average LREE/HREE is 14.71, average(La/Yb)N is 24.77; average(La/Sm)N is 3.85, and average(Gd/Yb)N is 3.46]; and the δEu and δCe are not obvious. Their initial Hf isotope ratios and Hf two-stage model ages range from-6.6 to-4.43 and 2.63 to 2.74 Ga, respectively.
