| 1 | 肠道微生态与胰腺癌的相关研究进展显示文摘近年来,肠道微生物(gut microbiota,GM)与胰腺癌(pancreatic cancer,PC)的相关性引发了广泛的关注.研究表明,PC患者的口腔、肠道及胰腺内微生物群区别于健康人群,呈现出不同特征.在此基础上,应用特征性的GM及代谢产物作为PC早期诊断、预后评估的生物标志物,具有很大的研究潜力.以GM为靶点的肠道微生态疗法,如益生菌、粪菌移植等,可能通过重塑肿瘤微环境影响对化疗、免疫治疗的应答效果,从而改善预后.本文对GM参与PC发生发展、早期诊断、预后评估、治疗等方面的最新研究进行简要综述. | 秦雨萌 沙杰 | 2023 | 世界华人消化杂志2023，31，24： | 0 |
