| 1 | The Role of Cuisine in Destination Marketing:Analyzing the Food Experience of Foreign Tourists in Beijing显示文摘本文的主要目的是了解外国人在北京的美食旅游体验。达到这个目的之后,本文既能够贡献目前关于美食旅游的文献,又能够为北京美食旅游的发展提出建议。美食旅游是近几年来的一个新的旅游现象。促进目的地旅游的一种非常重要的方式就是通过美食旅游,通过美食旅游,目的地能展现自己的文化与风俗。现在市场竞争激烈,美食可以当作某个目的地独特的销售卖点(USP)。第一,本文通过对现有的美食旅游相关文献的回顾,调查美食旅游概念及美食旅游的正反两方面。第二,本文以北京为例,通过对巴塞罗那和北京旅游官方网站的美食部分的分析,发现北京的网站缺乏一些对游客比较有用的信息与功能。通过对在北京的外国游客收集的数据的分析,得出北京现在对自己美食的营销中最看重的方面及游客在北京饮食体验中认为最重要的因素(美观、消费者投资回报率、卓越服务、嬉闹或新奇)。分析的结果显示新奇对目的地美食形象的形成影响很大。 | Paris AgulióGarcía Aiping Ma | 2018 | 国际文化管理2018，0，1： | 2 |
