1退火对稀土系AB_5低钴贮氢合金的影响显示文摘为提高多元替代低钴贮氢合金MlNi3.8Al0.27Mn0.36Co0.24Cu0.15Cr0.1Zn0.05Fe0.05的电化学性能,研究了850℃与1050℃两种温度退火对合金的微观结构、组织以及电化学性能的影响。XRD分析表明,退火降低了合金的晶格应力和缺陷,同时使得合金的单胞体积增大。电化学测试结果表明,退火合金的放电容量明显提高,其中1050℃退火后合金的最大放电容量达到315mAh/g,比铸态合金提高26mAh/g。退火使得合金的高倍率放电性能略有降低,但仍达到96%,退火提高了合金的循环稳定性。李守英 李全安 李克杰 胡瑞松 2006材料热处理学报2006,27,3:3

3LaNiAl储氢合金表面镀铜与SiO2包覆改性研究显示文摘采用电弧熔炼铸造LaNiAl储氢合金,研究了退火处理、退火合金表面镀铜和包覆二氧化硅对合金性能的影响。结果表明:合金退火处理后衍射峰的强度增强,衍射晶面的半高宽减小,说明在退火过程中偏析元素发生扩散,消除了偏析晶枝,合金变得均匀,表面更为光滑;包覆前后表面组成由La,Ni和Al的富集到Si和O的富集表明Si以SiO2的形式包覆在粉末的表面。改性处理后的LaNiAl合金试样表现出良好的性能,其中退火合金镀铜处理后的性能最好,放电电压高、平台长;包覆二氧化硅处理后放电电压降低,但放电平台最长。退火处理、退火后镀铜和SiO2包覆处理试样的25次循环容量衰减分别为7%,4%和5%,而未处理的铸造合金衰减21.8%。唐有根 谢正和 万伟华 唐仁英 2008稀有金属材料与工程2008,37,2:1
4Structure and electrochemical properties of hypo-stoichiometric hydro-gen storage alloys prepared by twin-roller rapid quenching process显示文摘The stoichiometric alloy MlB5.0 and the hypo-stoichiometric alloy MlB4.85 were prepared by twin-roller rapid quenching process, and their structure and electrochemical properties were studied. The results of XRD show that both of the alloys have a typical single-phase hexagonal CaCu5-type structure. The cell volume of the hypo-stoichiometric alloy MlB4.85 is slightly larger than that of the stoichiometric alloy MlB5.0, although its lattice constant c/a is smaller. Under 2 C discharging rate, i.e. 640 mA/g, the MlB4.85 has a discharge capacity of 320 mAh/g, which is higher than that of the MlB5.0, 312 mAh/g. Nevertheless, the capacities of the MlB4.85 and the MlB5.0 decline 24.7% and 20.2% after 400 cycles, respec- tively. 6Effect of different additives on the properties of lithium alanate显示文摘LiAlH4 doped with Ni and Ce(SO4)2 additives and the effect of doping on temperature and hydrogen release were studied by pressure-content-temperature (PCT) experiment and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. It is indicated that doping with Ni induces a significant decrease in temperature in the first step and LiAlH4 doped with 1mol% Ni presents the most absorption of hydrogen. Doping with Ce(SO4)2 also causes a marked decrease, while the amount of hydrogen release changes only slightly. The results from X-ray diffraction analysis show that doping does not cause any structural change; Ni and Ce-containing phases are not observed at room temperature or even at 250°C.Xueping Zheng Ping Li Xuanhui Qu LS.
