1亚麻籽环肽混合物抑制霉菌生长繁殖活性显示文摘选取宛氏拟青霉(AS 3.776)和黄曲霉(CICC 2476)作为试验菌株,于121℃高温灭菌前、后添加一定浓度梯度的亚麻籽环肽混合物(flaxseed cyclolinopeptides,FCLPs)到马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基中。FCLPs对宛氏拟青霉孢子形成的半数抑制浓度IC50分别为0.53 mg/m L(高温灭菌)和0.34 mg/m L(未经高温灭菌);对黄曲霉孢子形成的IC50值分别为0.31 mg/m L(高温灭菌)和0.24 mg/m L(未经高温灭菌)。高温灭菌处理后,FCLPs保持了相当的抑菌活性,对宛氏拟青霉的抑制活性最低残留76.8%(菌落生长)和76.7%(孢子形成);对于黄曲霉的抑制活性,最低残留分别为61.6%(菌落生长)和41.7%(孢子形成)。FCLPs对孢子萌发率的平均抑制率为17.8%(宛氏拟青霉)和7.8%(黄曲霉)。采用高效液相色谱法分析霉菌培养后从培养基中提取的FCLPs,发现高温灭菌会降低环肽的含量,这可能是导致环肽抗菌活性下降的原因之一,但环肽中4种主要环肽的比例没有发生明显变化,且没有发现环肽霉菌代谢物产生。综上所述,FCLPs对霉菌具有一定抑制活性,对高温处理较为稳定,能耐食品的热加工,相比现有抗菌肽具有独特优势。刘尊 汪勇 MARTIN J T REANEY FIORENTY OCTAVIA SUGIWAN NANDA AYU YULISTYANITA 张宁 2018食品与发酵工业2018,44,3:11
2Eurycoma Longifolia as a potential adoptogen of male sexual health: a systematic review on clinical studies显示文摘Eurycoma longifolia(EL) has been well recognized as a booster of male sexual health. Over the past few decades, numerous in vivo animal studies and human clinical trials have been conducted across the globe to explore the promising role of EL in managing various male sexual disorders, which include erectile dysfunction, male infertility, low libido, and downregulated testosterone levels. The aim of the present review is to analyze and summarize the literature on human clinical trials which revealed the clinical significance and therapeutic feasibility of EL in improving male sexual health. This systematic review is focused on the following databases: Medline, Wiley Online Library, Bio Med Central, Hindawi, Web of Knowledge, Pub Med Central and Google Scholar, using search terms such as 'Eurycoma longifolia', 'EL', 'Tongkat Ali', 'male sexual health', 'sexual infertility', 'erectile dysfunction', 'male libido', and 'testosterone levels'. Notably, only human clinical studies published between 2000 and 2014 were selected and thoroughly reviewed for relevant citations. Out of 150 articles, 11 met the inclusion criteria. The majority of articles included were randomized placebo-controlled trials, multiple cohort studies, or pilot trials. All these studies demonstrated considerable effects of EL on male sexual health disorders. Among them, 7 studies revealed remarkable association between the use of EL and the efficacy in the treatment of male sexual disorders, and remaining 4 studies failed to demonstrate sufficient effects on male sexual health. In summary, there is convincing evidence for the prominence of EL in improving the male sexual health. 3Electroencephalogram Brain Connectome:An Approach in Research to Identify the Effect of Acupuncture on Human Brain Wave显示文摘Acupuncture has been used for 1000 years, but how it gives therapeutic effect is not completely understood. Integration of brain wave as the central nervous system plays an important role in acupuncture efficacy. To explore the effect of acupuncture stimulation in the central nervous system, it is imperative to decide the adjustments in brain waves that produced because of acupuncture stimulation. Electroencephalogram(EEG) is often used in the acupuncture research area. EEG records spontaneous cerebral activity after some time by positioning electrodes on scalp surface. Using EEG, we can observe the brain connectivity regarding the acupuncture stimulation. 4Pharmacognostic Identification of Yi Medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae显示文摘[Objectives] To identify original plant and traits of Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae,and provide experimental data for its identification and application. [Methods] The original plant,traits,and microscopic identification were used. [Results] Essential identification characteristics of Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae: small leaf was 1-2. 5 cm long,while the gynophore was 4-8mm long when bearing fruit; traits mainly included characteristic odor,strong and bitter taste,and spicy flavor; microscopic exclusive identifying characteristics: rich aleurone grain in the root; leaf had lysigenous secretory cavity,and non-glandular hairs and oil droplets were common. [Conclusions] Yi medicine Herba Boenninghauseniae Albiflorae( Ebazema) has distinctive identifying characteristics in original plant,traits,and microscopic tissues. 5放松功与瑜伽休息术之比较研究显示文摘放松功与印度瑜伽休息术同属东方文化的灿烂瑰宝,均拥有悠久历史,有所不同却又紧密联系,本文通过查阅大量国内外相关文献,将从二者理论基础、习练方法、研究成果、现代传播与发展等几个角度展开比较,以期能为科研与临床应用提供更多信息与依据。经分析发现,二者虽有不同理论体系,但在呼吸、意守、观想等方法上具有相似之处,在医学领域研究方向均集中于精神系统与循环系统,主要疾病为高血压与焦虑、抑郁等,目前瑜伽休息术主要应用于瑜伽体式习练后,呈现出良好的市场发展势头,放松功在国家大力发展气功的大背景下也逐步发展,二者发展模式不同,可相互借鉴。郑会丽 Ida Ayu Anom Rastiti 陈昌乐 2018中国医药导报2018,15,30:3
6Identification of naphthalene metabolism by white rot fungus Armillaria sp.F022显示文摘Armillaria sp.F022,a white rot fungus isolated from tropical rain forest(Samarinda,Indonesia) was used to biodegrade naphthalene in cultured medium.Transformation of naphthalene by Armillaria sp.F022 which is able to use naphthalene,a two ring-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH) as a source of carbon and energy was investigated.The metabolic pathway was elucidated by identifying metabolites,biotransformation studies and monitoring enzyme activities in cell-free extracts.The identification of metabolites suggests that Armillaria sp.F022 initiates its attack on naphthalene by dioxygenation at its C-1 and C-4 positions to give 1,4-naphthoquinone.The intermediate 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and salicylic acid,and the characteristic of the meta-cleavage of the resulting diol were identified in the long-term incubation.A part from typical metabolites of naphthalene degradation known from mesophiles,benzoic acid was identified as the next intermediate for the naphthalene pathway of this Armillaria sp.F022.Neither phthalic acid,catechol and cis,cis-muconic acid metabolites were detected in culture extracts.Several enzymes(manganese peroxidase,lignin peroxidase,laccase,1,2-dioxygenase and 2,3-dioxygenase) produced by Armillaria sp.F022 were detected during the incubation.Tony Hadibarata Abdull Rahim Mohd Yusoff Azmi Aris Risky Ayu Kristanti 2012Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,4:3
7放松功辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察显示文摘目的:观察放松功辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法:2018年5月至11月于上海市气功研究所医疗门诊部收集63例LDH患者,将其随机分为治疗组(32例)与对照组(31例)。治疗组予以电针结合放松功治疗,对照组仅给予电针治疗,两组电针治疗频率均为每周2次,治疗组放松功习练频率为每天1次,每次约20min,两种治疗方法均连续治疗3个月。治疗前后,利用VAS评分、CODI指数、表面肌电指标进行临床疗效评定。结果:治疗组有效率为90.3%(28/31),对照组有效率为83.3%(25/30)。治疗后,治疗组VAS评分显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患侧与健侧多裂肌MF值均高于对照组同侧(P<0.05)。结论:放松功在改善LDH患者疼痛与腰部肌肉疲劳度方面疗效明显,值得进行临床推广应用。郑会丽 Ida Ayu Anom Rastiti 张雪亮 王立夫 陈昌乐 2021中华中医药杂志2021,36,1:2
8Accelerated biodegradation of nitrophenols in the rhizosphere of Spirodela polyrrhiza显示文摘We investigated the biodegradation of 2-nitrophenol (2-NP), 4-nitrophenol (4-NP), and 2,4-dinitrophenol (2,4-DNP) in the rhizosphere of Spirodela polyrrhiza plants by conducting degradation experiments with three river water samples supplemented with each nitrophenol (NP). We then isolated NP-degrading bacteria both from the S. polyrrhiza roots and from the river water. In the river water samples, removal of the three NP was accelerated in the presence of S. polyrrhiza plants. The three NPs persisted in an autoclaved solution with sterile plants suggests that NP removal was accelerated largely by bacterial NP biodegradation rather than by adsorption and uptake by the plants. We isolated 8 strains of NP-degrading bacteria: 6 strains from the S. polyrrhiza roots and 2 strains from river water without the plants. The 2-NP- and 2,4-DNP-degrading bacteria were isolated only from the S. polyrrhiza roots. The 4-NP- degrading bacteria different from those isolated from the river water samples were also found on S. polyrrhiza roots. The 2-NP- and 4-NP-degrading strains isolated from the roots utilized the corresponding NP (0.5 mmol/L) as the sole carbon and energy source. The 2,4-DNP-degrading strains isolated from the roots showed substantial 2,4-DNP-degrading activity, but the presence of other carbon and energy sources was required for their growth. The isolated NP-degrading bacteria from the roots must have contributed to the accelerated degradation of the three NPs in the rhizosphere of S. polyrrhiza. 9健身气功对神经根型颈椎病的辅助治疗作用研究显示文摘目的 :探讨健身气功对神经根型颈椎病的辅助治疗作用。方法 :收集2014年6月至2015年3月就诊的神经根型颈椎病患者94例,随机分为试验组48例和对照组46例,两组均采用相同的针灸治疗1个月,试验组同时加练健身气功,每周至少5 d。于治疗前、治疗1个月和3个月后,用田中靖久症状量表评估功能,用视觉模拟测定(VAS)及现有疼痛强度(PPI)评估疼痛。结果 :试验组总有效率为93.75%(45/48),显著高于对照组的86.96%(40/46,P <0.05),治疗1个月后,试验组田中靖久症状评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05),VAS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。3个月后,试验组田中靖久症状评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05),VAS评分和PPI评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :健身气功对神经根型颈椎病有辅助治疗作用。陈昌乐 糜娟 Ida Ayu Anom Rastiti 张雪亮 王立夫 郑会丽 胡敏 李楠 2020上海医药2020,41,4:2
