| 6 | Phylogenetic relationship of Podocopida (Ostracoda: Podocopa) based on 18S ribosomal DNA sequences显示文摘Nucleotide sequences from 18S rDNA of 11 ostracodes, which represent four suborders and six superfamilies of podocopidan, were determined. The phylogenetic relationships were analyzed based on three kinds of methods (maximum-likelihood, maximum-parsimony, and neighbor-joining), and the three topologies gained were basically similar. | 8 | Genetic diversity and its seasonal variation of Jiaozhou Bay phytoplankton determined by rbcL gene sequencing显示文摘Ribulose-1, 5-bisphosphate carboxynase/ oxygenase large subunit gene (rbcL) of Jiaozhou Bay phytoplankton was amplified from spring, summer and autumn surface seawater DNAs and cloned respectively. About 50 clones were randomly selected from each library and sequenced. If identical amino acid sequences are considered as the same operational taxonomy unit (OTU), 61 OTUs are identified according to inferred amino acid sequences, among them, 21 from spring seawater, 15 from summer seawater and 25 from autumn seawater. Shannon index calculated from OTU abundances reflects the genetic diversity of a community. The indexes of spring, summer and autumn surface seawater phytoplankton are 2.69, 2.44 and 2.76 respectively, indicating that phytoplankton genetic diversity of autumn seawater is the richest. Seasonal variation of phytoplankton community is significant; the community compositions of three seasons are almost completely different except for the two OTUs shared by summer and autumn. | 9 | Grey analysis of the relationship between grain output and major input factor in Guizhou Province:1983-2005显示文摘Because conditions for the grain production are not favorable and the input in the production factors ofmodern agriculture is not sufficient, the grain supply has been less than the demand for a long time. By means of greycorrelation analysis, this paper deals with the correlation situation among such input factors as the grain sown area, thetotal power of agricultural machinery, the fertilizer utilization volume, the actual irrigation area, the damage area, thenumber of farming labor force, in order to understand the major restricting and driving forces that have affected thegrain output in the recent 23 years. The analysis shows that the grain sown area and fertilizer utilization volume are thetwo most important leading factors that affect grain production in Guizhou Province, while the damage area and the totalpower of the farming-used machines are the following factors. Fertilizer utilization volume and the actual agriculturalmachinery and irrigation area are the two increasingly influential factors that affect grain production. The influence of thefarming labor force upon grain production became less strong. | 10 | Optimal guaranteed cost control for fuzzy descriptor systems with time-varying delay显示文摘Based on the delay-independent rule, the problem of optimal guaranteed cost control for a class of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S ) fuzzy descriptor systems with time-varying delay is studied. A linear quadratic cost function is considered as the performance index of the closed-loop system. Suffcient conditions for the existence of guaranteed cost controllers via state feedback are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and the design of an optimal guaranteed cost controller can be reduced to a convex optimization problem. It is shown that the designed controller not only guarantees the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop fuzzy descriptor delay system, but also provides an optimized upper bound of the guaranteed cost.
