气候变化国家评估报告(Ⅰ):中国气候变化的历史和未来趋势显示文摘The climate change in China shows a considerable similarity to the global change, though there still exist some significant differences between them. In the context of the global warming, the annual mean surface air temperature in the country as a whole has significantly increased for the past 50 years and 100 years, with the range of temperature increase slightly greater than that in the globe. The change in precipitation trends for the last 50 and 100 years was not significant, but since 1956 it has assumed a weak increasing trend. The frequency and intensity of main extreme weather and climate events have also undergone a significant change. The researches show that the atmospheric CO2 concentration in China has continuously increased and the sum of positive radiative forcings produced by greenhouse gases is probably responsible for the country-wide climate warming for the past 100 years, especially for the past 50 years. The projections of climate change for the 21st century using global and regional climate models indicate that, in the future 20-100 years, the surface air temperature will continue to increase and the annual precipitation also has an increasing trend for most parts of the country.丁一汇 任国玉 石广玉 2007气候变化研究进展2007,3,z1:55

Quantitative relationship between pollen and vegetation in northern China显示文摘205 surface pollen samples from different communities in Northern China were analyzed to understand the quantitative relationship between pollen and its original vegetation. Pollen analysis and vegetation investigation show that the pollen assemblages differ a lot in different vegetation regions. Arboreal pollen account for more than 30% in temperate broad-deciduous forests region. In temperate steppe regions, herb pollen percentages are more than 90%, where Artemisia and Chenopodiaceae are domi- nant pollen types with Artemisia percentages more than 30%. In temperate desert, Chenopodiaceae pollen percentages are more than Artemisia, where ferns are rare. Cyperaceae pollen percentages are more than 20% in sub-alpine or cold meadows. The relations between pollen percentages and vegeta- tion cover indicate that most arboreal pollen shows a close relationship with parent plant covers, most shrubby pollen types have more or less correlations, but most herbs do not show clear correlations. For arboreal pollen types, Picea pollen shows the closest correlation with spruce trees coverage, then is Quercus and Carpinus. Betula, Larix and Juglans have also high correlation coefficients with their plants coverage, but Betula pollen is of overrepresented pollen type and more than 40% in birch forest, while Larix and Juglans pollen is underrepresented and pollen percentages are more than 10% in Larix or Juglans pure forests. Pinus is of overrepresented pollen type, and pollen percentages have some relations with plants cover. Pine forest might present when Pinus pollen percentages are more than 30%. The relations between Ulmus and Populus pollen percentages and vegetation cover are not close, where they are mixed with other arbors, they cannot be recorded easily, but if their pollen percentages are more than 1%, Ulmus or Populus trees should exist. For shrubby pollen types, the correlation be- tween Vitex pollen percentages and vegetation cover is the highest, then is Corylus, Tamariaceae and Nitraria, and their pollen percentages are less than 1% where original plant are absent. Caragana and Spiraea pollen percentages have some relations with vegetation cover. The relations between pollen percentages and vegetation cover are not clear for Rosaceae and Saxifragaceae. For herb pollen types, Cyperaceae pollen has the closest correlation with vegetation cover, where pollen percentages are more than 20% when Cyperaceae are constructive or dominant species in vegetation, and pollen per- centages are less than 5% where Cyperaceae are not constructive or dominant species (cover less than 30%). Artemisia and Chenopodiaceae pollen percentages mainly have close relations with ecological regions. The relations between pollen percentages and cover are not clear for Gramineae, Legumi- nosae and Compositae.XU QingHai LI YueCong YANG XiaoLan ZHENG ZhenHua 2007Science China Earth Sciences2007,50,4:41
A three-dimensional variational ocean data assimilation system:Scheme and preliminary results显示文摘A new 3DVAR-based Ocean Variational Analysis System (OVALS) is developed. OVALS is capable of assimilating in situ sea water temperature and salinity observations and satellite altimetry data. As a component of OVALS, a new variational scheme is proposed to assimilate the sea surface height data. This scheme considers both the vertical correlation of background errors and the nonlinear temperature-salinity relationship which is derived from the generalization of the linear balance constraints to the nonlinear in the 3DVAR. By this scheme, the model temperature and salinity fields are directly adjusted from the altimetry data. Additionally, OVALS can assimilate the temperature and salinity profiles from the ARGO floats which have been implemented in recent years and some temperature and salinity data such as from expendable bathythermograph, moored ocean buoys, etc. A 21-year assimilation experiment is carried out by using OVALS and the Tropical Pacific circulation model. The results show that the assimilation system may effectively improve the estimations of temperature and salinity by assimilating all kinds of observations. Moreover, the root mean square errors of temperature and salinity in the upper depth less than 420 m reach 0.63℃ and 0.34 psu.ZHU Jiang1,2, ZHOU Guangqing1, YAN Changxiang1, FU Weiwei1 & YOU Xiaobao1,3 1. 5Optimization of the head shape of the CRH3 high speed train显示文摘Aiming at optimizing the head shape of the CRH3 high speed train, an efficient optimization approach is proposed. The CFD analysis by solving Navier-Stokes equations is coupled with optimization calculation based on the multi-objective genetic algorithm, meanwhile the arbitrary shape deformation technique (ASD) is also introduced into the design flow, which greatly shortens the time consumption for geometry regeneration and flow field remeshing. As a result, the efficiency of the optimization calculation is highly improved. Statistical analysis is done to the designs in the design space, and the correlation between the design variables and the objective is studied to find out the key variables that most affect the objective. Response surface analysis is also performed to get the nonlinear relationship between the key design variables and the objective with the Kriging algorithm. Finally, after the optimization, an aerodynamic performance comparison between the optimal shape and the original shape reveals that the original shape of CRH3 high speed train owns a very stable aerodynamic performance and can be trustingly used in industry.SUN ZhenXu1, SONG JingJing1 & AN YiRan1 College of Engineering, State Key Laboratory for Turbulence and Complex Systems, Peking University, Beijing 100871, China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,12:35

A review on machinability of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)and glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)composite materials显示文摘Fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) composite materials are heterogeneous and anisotropic materials that do not exhibit plastic deformation. They have been used in a wide range of contemporary applications particularly in space and aviation, automotive, maritime and manufacturing of sports equipment. Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) and glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP) composite materials, among other fiber reinforced materials, have been increasingly replacing conventional materials with their excellent strength and low specific weight properties. Their manufacturability in varying combinations with customized strength properties, also their high fatigue, toughness and high temperature wear and oxidation resistance capabilities render these materials an excellent choice in engineering applications. In the present review study,a literature survey was conducted on the machinability properties and related approaches for CFRP and GFRP composite materials. As in the machining of all anisotropic and heterogeneous materials, failure mechanisms were also reported in the machining of CFRP and GFRP materials with both conventional and modern manufacturing methods and the results of these studies were obtained by use of variance analysis(ANOVA),artificial neural networks(ANN) model, fuzzy inference system(FIS),harmony search(HS) algorithm, genetic algorithm(GA),Taguchi's optimization technique,multi-criteria optimization, analytical modeling, stress analysis, finite elements method(FEM),data analysis, and linear regression technique. Failure mechanisms and surface quality is discussed with the help of optical and scanning electron microscopy, and profilometry. ANOVA,GA,FEM,etc. are used to analyze and generate predictive models.Meltem Altin Karatas Hasan Gokkaya 2018Defence Technology(防务技术)2018,14,4:31
Independent control of harmonic amplitudes and phases via a time-domain digital coding metasurface显示文摘Harmonic manipulations are important for applications such as wireless communications, radar detection and biological monitoring.A general approach to tailor the harmonics involves the use of additional amplifiers and phase shifters for the precise control of harmonic amplitudes and phases after the mixing process;however, this approach leads to issues of high cost and system integration.Metasurfaces composed of a periodic array of subwavelength resonators provide additional degrees of freedom to realize customized responses to incident light and highlight the possibility for nonlinear control by taking advantage of time-domain properties. Here,we designed and experimentally characterized a reflective time-domain digital coding metasurface, with independent control of the harmonic amplitude and phase. As the reflection coefficient is dynamically modulated in a predefined way,a large conversion rate is observed from the carrier signal to the harmonic components, with magnitudes and phases that can be accurately and separately engineered. In addition,by encoding the reflection phases of the meta-atoms,beam scanning for multiple harmonics can be implemented via different digital coding sequences, thus removing the need for intricate phase-shift networks. This work paves the way for efficient harmonic control for applications in communications, radar, and related areas.Jun Yan Dai Jie Zhao Qiang Cheng Tie Jun Cui 2018Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1:29
Design Principles of the Non-smooth Surface of Bionic Plow Moldboard显示文摘The diverse non-smooth body surfaces to reduce soil adhesion are the evolutional results for the soil animals to fit the adhesive and wet environment and can be used as a biological basis for the design of bionic plow moldboard. The model surfaces for bionic simulation should be taken from soil animal digging organs, on which the soil motion is similar to what is on the surface of moldboard. By analyzing the distribution of non-smooth units on the body surface of the ground beetle jaw and the soil moving stresses, the design principles of the bionic moldboard for the local and the whole moldboard were presented respectively. As well, the effect of soil moving speed on reducing adhesion, the dimensions relationship between soil particles and non-smooth convexes, the relationship between the enveloping surface of non-smooth convexes and the initial smooth surface of the plow body, and the convex types of the sphere coronal and the pangolin scales, etc.were discussed.Luquan Ren, Shiqiao Deng, Jingchun Wang, Zhiwu Han Key Laboratory of Terrain-Machine Bionics Engineering (Ministry of Education,China), Jilin University at Nanling Campus, Changchun 130022,P.R. 10Add-on pegylated interferon augments hepatitis B surface antigen clearance vs continuous nucleos(t)ide analog monotherapy in Chinese patients with chronic hepatitis B and hepatitis B surface antigen≤1500 IU/mL:An observational study显示文摘BACKGROUND Nucleos(t)ide analog(NA)has shown limited effectiveness against hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)clearance in chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients.AIM To evaluate the efficacy and safety of add-on peginterferonα-2a(peg-IFNα-2a)to an ongoing NA regimen in CHB patients.METHODS In this observational study,195 CHB patients with HBsAg≤1500 IU/m L,hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-negative(including HBeAg-negative patients or HBeAg-positive patients who achieved HBeAg-negative after antiviral treatment with NA)and hepatitis B virus-deoxyribonucleic acid<1.0×10^2 IU/mL after over 1 year of NA therapy were enrolled between November 2015 and December2018 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University,China.Patients were given the choice between receiving either peg-IFNα-2a add-on therapy to an ongoing NA regimen(add-on group,n=91)or continuous NA monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=104)after being informed of the benefits and risks of the peg-IFNα-2a therapy.Total therapy duration of peg-IFNα-2a was 48 wk.All patients were followed-up to week 72(24 wk after discontinuation of peg-IFNα-2a).The primary endpoint was the proportion of patients with HBsAg clearance at week 72.RESULTS Demographic and baseline characteristics were comparable between the two groups.Intention-to-treatment analysis showed that the HBsAg clearance rate in the add-on group and monotherapy group was 37.4%(34/91)and 1.9%(2/104)at week 72,respectively.The HBsAg seroconversion rate in the add-on group was 29.7%(27/91)at week 72,and no patient in the monotherapy group achieved HBsAg seroconversion at week 72.The HBsAg clearance and seroconversion rates in the add-on group were significantly higher than in the monotherapy group at week 72(P<0.001).Younger patients, lower baseline HBsAg concentration, lower HBsAg concentrations at weeks 12 and 24,greater HBsAg decline from baseline to weeks 12 and 24 and the alanine aminotransferase≥2×upper limit of normal during the first 12 wk of therapy were strong predictors of HBsAg clearance in patients with peg-IFNα-2a add-on treatment.Regarding the safety of the treatment,4.4%(4/91)of patients in the add-on group discontinued peg-IFNα-2a due to adverse events. No severe adverse events were noted.CONCLUSION Peg-IFNα-2a as an add-on therapy augments HBsAg clearance in HBeAg-negative CHB patients with HBsAg≤1500 IU/m L after over 1 year of NA therapy.Feng-Ping Wu Ying Yang Mei Li Yi-Xin Liu Ya-Ping Li Wen-Jun Wang Juan-Juan Shi Xin Zhang Xiao-Li Jia Shuang-Suo Dang 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,13:27
Recent progress of surface coating on cathode materials for high-performance lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Lithium-ion batteries (LIB) have received substantial attention in the last 10 years,as they offer great promise as power sources that can lead to the electric vehicle (EV) revolution in the next 5 years.Since the cathode serves as a key component in LIB,its properties significantly affect the performance of the whole system.Recently, the cathode surface modification based on coating technique has been widely employed to enhance the electrochemical performances by improving the material conductivity, stabilising the physical structure of materials,as well as preventing the reactions between the electrode and electrolyte. In this work,we reviewed the present of a number of promising cathode materials for Li-ion batteries. After that,we summarized the very recent research progress focusing on the surface coating strategies, mainly including the coating materials, the coating technologies,as well as the corresponding working mechanisms for cathodes. At last, the challenges faced and future guidelines for optimizing cathode materials are discussed. In this study,we propose that the structure of cathode is a crucial factor during the selection of coating materials and technologies.Peiyuan Guan Lu Zhou Zhenlu Yu Yuandong Sun Yunjian Liu Feixiang Wu Yifeng Jiang Dewei Chu 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4:28
Third-order point contact approach for five-axis sculptured surface machining using non-ball-end tools (Ⅰ): Third-order approximation of tool envelope surface显示文摘In this paper, the geometric properties of a pair of line contact surfaces are investigated. Then, based on the observation that the cutter envelope surface contacts with the cutter surface and design surface along the characteristic curve and cutter contact (CC) path, respectively, a mathematical model describing the third-order approximation of the cutter envelope surface according to just one given cutter location (CL) is developed. It is shown that at the CC point both the normal curvature of the normal section of the cutter envelope surface and its derivative with respect to the arc length of the normal section can be determined by those of the cutter surface and design surface. This model characterizes the intrinsic relationship among the cutter surface, cutter envelope surface and design surface in the neighborhood of the CC point, and yields the mathematical foundation for optimally approximating the cutter envelope surface to the design surface by adjusting the cutter location.ZHU LiMin1, DING Han2 & XIONG YouLun2 1 State Key Laboratory of Mechanical System and Vibration, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai 200240, China 2 State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan 430074, China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,7:25
Comparison of climatic threshold of geographical distribution between dominant plants and surface pollen in China显示文摘The geographical distribution of dominant plant species in China was georeferenced and climatic variables were interpolated into all grids.Accordingly, the percentage distributions of principal pollen taxa based on 1860 surface pollen sites in China were selected and the related climate values were interpolated with the same method. The geographical and climatic comparison between the two data-sets indicated that the climate threshold of most pollen taxa from surface pollen is coherent with plant distributions. The climatic envelopes of dominant plant are mostly accordant with those of pollen taxa at certain levels. However, some distinct offsets of the climate ranges exist between the two datasets for most pollen taxa identified at family level, such as Ericaceae,Asteraceae, Poaceae and Chenopodiaceae. The present study provides for the first time rich information on temperature and precipitation in relation to pollen and plant distribution based on the datasets on a continental scale useful for global ecological modeling and Quaternary palaeoclimate reconstruction.CHEDDADI Rachid BEAUDOUIN Celia 2008Science China Earth Sciences2008,51,8:26
Nonlinear balance constraints in 3DVAR data assimilation显示文摘In many applications of 3DVAR, the balance constraints can be considered via two main approaches: weak constraint method which adds penalty terms to the cost function; and proper defi- nition of the background error covariance matrix with non-zero cross-correlation sub-matrices. The weak constraint approach requires determining the weighting matrices of the penalty terms. The background error covariance approach does not require determining those additional weighting ma- trices. However, it is only applicable to those linear or linearized balance constraints. A novel ap- proach is proposed based on the background error covariance approach by generalizing the so-called Derber-Bouttier formulation. An assimilation experiment of estimating temperature and salinity from the sea surface dynamic height observation is given to illustrate the proposed treatments of nonlinear balance constraints.ZHU Jiang YAN Changxiang 2006Science China Earth Sciences2006,49,3:24
Quantitative relationships between vegetation and several pollen taxa in surface soil from North China显示文摘According to the vegetation investigation and pollen analysis of surface samples sampled along a precipitation gradient of the Northeast China Transect (NECT), several pollen taxa, including Pinus, Betula, Quercus, Tilia, Acer, Ulmus, Artemisia, Chenopodiaceae, Gramineae and Cyperaceae, were chosen to make the regression and correlation analyses. The results indicated that there exists a close relationship between vegetation and pollen taxa in surface samples. The regression parameters for ten taxa in the forests in the eastern part of NECT were different from those in the steppes in the western part. Pinus, Betula, Artemisia and Chenopodiaceae, which have large slope and y-intercept terms, were over-representative taxa. Acer, Gramineae and Cyperaceae, which have small slope and y-intercept terms, were under-representative taxa. Quercus, Tilia and Ulmus whose slope terms have negative correlation with y-intercept terms were equi-representative taxa. 17Global optimization of tool path for five-axis flank milling with a cylindrical cutter显示文摘In this paper, optimum positioning of cylindrical cutter for five-axis flank milling of non-developable ruled surface is addressed from the perspective of surface approximation. Based on the developed interchangeability principle, global optimization of the five-axis tool path is modeled as approximation of the tool envelope surface to the data points on the design surface following the minimum zone criterion recommended by ANSI and ISO standards for tolerance evaluation. By using the signed point-to-surface distance function, tool path plannings for semi-finish and finish millings are formulated as two constrained optimization problems in a unified framework. Based on the second order Taylor approximation of the distance function, a sequential approximation algorithm along with a hierarchical algorithmic structure is developed for the optimization. Numerical examples are presented to confirm the validity of the proposed approach.DING Han1 & ZHU LiMin2 1 State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan 430074, China 2 School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai 200240, China 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,8:23
Third-order point contact approach for five-axis sculptured surface machining using non-ball-end tools(II): Tool positioning strategy显示文摘Based on the mathematical model describing the third-order approximation of the cutter envelope surface according to one given cutter location(CL),a tool positioning strategy is proposed for efficiently machining free-form surfaces with non-ball-end cutters. The optimal CL is obtained by adjusting the inclination and tilt angles of the cutter until its envelope surface and the design surface have the third-order contact at the cutter contact(CC)point, which results in a wide machining strip. The strategy can handle the constraints of machine joint angle limits, global collision avoidance and tool path smoothness in a nature way,and can be applied to general rotary cutters and complex surfaces.Numerical examples demonstrate that the third-order point contact approach can improve the machining strip width greatly as compared with the recently reported second-order one.ZHU LiMin 1 ,DING Han 2 &XIONG YouLun 2 1State Key Laboratory of Mechanical System and Vibration,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Shanghai 200240,China 2State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan 430074, China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,8:23
THE CHARACTERS OF ENERGY BUDGET ON THE GOBI AND DESERT SURFACE IN HEXI REGION显示文摘In the paper, the characters of surface energy budget on Huayin(Gobi)and the desert surface during the periodfrom 26 June to 31 August 1990 in the HEIFE have been analyzed, then have been compared with the observed resultsduring 4—19 September 1988 in the Pilot Observation Period of the HEIFE.The results show that the atmosphere is insuperadiabatic unstable state and there is a phenomenon of inverse humidity to form negative water vapour flux.Thesensible heat flux on the surface energy budget is in majority, but the latent heat flux may be neglected over the Gobi anddesert surface in the cloudless daytime in the summer.胡隐樵 杨选利 张强 左洪超 1992Acta meteorologica Sinica1992,6,1:23
Investigation of changes in properties of water under the action of a magnetic field显示文摘The properties of water and their changes under the action of a magnetic field were gathered by the spectrum techniques of infrared, Raman, visible, ultraviolet and X-ray lights, which may give an insight into molecular and atomic structures of water. It was found that some properties of water were changed, and a lot of new and strange phenomena were discovered after magnetization. Magnetized water really has magnetism, which has been verified by a peak shift of X-ray diffraction of magnetized water + Fe3O4 hybrid relative to that of pure water + Fe3O4 hybrid, that is a saturation and memory effect. The properties of infrared and ultraviolet absorp-tions, Raman scattering and X-ray diffraction of magnetized water were greatly changed relative to those of pure water; their strengths of peaks were all increased, the frequencies of some peaks did also shift, and some new peaks, for example, at 5198, 8050 and 9340 cm?1, occurred at 25℃ after water was magnetized. In the meanwhile, the magnetized effects of water are related to the magnetized time, the intensity of an externally applied magnetic field, and the temperature of water, but they are not a linear relationship. The study also showed a lot of new and unusual properties of magnetized water, for example, the six peaks in 3000-3800 cm?1 in infrared absorption, the exponential increase of ultraviolet absorption of wave with the decreasing wavelength of light of 200-300 nm, the frequency-shifts of peaks, a strange irreversible effect in the increasing and decreasing processes, as well as a stronger peak of absorption occurring at 50℃, 70℃ and 80℃, the existence of many models of motion from 85℃ to 95℃ in 8000-10000 cm?1, and so on. These results show that the molecular structure of water is very complicated, which needs further study. Furthermore, the macroscopic feature of mechanics, for instance, surface tension force of magnetized water, was also measured. Experiments dis-covered that the size in contact angles of magnetized water on the surface of hy-drophobic materials decreases, thus the surface tension force of magnetized water decreases relative to that of pure water. It is seen from the above results that the clustering structure of hydrogen-bonded chains and polarization effects of water molecules are enhanced after magnetization. These results are helpful in revealing the mechanism of magnetization of water.PANG XiaoFeng1,2 & DENG Bo1 1 Institute of Life Science and Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu 610054, China 2 International Centre for Materials Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang 110015, China 2008Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2008,51,11:23
