| 3 | A Resistivity Gradient Piezoelectric FGM Actuator显示文摘A resistivity gradient actuator based on lead zirconate titanate ceramics was successfully developed and the bending deflections up to 140 μm were obtained. The actuator material was a matrix of PZT ceramic into which smooth gradient of piezoelectric activity was introduced. The application of an electric field then causes the actuator to bend due to differential strains induced by the piezoelectric effect. The resistivity gradient of the actuator was achieved by doping PZT with suitable donor and acceptor dopants. PZT powder was modified and synthesized by using two stage powder fabrication method. The actuator was fabricated by uniaxial pressing followed by isostatic pressing with two layers of different resistivities. | S. | 5 | The non-destructive analysis of ancient jade artifacts unearthed from the Liangzhu sites at Yuhang,Zhejiang显示文摘Samples of the jade artifacts unearthed from the Liangzhu sites at Yuhang (Fanshan,Yaoshan, Huiguanshan and Tangshan) of Zhejiang province were described. The chemical composition, phase and jade structure of a hundred and more intact samples were analyzed by the non-destructive techniques of PIXE, XRD and laser Raman spectroscopy. Results showed that the minerals of the jade artifacts mostly belonged to tremolite and tremolite-actinolite. Relationship of the civilization development in the Neolithic age and the application of tremolite type mineral in jade artifacts was discussed. The contents of rare and trace elements in tremolite jade artfacts and in mineral samples were measured for the first time. | 6 | Unified understanding of neutrino oscillation and negative mass-square of neutrino显示文摘The author indicates that even a conclusive confirmation of neutrino oscillation does not necessarily imply the existence of massive neutrinos. The negative value of neutrino mass-square may be an alternative key with realistic physical meaning. Reexamining special relativity (SR) we find that there actually exists a formal phase velocity of 'de Brogue’s wave' in temporal Lorentz transformation attributed to the intrinsical essence of Minkowski’s space. The properties of spacelike interval between two events have already included constrains to describe superluminal motion and SR is compatible with the faster-than-light motion originally in algebraic domain. | 7 | Biodistribution of fullerene derivative C_(60)(OH)_x(O)_y显示文摘The biological behavior of fullerene derivatives shows their considerable potential application in medicine field. To understand the biodistribution of C60 derivatives as drugs or drug carriers, a simple water-soluble derivative C60(OH)x(O)y was labeled with 99mTc. A r-counter and a single photo emission computed tomography (SPECT) were used to assess the biodistribution and metabolism of the labeled compound in mice and rabbits, respectively. The results showed that the compound could be absorbed rapidly by tissues, especially by coronal bone, breastbone, backbone, extremity honeycomb, liver and spleen. The clearance was slow from all tissues except for brain. The compound might be excreted through urine and enteron. The biodistribution shows some difference from that of Yamago et al. In this note, we discuss the possible reason leading to the difference. | 8 | Jackknife and Bootstrap Tests of the Composition Vector Trees显示文摘Composition vector trees (CVTrees) are inferred from whole-genome data by an alignment-free and parameter-free method. The agreement of these trees with the corresponding taxonomy provides an objective justification of the inferred phylogeny. In this work, we show the stability and self-consistency of CVTrees by performing bootstrap and jackknife re-sampling tests adapted to this alignment-free approach. Our ultimate goal is to advocate the viewpoint that time-consuming statistical re-sampling tests can be avoided at all in using this alignment-free approach. | 14 | Single crystal β-Ga_2O_3: Cr grown by floating zone technique and its optical properties显示文摘β-Ga2O3: Cr single crystals were grown by floating zone technique. Absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra were measured at room temperature. The values of field splitting parameter Dq and Racah parameter B were obtained by the peak values of absorption spectra. The value 10Dq/B=23.14 manifests that in β-Ga2O3 crystals Cr3+ ions are influenced by low energy crystal field. After high temperature annealing in air, the Cr3+ intrinsic emission was enhanced and the green lumines-cence disappeared. The strong and broad 691 nm emission was obtained at 420 nm excitation due to the electron transition occurred from 4T2 to 4A2. | 17 | lonization and dissociation of acetonitrile by intense femtosecond laser pulse显示文摘Photoionization and photodissociation of CH3CN were studied by a linear time of flight mass spectrometer coupled with 800 nm, 50 fs laser pulses at intensities of 6.3×1013-1.2×1014 W/cm2. The laser power dependences for principal ions CH3CN+, CH2CN+, CHCN+ and CCN+ were measured, which are consistent with the numbers of photons required to produce the ions via multiphoton ionization and dissociation. | 18 | Isospin and symmetry energy study in nuclear EOS显示文摘This paper summarizes the isoscaling and isospin related studies in asymmetry nuclear reactions by different dynamic and sta tistical models. Isospin dependent quantum molecular dynamics model (IQMD) and lattice gas model (LGM) are used to study the isoscaling properties and isoscaling parameters dependence on incident energies, impact parameters, temperature and other parameters. In the LGM model, the signal of phase transition has been found in free neutron (proton) chemical potential dif ference Δμn or Δμp as a function of temperature, or in free neutron and proton chemical potential difference Δμn-Δμp. Density dependence of symmetry energy coefficient Csym(ρ/ρ0) is also studied in the frame of LGM, with the potential parameters which can reproduce the nuclear ground state property, soft density dependence of symmetry energy is deduced from the sim ulation results. Giant dipole resonance (GDR) induced by isospin asymmetry in entrance channel is also studied via IQMD model, and the dynamic dipole resonance shows isospin sensitivity on the isospin asymmetry of entrance channel and sym metry energy of the nuclear equation of state (EOS). | 19 | Synthesis of O-(2-[^(18)F]fluoroethyl)-L-tyrosine and its biological evaluation in B16 melanoma-bearing mice as PET tracer for tumor imaging显示文摘O-(2-[18F]fluoroethyl) -L-tyrosine([18F]FET) ,a fluorine-18 labeled analogue of tyrosine,has been syn-thesized and biologically evaluated in tumor-bearing mice. The whole synthesis procedure is com-pleted within 50 min. The radiochemical yield is about 40%(no decay corrected) and radiochemical purity more than 97% after simplified solid phase extraction. [18F]FET shows rapid,high uptake and long retention in the tumor as well as low uptake in the brain. The ratios of tumor-to-muscle(T/M) and tumor-to-blood(T/B) of [18F]FET are similar to those of [18F]FDG,but the ratios of tumor-to-brain(T/Br) are 2-3 times higher than that of [18F]FDG. Autoradiography of [18F]FET demonstrates a remarkable accumulation in melanoma with high contrast.
