1Ti6A14V钛合金高速切削试验与有限元建模显示文摘综合考虑刀具圆角影响的Merchant模型和高速正交切削Ti6AI 4V实验测量的切削力和切屑几何参数,解析求得了'切屑-刀具-工件'摩擦系数。计算表明'刀具-工件'摩擦系数约为'刀具-切屑'摩擦系数的3~7倍,该研究克服了现有文献中对'切屑-刀具-工件'摩擦系数取值的盲目性。基于该摩擦关系,建立钛合金高速切削有限元模型(FEM)。仿真切削力与试验值相比误差小于4.9%:锯齿间距、锯齿高度,及其剪切角与试验值误差均小于5.2%,钛合金高速切削有限元模型得到了有效性验证。张相琴 张雪萍 A.K.Srivastava 2012机械设计与研究2012,28,4:9

3Nanostructural Features and Optical Performance of RF Magnetron Sputtered ZnO Thin Films显示文摘Zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films were grown on silicon substrate by RF (radio frequency) magnetron sputtering.Surface topography of these films exhibited a nanostructured granular appearance with the size of individual grains between 50 to 100 nm.Corresponding cross-sectional electron micrographs revealed columnar grains in the form of aggregated nanorods/wires with length of about 500 nm,similar to the thickness of these thin films of ZnO nucleated and grown vertically on the silicon substrate.High resolution lattice scale imaging using high resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) elucidated the single crystalline 1010 planes of hexagonal-ZnO constituting the columnar grains with the individual nanorod diameter between 3 and 4 nm.The photoluminescence measurements showed the prominent emission peak at around 460 nm for the blue band,normally attributed to intrinsic defects in particular interstitial zinc (Zn).These films were further characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),Raman spectroscopy and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) to evaluate various aspects on preferred growth orientations,band structures and vibrational modes originated in such fascinating nano-grained thin films of ZnO.The present investigations inferred that these films are advantageous in various potential applications for fabricating nano-scaled devices.A.K.Srivastava Praveen M.Arora S.K.Gupta B.R.Chakraborty S.Chandra S.Toyoda H.Bahadur 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,11:1
4Interaction between Earthworms and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in Plants:A Review显示文摘Different kinds of soil animals and microorganisms inhabit the plant rhizosphere,which function closely to plant roots.Of them,arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and earthworms play a critical role in sustaining the soilplant health.Earthworms and AMF belong to the soil community and are soil beneficial organisms at different trophic levels.Both of them improve soil fertility and structural development,collectively promoting plant growth and nutrient acquisition capacity.Earthworm activities redistribute mycorrhizal fungi spores and give diversified effects on root mycorrhizal fungal colonization.Dual inoculation with both earthworms and AMF strongly magnifies the response on plant growth through increased soil enzyme activities and changes in soil nutrient availability,collectively mitigating the negative effects of heavy metal pollution in plants and soils.This thus enhances phytoremediation and plant disease resistance.This review simply outlines the effects of earthworms and AMF on the soil-plant relationship.The effects of earthworms on root AMF colonization and activities are also analyzed.This paper also summarizes the interaction between earthworms and AMF on plants along with suggested future research.Lulu Meng A.K.Srivastava Kamil Kuča Bhoopander Giri Mohammed Mahabubur Rahman Qiangsheng Wu 2021Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,3:1
5Radiation Losses in the Microwave X Band in Al-Cr Substituted Y-Type Hexaferrites显示文摘We present a study on radiation losses in the microwave X band in Al-Cr substituted Y-type hexaferrites,namely Ba_2 Mg_2 Al_(x/2)Cr_(x/2)Fe_(12-x)O_(22)(x= 0, 0.5 and 1.0). The study is performed by means of a vector network analyzer, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, a vibrating sample magnetometer and x-ray powder diffraction.Ba_2 Mg_2 Fe_(12)O_(22) hexaferrite shows radiation loss of-37.25 dB(99.999% loss) at frequency 9.81 GHz, which can be attributed to its high value of saturation magnetization, i.e., 22.08 emu/g. 6受控力机器人磨削过程中工件的烧伤和表面光洁度显示文摘本文研究了受控力条件下机器人砂轮磨削过程中工件的烧伤情况和表面光洁度。工件烧伤是由实际参与切削过程的磨粒的锋利程度逐渐降低而引起的。磨粒锋利程度的变化可以用平均摩擦系数和平均切削深度的变化进行间接监测。随着砂轮的磨损,这两个参数将逐渐减小。本文推导出的解析式可以用来预测受控力磨削过程中发生的烧伤情况。在上述条件下,使用经过仔细调节的PID控制器所得出的实验结果与预测结果十分吻合。实验结果还表明在连续磨削时表面光洁度将得到逐步改善。因此,我们试图根据砂轮切削效率的逐渐下降来解释和预测表面光洁度的变化的特点。这些关系可以用于实际优化机器人控制磨削过程。A.K.Srivastava 朱家才 1994国外建材科技1994,15,1:0
