2Single and Mitochondrial Gene Inheritance Disorder Prediction Using Machine Learning显示文摘One of the most difficult jobs in the post-genomic age is identifying a genetic disease from a massive amount of genetic data.Furthermore,the complicated genetic disease has a very diverse genotype,making it challenging to find genetic markers.This is a challenging process since it must be completed effectively and efficiently.This research article focuses largely on which patients are more likely to have a genetic disorder based on numerous medical parameters.Using the patient’s medical history,we used a genetic disease prediction algorithm that predicts if the patient is likely to be diagnosed with a genetic disorder.To predict and categorize the patient with a genetic disease,we utilize several deep and machine learning techniques such as Artificial neural network(ANN),K-nearest neighbors(KNN),and Support vector machine(SVM).To enhance the accuracy of predicting the genetic disease in any patient,a highly efficient approach was utilized to control how the model can be used.To predict genetic disease,deep and machine learning approaches are performed.The most productive tool model provides more precise efficiency.The simulation results demonstrate that by using the proposed model with the ANN,we achieve the highest model performance of 85.7%,84.9%,84.3%accuracy of training,testing and validation respectively.This approach will undoubtedly transform genetic disorder prediction and give a real competitive strategy to save patients’lives.Muhammad Umar Nasir Muhammad Adnan Khan Muhammad Zubair Taher MGhazal Raed A.Said Hussam Al Hamadi 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,10:1
3Effect of different metal sulfate precursors on structural and catalytic performance of zirconia in dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether显示文摘ZrO_2 was treated with 10% SO_4^(2-) from different metal sulfate precursors for methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether.All the samples exhibited tetragonal phase and no diffraction peaks corresponding to metal sulfates or metal oxides were observed.The FT-IR results revealed that there were different interactions between sulfate and ZrO_2,and this had a great effect on the surface area of the samples.The catalytic activity was measured over the catalysts in the temperature range of 100-300 ℃.The results revealed that sulfated zirconia with CuSO_4·5 H_2O and Al_2(SO_4)_3·16 H_2O showed the best catalytic activity.The maximum yield of DME ≈87% was obtained over CuSZ at a reaction temperature of 275 ℃.Moreover,the catalytic activity of the catalysts was correlated well with their surface acidity that measured by dehydration of isopropanol.Abd El-Aziz A.Said Mohamed Abd El-Aal 2018燃料化学学报2018,46,1:1

5Knowledge, attitude, and practice of house officers towards COVID- 19: A multicentered crosssectional study in Egypt显示文摘Objectives:To assess the knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)towards COVID-19 and its associated factors among house officers.Methods:A multicentered crosssectional study on house officers was carried out using an online self-administered questionnaire.Sociodemographic data and data related to KAP towards COVID-19 were collected.Besides,KAP level of the house offices was recorded and factors associated with good KAP were determined.Results:This study included 555 house officers from 10 different hospitals with 128 males and 427 females.Almost half of the house officers had good knowledge and a favorable attitude(46.1%and 51%,respectively)on COVID-19.Still,82.5%of them were committed to good practice of preventive measures.Besides,percentages of good knowledge and practice among those with chronic diseases or those who knew someone infected with SARS-CoV-2 were higher,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In addition,the percentages of females with good practice were higher than those of males,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:House officers showed a good KAP towards COVID-19.Being aware of gaps in KAP can help to effectively contain the current pandemic.Mariam M.Alwerdani Emtenan A.Said Wesam A.Dosoky Radwa Sehsah Abdel-Hady El-Gilany 2022Journal of Acute Disease2022,11,3:0
