1土壤养分状况系统研究法在土壤肥力研究及测土施肥中的应用显示文摘土壤养分状况系统研究法应用美国国际农化中心的ASI联合浸提液(0.25mol/L NaHCO_3-0.01mol/L EDTA-0.01mol/L NH_4F)测定土壤中11种大、中、微量元素含量,结合土壤对营养元素的吸附研究和盆栽试验,判断土壤中存在的和潜在的养分限制因子,用以指导田间试验和施肥推荐。在全围17个省(市、自治区)范围内选取了140个土壤样品,应用该方法对土壤养分状况进行了研究。盆栽试验结果表明,土壤中氮、磷、钾、锌、硫、铜、硼、锰、钼、镁、钙和铁成为限制因子的土壤分别为137、126、84、68、45、37、36、34、28、25、20和17个。应用Cate和Nelson的方法估计出11种元素(钼除外)测定值在盆栽条件下的临界值。 应用在原取土地块安排的田间试验的资料估计出大田条件下应用ASI联合浸提液测定的土壤磷、钾含量的临界值分别为15mg/L和90mg/L。应用河北省玉田县试验和示范资料建立的计算机测土施肥模型综合考虑了土壤中各种营养元素的综合平衡和土壤对磷、钾的吸附固定能力。金继运 张宁 梁鸣早 吴荣贵 Sam Portch 1996植物营养与肥料学报1996,2,1:91

5非洲猪瘟流行病学及其在中国扩散的因素分析显示文摘非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)感染家猪和野猪引起的一种高度传染性和致死性疫病。2018年8月1日,国家外来动物疫病中心接到辽宁省沈阳市发生疑似ASF病例的报告,经官方确认后于2018年8月3日向世界动物卫生组织(OIE)通报为我国首例非洲猪瘟。截至2019年4月22日,中国已相继暴发了129起ASF疫情,共计扑杀102万头猪。由于尚无针对ASF的有效疫苗,其传播媒介广泛分布及复杂的相互作用使得防控局势变得更为严峻。扑杀猪群和切断病毒的传播路径是目前减缓疫情传播的主要手段。因此,对ASF流行病学特点及其扩散因素的深刻理解,有助于病毒扩散模型的建立和进一步防控措施的实施。张睿 黄旖童 鲍晨沂 JUNGYong Sam 许家荣 钱莺娟 戴建君 2019病毒学报2019,35,3:39
6山西沁水盆地柿庄北区块3#煤层注入埋藏CO_2提高煤层气采收率试验和评价显示文摘对沁水盆地南部柿庄北区块进行了深煤层注入地质和工程评价,认为柿庄北区块适合进行深煤层注入CO2开采煤层气技术的应用;通过SX-001井的微型先导性试验,对SX-001井的注入前后产气量与产水量、气体成分变化和井底压力变化规律进行了总结。通过现场试验,注入CO2后SX-001井的产气量是注入前的2.45倍;在小于煤岩破裂压力的条件下,每天注入20 t的CO2能够实现顺利注入,并且压力上升速度较慢;注入CO2后,煤岩发生膨胀,局部煤层的渗透率降低,排采一段时间后恢复;在目的煤层中注入的CO2的影响范围内,烃类气体总的置换效率达到14.18 cm3/g。该试验成果证明柿庄北区块通过注入CO2开采煤层气实现了CO2的埋藏,提高了煤层气井的采收率。叶建平 张兵 Sam Wong 2012中国工程科学2012,14,2:33

9Diagnosis of ectopic pancreas by endoscopic ultrasound with fine-needle aspiration显示文摘AIM:To study the clinical,endoscopic,sonographic,and cytologic features of ectopic pancreas(EP).METHODS:This was a retrospective study performedat an academic referral center including two hospitals.Institutional review board approval was obtained.Patients referred to the University Hospital or Denver Health Medical Center Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Lab for gastroduodenal subepithelial lesions(SEL)with a final diagnosis of EP between January 2009and December 2013 were identified.Patients in this group were selected for the study if they underwent endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)with fine-needle aspiration(FNA)or deep biopsy.A review of the medical record was performed specifically to review the following information:presenting symptoms,endoscopic and EUS findings,computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging findings,pathology results,procedure-related adverse events,and subsequent treatments after EUSFNA.EUS with FNA or deep submucosal biopsy was performed in all patients on an outpatient basais by one of two physicians(Attwell A,Fukami N).Review of all subsequent clinic notes and operative reports was performed in order to determine follow-up and final diagnoses.RESULTS:Between July 2009 and December 2013,10patients[3 males,7 females,median age 52(26-64)years]underwent EUS for a gastroduodenal SEL and were diagnosed with EP.One patient was symptomatic.Six(60%)lesions were in the antrum,3(30%)in the body,and 1(10%)in the duodenum.A mucosal dimple was noted in 6(60%).Mean lesion size was 17(8-25)mm.Gastrointestinal wall involvement:muscularis mucosae,10%;submucosa,70%;muscularis propria,60%;and serosa,10%.Nine(90%)lesions were hypoechoic and 5(50%)were homogenous.A duct was seen in 5(50%).FNA was attempted in 9(90%)and successful in 8(80%)patients after 4(2-6)passes.Cytology showed acini or ducts in 7 of 8(88%).Superficial biopsies in 7 patients(70%)showed normal gastric mucosa.Deep endoscopic biopsies were taken in 2 patients and diagnostic in one.One patient(10%)developed pancreatitis after EUS-FNA.Two patients(20%)underwent surgery to relieve symptoms or confirm the diagnosis.The main limitation of the study was the fact that it was retrospective and performed at a single medical center.CONCLUSION:EUS features of EP include antral location,mucosal dimple,location in layers 3-4,and lesional duct,and FNA or biopsy is accurate and effective.Augustin Attwell Sharon Sams Norio Fukami 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,8:22

15温室滴灌黄瓜产量和水分利用效率对水分胁迫的响应显示文摘为确定滴灌条件下温室黄瓜的适宜灌水方案,该文基于20 cm标准蒸发皿的累计水面蒸发量设计不同灌水处理,研究了滴灌条件下不同灌水处理(充分灌水T1,轻度水分亏缺T2,中度水分亏缺T3)对不同种植季节温室黄瓜生理特性、耗水量(Evapotranspiration,ET_c)、产量及水分利用效率(Water Use Efficiency,WUE)的影响,且于2017年8-12月(秋冬季)和2018年3-7月(春夏季)分别对不同灌水处理下土壤水分状况、作物生理指标、耗水量、产量和WUE等指标进行了系统的田间试验观测及分析。研究结果表明,随着灌水量的减小,温室黄瓜产量和WUE均呈降低趋势,不同程度的水分亏缺对黄瓜不同生育期ET_c有一定的抑制作用,在黄瓜生长任一阶段发生水分亏缺均会降低黄瓜植株的茎流速率、光合速率及气孔导度,进而可能影响黄瓜干物质的运转与积累,其中在作物生长中期,温室黄瓜茎流速率及产量对水分亏缺响应最为显著。黄瓜平均单果质量、果茎、果长和单株坐果数均随灌水量的降低而减小,黄瓜果实畸形比例随不同生长阶段水分亏缺的增大而增大。不同种植季节温室黄瓜T1处理的产量分别高出T2和T3处理的22.0%和51.2%(春夏季)、54.2%和73.9%(秋冬季);温室黄瓜T1处理的ET_c分别高出T2和T3处理的17.4%和34.9%(春夏季)、24.0%和48.0%(秋冬季);T1处理的WUE分别高出T2和T3处理的5.5%和25%(春夏季)、39.7%和50.0%(秋冬季)。综合研究结果,黄瓜发育期适宜灌溉水量为累计水面蒸发量的0.8倍,生长中、后期为累计水面蒸发量的1.2倍。研究结果对实现农业水分高效利用及促进设施作物优质、高产具有重要参考价值。毋海梅 闫浩芳 张川 黄松 Sam Acquah Joe 2020农业工程学报2020,36,9:15

17Cancer stem cell markers CD133 and CD24 correlate with invasiveness and differentiation in colorectal adenocarcinoma显示文摘AIM:To verify that CD markers are available for detecting cancer stem cell populations and to evaluate their clinical significance in colon cancer.METHODS:Immunohistochemistry for CD133,CD24 and CD44 was performed on the tissue microarray of 523 colorectal adenocarcinomas.Medical records were reviewed and clinicopathological analysis was performed.RESULTS:In colorectal adenocarcinoma,128 of 523 cases(24.5%) were positive and 395 cases(75.5%) were negative for CD133 expression.Two hundred and sixty-four of 523 cases(50.5%) were positive and 259 cases(49.5%) were negative for CD24 expression.Five hundred and two of 523 cases(96%) were negative and 21 cases(4%) were positive for CD44 expression.Upon clinicopathological analysis,CD133 expression was present more in male patients(P = 0.002) and in advanced T stage cancer(P = 0.024).Correlation between CD24 expression and clinicopathological factors was seen in the degree of differentiation(P = 0.006).Correlation between CD44 expression and clinicopathological factors was seen in the tumor size(P = 0.001).Survival was not significantly related to CD133,CD24 and CD44 expression.CONCLUSION:CD markers were related to invasiveness and differentiation of colorectal adenocarcinoma.However,CD expression was not closely related to survival.Dongho Choi Hyo Won Lee Kyung Yul Hur Jae Joon Kim Gyeong-Sin Park Si-Hyong Jang Young Soo Song Ki-Seok Jang Seung Sam Paik 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,18:14
18Long-term follow up of endoscopic resection for type 3 gastric NET显示文摘AIM:To clarify the short and long-term results and to prove the usefulness of endoscopic resection in type 3gastric neuroendocrine tumors(NETs).METHODS:Of the 119 type 3 gastric NETs diagnosed from January 1996 to September 2011,50 patients treated with endoscopic resection were enrolled in this study.For endoscopic resection,endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)or endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)was used.Therapeutic efficacy,complications,and follow-up results were evaluated retrospectively.RESULTS:EMR was performed in 41 cases and ESD in 9 cases.Pathologically complete resection was performed in 40 cases(80.0%)and incomplete resection specimens were observed in 10 cases(7 vs 3 patients in the EMR vs ESD group,P=0.249).Upon analysis of the incomplete resection group,lateral or vertical margin invasion was found in six cases(14.6%)in the EMR group and in one case in the ESD group(11.1%).Lymphovascular invasions were observed in two cases(22.2%)in the ESD group and in one case(2.4%)in the EMR group(P=0.080).During the follow-up period(43.73;13-60 mo),there was no evidence of tumor recurrence in either the pathologically complete resection group or the incomplete resection group.No recurrence was reported during follow-up.In addition,no mortality was reported in either the complete resection group or the incomplete resection group for the duration of the follow-up period.CONCLUSION:Less than 2 cm sized confined submucosal layer type 3 gastric NET with no evidence of lymphovascular invasion,endoscopic treatment could be considered at initial treatment.Yong Hwan Kwon Seong Woo Jeon Gwang Ha Kim Jin Il Kim Il-Kwun Chung Sam Ryong Jee Heung Up Kim Geom Seog Seo Gwang Ho Baik Kee Don Choi Jeong Seop Moon 2013World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,46:14

20Green coal mining technique integrating mining-dressing-gas draining-backfilling-mining显示文摘Aiming to address the following major engineering issues faced by the Pingdingshan No. 12 mine:(1) difficulty in implementing auxiliary lifting because of its depth(i.e., beyond 1000 m);(2) highly gassy main coal seam with low permeability;(3) unstable overlying coal seam without suitable conditions for implementing conventional mining techniques for protective coal seam; and(4) predominant reliance on ‘‘under three' coal resources to ensure production output. This study proposes an integrated, closed-cycle mining-dressing-gas draining-backfilling-mining(MDGBM) technique. The proposed approach involves the mining of protective coal seam, underground dressing of coal and gangue(UDCG), pressure relief and gas drainage before extraction, and backfilling and mining of the protected coal seam. A system for draining gas and mining the protective seam in the rock stratum is designed and implemented based on the geological conditions. This system helps in realizing pressure relief and gas drainage from the protective seam before extraction. Accordingly, another system, which is connected to the existing production system, is established for the UDCG based on the dense medium-shallow trough process. The mixed mining workface is designed to accommodate both solid backfill and conventional fully mechanized coal mining, thereby facilitating coal mining, USCG, and backfilling. The results show that: The mixed mining workface length for the Ji15-31010 protected seam was 220 m with coal production capacity 1.2 million tons per year, while the backfill capacity of gangue was 0.5 million tons per year. The gas pressure decreased from 1.78 to 0.35 MPa, and the total amount of safely mined coal was 1.34 million tons.
