| 1 | 中线恶网中的EB病毒感染显示文摘目的 观察一组中线恶网病变组织中 EB病毒感染的存在情况及其异形淋巴样细胞( atypic al lymphoid cells,AL Cs)的免疫表型。方法 37例病变组织切片作 DNA- RNA原位杂交 ,检测 EB病毒编码的小分子 RNA( EBER) ,作免疫组化染色看 EB病毒隐伏膜蛋白 ( L MP)抗原的表达及 ALCs的免疫表型 ;其中 15例用 PCR方法检测了 EBV- DNA。结果 ( 1) 31/ 37例 ,占 83.8%之ALCs呈 EBER 1/ 2阳性反应 ;12 / 15例 ,占 80 %检出 EBV- DNA;5/ 19例 ,占 2 6.3%之少部分 AL Cs呈 L MP阳性反应。 ( 2 ) 2 0 / 37例 ,占 54.1%之 ALCs同时表达 CD3及 CD56抗原 ;5/ 19例 ,占 2 6.3%之少部分 ALCs呈 CD30 +反应。结论 该组中线恶网病例中存在着较高比率的 EB病毒隐性感染 ,其ALCs既表达 T细胞分化抗原 ,同时也高水平地表达自然杀伤细胞抗原 ,CD56。作者还复习讨论了多种淋巴增生性疾病中 EBV感染的存在情况。 | 刘卫平 Joostvan Gorp 李甘地 刘永惠 李俸媛 万红 Roel A de Weger | 1997 | 中华肿瘤杂志1997，19，1： | 27 |
| 2 | Coeliac disease in Dutch patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and vice versa显示文摘AIM: To define the association between Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and coeliac disease in Dutch patients. METHODS: A total of 104 consecutive patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis underwent coeliac serological tests (antigliadins, transglutaminase and endomysium antibodies) and HLA-DQ typing. Small intestinal biopsy was performed when any of coeliac serological tests was positive. On the other hand, 184 patients with coeliac disease were subjected to thyroid biochemical (thyroid stimulating hormone and free thyroxine) and thyroid serological tests (thyroglobulin and thyroid peroxidase antibodies). RESULTS: Of 104 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, sixteen (15%) were positive for coeliac serology and five patients with documented villous atrophy were diagnosed with coeliac disease (4.8%; 95% CI 0.7-8.9). HLA-DQ2 (and/or -DQ8) was present in all the five and 53 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (50%; 95% CI 43-62). Of 184 patients with coeliac disease, 39 (21%) were positive for thyroid serology. Based on thyroid biochemistry, the 39 patients were subclassified into euthyroidism in ten (5%; 95% CI 2-9), subclinicalhypothyroidism in seven (3.8%; 95% CI 1.8-7.6), and overt hypothyroidism (Hashimoto’s thyroiditis) in 22 (12%; 95% CI 8-16). Moreover, four patients with coeliac disease had Graves’ disease (2%; 95% CI 0.8-5) and one patient had post-partum thyroiditis. CONCLUSION: The data from a Dutch population confirm the association between Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and coeliac disease. | 3 | Transanal total mesorectal excision:a valid option for rectal cancer?显示文摘Low anterior resection can be a challenging operation, especially in obese male patients and in particular after radiotherapy. Transanal total mesorectal excision(Ta TME) might offer technical advantages over laparoscopic or open approaches particularly for tumors in the distal third of the rectum. The aim of this article is to review the current experience with Ta TME. The limits and future developments are also explored. Although the experience with Ta TME is still limited, it might be a promising alternative to laparoscopic TME, especially for difficult cases where laparoscopy is too demanding. The preliminary data on complications and short-term oncological outcomes are good, but also emphasize the importance of careful patient selection.
