| 1 | 超声检查预测睾丸血运障碍对健侧睾丸损伤的实验研究显示文摘目的探讨不同程度急性睾丸血运障碍的超声表现与健侧睾丸损伤的相关性。方法选择32只大白兔随机分为对照组和3个缺血组,每组8只。在超声监测下制成睾丸急性缺血模型:A组,睾丸回声均匀,血流信号减少;B组,睾丸回声不均匀,血流信号明显减少;C组,睾丸回声不均匀,出现放射状或小片状低回声区,血流信号消失。获得各组缺血图像后进行超声造影并恢复血流灌注,1个月后观察健侧睾丸的组织结构改变,并与各组超声表现进行比对分析。结果与对照组比较,各缺血组健侧睾丸超声造影参数差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。各缺血组健侧睾丸均存在局灶性轻微的病理学损害和超微结构改变,但Johnsen评分各组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。B组健侧睾丸凋亡细胞总数较对照组、A组、C组均显著增多(分别为38.75±8.88,18.63±3.81,20.50±6.12,18.00±4.47,P〈0.001),但A组、C组与对照组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论急性睾丸血运障碍的超声表现与健侧睾丸损伤之间存在一定的联系,超声检查可对健侧睾丸损伤情况的预测提供帮助。反射性缺血可能不是导致健侧睾丸损伤的主要原因。 | 余亮 薛恩生 林礼务 梁荣喜 何以敉 高上达 林晓东 | 2009 | 中华超声影像学杂志2009，18，1： | 5 |
| 2 | 17β-雌二醇激发鲻早期精子发生的作用机制显示文摘将雄性幼鲻(Mugil cephalus)分为4组,分别投喂含17β-雌二醇饲料组、含三苯氧胺(Tamoxifen)饲料组、含17β-雌二醇和三苯氧胺(Tamoxifen)混合饲料,以及对照组,旨在进一步研究17β-雌二醇对幼鲻精子发生的作用机制。同时,采用组织学和免疫组织化学方法对17β-雌二醇影响鲻精巢精子发生及其作用机制进行分析,结果表明,雌激素明显促进鲻精原细胞有丝分裂及增殖和精子发生;Tamoxifen组与混合组于实验后30d取材观察,两组精巢切片均显示,雄性鲻精巢发育停滞,精原细胞坏死、凋亡,Sertoli’s细胞形态结构发生改变、数量下降。这进一步证实雌二醇激发精子发生必须经其受体的介导。雌激素受体(ER)在精巢的免疫组织化学定位揭示,ER在雌激素组免疫活性最高,对照组次之,混合投喂组免疫活性非常弱,而Tamoxifen组则显免疫阴性反应,这为雌激素对鲻精巢的精子发生起着关键作用的论点提供可靠确凿的新证据,同时表明在鲻早期精子发生中,一旦雌激素不足或缺失,精巢的发育质量和生精能力就会受到严重的影响。 | 宋海霞 翁幼竹 方永强 | 2010 | 中国水产科学2010，17，6： | 2 |
| 3 | Effect of tamoxifen on spermatogenesis and tubular morphology in rats显示文摘Aim: To observe the effect of tamoxifen citrate on spermatogenesis and tubular morphology in rats.Methods: The effect of tamoxifen citrate i.g. at doses of 400 and 800 mg·kg^-1·day^-1 in 0.1 mL olive oil for 30 days on seminiferous tubular morphology, seminiferous epithelial diameter (STD), epithelial height (SEH), epididymal sperm count and percent abnormal sperm were evaluated at day 1, 12 and 36 after treatment. Controls were given the vehicle. Results: The higher dose resulted in tubular atrophy on day 31. The STD, SEH and sperm count were decreased and the abnormal spermatozoa increased in a dose-dependent manner with the maximal effect on day 36.Conclusion: Tamoxifen citrate induces tubular shrinkage and atrophy and sperm abnormality at a dose-dependent manner. | 5 | EFFECT OF SIMULATED WEIGHTLESSNESS ON REPRODUCTION OF ADULT MALE RATS显示文摘Objective To study the effects of simulated weightlessness induced by tail-suspension on reproduction in adult male rats and its mechanisms. Methods Twenty Spraque-Dawley adult male rats were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and control group. Rats in the experimental group were tail-suspended for 14 days. After the treatment, the weight and morphology of testis, the quantity and quality of sperm, the level of serum testosterone and the apoptosis rate of testicular cells were observed. Results Compared with the control, the testicular weight, the quantity and quality of sperm, the level of serum testosterone significantly decreased (P<0.05) while the apoptosis rate of testicular cells significantly increased (P<0.05) in tail-suspended rats. In addition, hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining showed that seminiferous tubules atrophied, spermatogenic cells decreased, seminiferous epithelial cells disintegrated and shed, and the lumina were azoospermic.
