3CeF_3闪烁探测器对五种能量中子的甄别能力研究显示文摘用CeF3闪烁体和常用闪烁体ST401分别配特性相同的光电倍增管构成两种闪烁探测器,在1.2MeV、2.5MeV、3.5MeV、5.0MeV和14MeV等能量的稳态中子源场中,测量了这两种闪烁体探测器的电流输出,得到结果表明:上述能量的中子与CeF3闪烁探测器作用形成的电流比同尺寸ST401闪烁体构成探测器的输出电流均低一个量级以上,这些结果与这两种探测器在钴、铯γ源中测量结果比较,可以得出在n、γ混合辐射场中测量γ辐射时,CeF3闪烁探测器能够较好地屏蔽这些能量中子的干扰。胡孟春 李忠宝 唐章奎 彭太平 王振通 张建华 唐正元 杨洪琼 杨高照 2005人工晶体学报2005,34,3:8
4脉冲DT中子场中的CeF_3、ST401闪烁探测器输出比对显示文摘本工作对国内近年新研制的CeF3用于γ测量时的抗中子干扰能力进行研究,在脉冲DT中子源场中对分别由CeF3 和ST401构成的闪烁探测器输出进行比较测量。在相同测点中子注量率情况下的测量结果表明:ST401探测器的输出电荷比同体积的CeF3 高10多倍;ST401探测器的电流输出峰值幅度比同体积的CeF3 高30多倍。由此可得到CeF3 对中子相对不灵敏,在n、γ混合辐射场中测量快γ辐射时,该无机晶体将是一种较合适的候选闪烁体。胡孟春 李忠宝 唐章奎 周殿忠 杨洪琼 王振通 张建华 胡青元 杨高照 2005人工晶体学报2005,34,2:8

6Synthesis and luminescence properties of CeF_3:Tb^(3+) nanodisks via ultrasound assisted ionic liquid method显示文摘CeF3 and CeF3:Tb3+ nanocrystals were successfully synthesized by the ultrasound assisted ionic liquid(IL) method at room temperature. X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), selected area electron diffraction(SAED), high-resolution transmission electron micrographs(HRTEM) and photoluminescence(PL) spectra were employed to characterize the nanocrystals. The results of XRD indicated that the obtained samples crystallized well with a hexagonal phase crystal structure. SEM and TEM images demonstrated that the obtained CeF3:Tb3+ nanocrystals had a discoid shape in the presence of ultrasound and IL, whereas only granular nanoparticles were obtained by magnetic stirring. The possible formation mechanisms of the crystal growth were proposed. The PL spectra of the CeF3:Tb3+ nanodisks exhibited a strong green emission when excited at 254 nm. 8Bifunctional luminescent and magnetic core/shell type nanostructures Fe_3O_4@CeF_3:Tb^(3+)/SiO_2显示文摘A facile co-precipitation and microemulsion methods were applied to obtain core/shell type nanoparticles.Cerium fluoride doped with terbium(III) ions supplied intensive green luminescence of the system.Due to the presence of magnetite nanoparticles as cores,the prod-uct was highly sensitive to external magnetic field.Both sorts of nanostructures were encapsulated by silica shell.Such external layer of inert oxide can potentially increase the resistance of prepared nanostructures to thermal oxidation,aggressive agents,changing of pH or destructive radiation.Morphology of the product was examined using transmission electron microscopy(TEM) .Formations of the core/shell type nanos-tructures were clearly seen in the TEM pictures.Powder X-ray diffraction(XRD) confirmed the structure of the products,their nanocrystallin-ity and amorphous nature of silica shell.Optical properties were investigated by measuring excitation and emission spectra.Such multifunctional luminescent and magnetic nanoparticles coated with easily functionalized silica shell could be applied in many field of science.M.Runowski T.Grzyb S.Lis 2011Journal of Rare Earths2011,29,12:5

15Thermal decomposition mechanism of low-content-fluorite Bayan Obo rare earth concentrate roasted with sodium carbonate and its consequent separation study显示文摘Thermal decomposition and phase transformation for the mixture of Bayan Obo rare earth concentrate(BORC)and sodium carbonate(Na2CO3)roasted at different temperatures with weight ratio of 100:20 were studied in detail in our study.The aim of our study is to reveal the nature of roasting reaction between BORC and Na2CO3 and thus providing a new method for processing BORC.The results indicate that BORC can be decomposed completely with Na2CO3 at around 600℃after 3 h.During the calcination process,Ce0.5Nd0.5O1.75,NaF,Na3PO4,and a rare earth double phosphate phase Na3RE(PO4)2 are formed after the decomposition of BORC with Na2CO3.In addition,the thermal decomposition mechanism is determined in the paper.Based on these facts,a clean technique processing BORC was developed.And a CeF3 powder,whose composition was measured and stability was also evaluated,was obtained for some potential application from the new technique.This research is of significance in terms of the Na2CO3-roasting BORC solid reaction study and sheds a light on a potential clean technique for BORC.Dan Zou Ji Chen Jiashi Hu Kai Li Deqian Li 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,9:3

17Preparation and luminescence properties of Ce^(3+)/Dy^(3+)-codoped fluorosilicate glass ceramics显示文摘The Ce3+and Dy3+ co-doped fluorosilicate glass and glass ceramics containing SrF2 or CeF3 nanocrystals were prepared under re-ducing atmosphere. The precipitated nano-crystalline phase shifted from cubic SrF2 to hexagonal CeF3 gradually with the heat treatment tem-perature increasing from 620 to 680 °C. The glass and glass ceramics emitted white light, deriving from a combination of the Ce3+ blue and the Dy3+ yellow light. The CIE coordinates could be tuned by adjusting the ratio of Ce3+/Dy3+ concentration. 20Nanocrystalline rare earth fluorides doped with Pr^(3+) ions显示文摘Praseodymium(Ⅲ) doped CeF_3, CeF_3:Gd, LaF_3, GdF_3 and YF_3 inorganic fluorides were precipitated in an aqueous, surfactant-free solution, using NH_4 F as a source of fluoride ions. The as-prepared products were subjected to a hydrothermal treatment, which led to the formation of crystalline nanoluminophores, composed of spherical(≈30 nm) and elongated(≈40–200 nm) nanostructures. Due to the presence of Pr^(3+) ions, the synthesized nanomaterials showed yellow luminescence under a blue light irradiation. The nanoluminophore based on the YF_3 host revealed the most promising spectroscopic properties, i.e., bright and intensive emission, hence it was investigated in detail.
