| 1 | ^(18)F-FDG PET显像对不同亚型淋巴瘤的诊断价值显示文摘目的 探讨1 8F 脱氧葡萄糖 (FDG)PET显像对霍奇金淋巴瘤 (HL)和以世界卫生组织(WHO)分类标准分类的不同亚型非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)的诊断价值。方法 对 2 36例淋巴瘤 (6 2例HL和 174例NHL)患者的FDGPET全身显像结果进行回顾性分析 ,并与WHO病理分型的结果比较。结果 PET显像对淋巴瘤的检出阳性率为 94 % (2 2 1 2 36例 ) ,对HL和NHL的阳性率分别为 97% (6 0 6 2例 )和 93% (16 1 174例 )。在不同NHL亚型中 ,8例套细胞淋巴瘤 ,99% (76 77例 )的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤 (DLBCL) ,95 % (5 5 5 8例 )的滤泡性淋巴瘤 (FL) ,73% (8 11例 )的淋巴结边缘区淋巴瘤(MZL) ,2 3例黏膜相关性 (MALL型 )结外边缘区B细胞淋巴瘤 (MALT MZL) ,5 8例的无其他特征外周T细胞淋巴瘤 (PTCL) ,2 3例的伯基特淋巴瘤 (BL) ,2例间变性大细胞性淋巴瘤和覃样肉芽肿、小淋巴细胞性淋巴瘤和NK T细胞型淋巴瘤各 1例FDG摄取异常 ,而 13例 (3例MZL ,3例PTCL ,3例FL ,MALT MZL、DLBCL、BL和前体T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤各 1例 )未见异常FDG分布。结论 1 8F FDGPET显像对常见的NHL亚型检出阳性率较高 ,对相对少见的NHL亚型检出阳性率较低。 | 管樑 Rebecca Elstrom Zhuang Hong-ming Stephen J.Schuster 朱承谟 Abass Alavi | 2004 | 中华核医学杂志2004，24，4： | 9 |
| 2 | Geochemical fractionation and ecological risks assessment of benthic sediment-bound heavy metals from coastal ecosystems off the Equatorial Atlantic Ocean显示文摘This study determines the pollution, fractionation, and ecological risks of sediment-bound heavy metals from coastal ecosystems off the Equatorial Atlantic Ocean. Contamination Factor(CF), pollution load index(PLI), and geoaccumulation index(Igeo) were used to assess the extent of the heavy metal pollution, while the potential ecological risk was evaluated using the risks assessment code(RAC) and Hkanson potential ecological risk. The analysis revealed concentrations(mg/g, dw) of the cadmium(Cd),chromium(Cr), copper(Cu), nickel(Ni), and lead(Pb) in sediments for wet and dry seasons vary from 4.40-5.08, 14.80-21.09. 35.03-44.8, 2.14-2.28, and 172.24-196.39, respectively. The results also showed that the metal fractionation percentages in the residual, oxidizable, and reducible fractions are the most significant, while the exchangeable and carbonate bound trace metals are relatively low. The RAC values indicate no risk for Cd and Ni and low risk for other metals at all the studied sites during both seasons.Potential ecological risk analysis of the heavy metal concentrations indicates that Cd had high individual potential ecological risk, while the other metals have low risk at all investigated sites. | 4 | Efficacy of praziquantel in the treatment of Schistosoma haematobium infection among school-age children in rural communities of Abeokuta, Nigeria显示文摘Background:Chemotherapy with praziquantel(PZQ)has been the cornerstone of schistosomiasis control over the last two decades.Being the only available drug for the treatment of over 200 million people worldwide,continuous monitoring of PZQ efficacy under the pressure of widespread use is therefore advocated.Methods:The efficacy of taking two doses of oral PZQ for the treatment of Schistosoma haematobium was examined among school children in Nigeria.Urine specimens were collected from 350 school children and examined using the filtration technique.Blood was collected for packed cell volume(PCV)estimation,and the weight and height of each child were estimated.S.haematobium egg positive pupils were treated with two oral doses of PZQ at 40 mg/kg with a four-week interval in between.Drug efficacy was determined based on the egg reduction rate(ERR).Results:Among 350 school children,245(70.0%)-of which 132 were males and 113 were females,with an age range of 4 to 15 years-were diagnosed with S.haematobium.All the 245 infected children received a single oral dose of 40 mg/kg PZQ twice with a four-week interval in between and were followed up for 12 weeks.At four,eight and twelve weeks post treatment,the ERR was 57.1%,77.6%and 100%,respectively.The ERR was significantly higher among the children with a light infection compared to those with a heavy infection.One hundred and twenty-one children were egg negative at four weeks post treatment,among which 1(6.3)and 120(52.4%)had heavy and light infections,respectively.Following the second round of treatment,the cure rate at eight weeks and twelve weeks was 85.3%and 100%,respectively.Conclusion:This study demonstrated the efficacy of taking two doses of oral PZQ for the treatment of urinary schistosomiasis among school children in Nigeria. | Olusola Ojurongbe Olawunwi Risqat Sina-Agbaje Abass Busari Patricia Nkem Okorie Taiwo Adetola Ojurongbe Akeem Abiodun Akindele | 2014 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2014，3，1： | 3 |
| 5 | ^(18)FDG-PET在诊断头颈部鳞状细胞癌复发中的价值显示文摘目的 :了解18FDG -PET在诊断头颈部鳞状细胞癌复发中的价值 ,确定标准吸收值 (SUV)来鉴别放疗后的炎症与肿瘤复发。材料和方法 :头颈部鳞状细胞癌患者 43例 ,在放疗后至少 4个月 (平均 11个月 )进行18FDG PET检查。计算感兴趣区的SUV值。肿瘤复发诊断依赖组织病理学检查或 6个月以上的临床随访。结果 :43例患者中 ,FDG PET阳性 2 3例 ,其中 3例为假阳性 ;2 0例为阴性 ,其中假阴性 2例。FDG PET的诊断准确性是 88% (38/ 43) ,而CT/MRI的诊断准确性则为 6 6 % (2 5 / 38)。肿瘤复发病灶和炎症病灶的SUV有部分重叠 ,无统计学上差异 (p =0 31)。结论 :18FDG PET检测头颈部鳞状细胞癌复发中肉眼分析更有价值 ;18FDG -PET较CT/MRI更为准确。 | 李培勇 陈刚 朱承谟 Abass Alavi | 2001 | 中国医学影像学杂志2001，9，2： | 2 |
