| 1 | A New Parameter Extraction Method for Schottky Barrier Diodes显示文摘A new parameter extraction method for Schottky barrier diodes is provided in this paper.Since the current model of Schottky barrier diodes is a nonlinear self-consistent equation, the nonlinear inconsistent equations set is composed of nonlinear model equations under different biases. The problem of solving nonlinear inconsistent equations set is transformed into an optimization problem. The global optimal solution of the parameters is obtained by genetic algorithm. Comparing with experimental data, the results indicate that the error of the method proposed by this paper is lower than that of Cheung method. | CHANG Yongming MAO Wei HAO Yue | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2019,28,3: | 1 |
| 2 | Channel Correlation Analysis by Exploiting Temporal-Spectral-Spatial Information显示文摘This paper deals with the modeling, analysis, and measurement of a Small scale fading(SSF) mobile radio channel. The physics of SSF are first reviewed to reveal the generating mechanisms of channel selectivity.A stochastic channel model is then derived as a function of time, antenna array displacement and frequency, which falls in the category of tapped delay line model. Specifically, the taps can be represented as a combination of a possible line of sight or dominant reflected path and a Gaussian distributed component comprised of unresolvable scattered paths. After that, general analytical solutions are provided for the 3D temporal-spectral-spatial correlations of SSF via the exploitation of channel statistical properties. We show that this function can be expressed as the product of three low order temporal, spectral and spatial correlations individually under appropriate assumptions on the associated wireless propagation environment. This will definitely facilitate the derivations of the closed form expression regarding the correlation function of SSF. From engineering perspective, this analysis can be utilized to develop network correlation maps for example. Finally, out field measurement results verify the validity of our theoretical analysis. | PANG Lihua ZHANG Yang LI Jiandong LIANG Xiao WANG Qiaofeng LIU Xilin | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2015,24,2: | 0 |
| 3 | Point-Based Data Analysis for Extracting Parameters of Cutting Tools显示文摘Various types of cutting tools are known and are in use for machining parts. The dimensional parameters associated with cutting tools need to be estimated and compared to the desired values for determining their cutting performance. In this paper, a data analysis methodology for extracting parameters from a measured point set corresponding to the surface of a cutting tool is provided. We propose that the 3-D data can be simplified into 2-D data or regular data by virtually slicing it at a predetermined section or by projecting it onto a same axial plane after a simple fixed-axis rotation. A plurality of curves can be generated and optimized based on the obtained 2-D points on a cross section for calculating the section parameters, including radial (axial) rake angle, relief angle, and land width. Other dimensional parameters can also be extracted from the contour of the presented rotary axial projection data. The experimental results have shown that the approaches elaborated in this paper are effective and robust, which can be potentially extended to other applications such as the inspection of similar parts and their parameters extraction. | 陈田 杜晓明 郑建明 邹欣珏 | 2009 | Tsinghua Science and Technology2009,14,S1: | 0 |
| 4 | Analysis and parameter extraction of memristive structures based on Strukov's non-linear model显示文摘Diverse models have been proposed for explaining the electrical performance of memristive devices. In principle, the behavior of internal variables associated to each one could be extracted from experimental results. In a former work, thermally grown TiO_x memristive structures were built and characterized to obtain the constitutive relationship(magnetic flux versus charge). The aim of this work is to continue that analysis by determining the microscopic parameters within the frame of a simple model. We use the already obtained memristance dependence of time and the basic expressions from the non-linear model proposed by Strukov et al. to compute the state-variable,the mobility of the doping species, the speed of the boundary between the doped and the undoped regions, the voltages and the electric fields on the distinct regions. The power dissipation and its time evolution are also presented. Moreover, a quite different window function from those formerly proposed, which was estimated from experimental data, is also determined. This information provides a straightforward picture of the ionic transport during one cycle of a square voltage waveform within the framework of this simple model. Finally, a quality factor is proposed as the key parameter for actual memristors viewed under the same model. | A.Avila Garcia L.Ortega Reyes | 2018 | Journal of Semiconductors2018,39,12: | 0 |
