| 1 | Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)三元体系低熔点玻璃的结构及性能研究显示文摘无铅低熔点玻璃是高档汽车玻璃油墨的重要组成部分。实验选取了Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)三元体系玻璃,研究了组成对玻璃结构、转变温度(T_(g))、起始析晶温度(T_(x))、析晶稳定性(S)和耐酸性(A_(r))的影响。结果表明Bi_(2)O_(3)含量在40~80 mol%时,为玻璃均相区;(B_(2)O_(3)+SiO_(2))含量在60~80 mol%时,为玻璃分相区。Bi_(2)O_(3)在玻璃结构中主要起修饰剂作用,当B_(2)O_(3)含量不变,随着SiO_(2)/Bi_(2)O_(3)比的增加,[BiO_(6)]和[BiO_(3)]结构单元逐渐减少,[BO_(3)]和[SiO_(4)]结构单元逐渐增加,且玻璃的T_(g)、T_(x)和S值逐渐增大,说明玻璃的网络结构完整程度增强,析晶稳定性逐渐提高。当B_(2)O_(3)含量不变,随着SiO_(2)/Bi_(2)O_(3)比的增加,玻璃的耐酸质量损失率Ar值先减少后增大。实验制备的油墨烧结后的附着力ISO等级为0级,L值在3.12~3.61,光泽度在38.7~43.9 Gs,OD值为3.7,具有良好的附着力、黑度,光泽度和遮盖率。 | 赵田贵 汪伟 刘溧 刘昆 董伟霞 包启富 周健儿 | 2023 | 中国陶瓷2023，59，6： | 1 |
| 2 | Preparation of Lead-free Base Glaze Suitable for Pearlescent Pigments by Low-temperature Solid-phase Reaction with Alkali Waste显示文摘A lead-free base glaze suitable for pearlescent pigments was prepared by a low-temperature solid-phase reaction with alkali waste.Tests were performed to evaluate the effects of the sintering conditions and alkali waste composition on the prepared base glaze and pearlescent glaze.The experimental results show that partially replacing SiO_(2) with B_(2)O_(3) effectively reduced the sintering temperature and time to form a glass network,but the network structure becomes disconnected as the B_(2)O_(3) content increases.An amorphous base glaze was obtained when soda ash was replaced with a small amount of alkali waste,but increasing the addition of NaCl further was adverse to base glaze formation by resulting in crystallization of the base glaze and a decrease in the bridging oxygen content.The pearlescent pigment was thermally stable in the glaze at 750℃,while higher temperatures caused the crystalline phase of NaAlSiO_(4) to appear and adhere to the surface of pigment granules,which degraded the pearlescent effect of the glaze. | 饶黎 HUANG Kang FU Qiong WANG Junwei DAI Li ZHAO Na LI Xiangjun HE Yong ZHOU Yi 陈艳林 | 2022 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022，37，6： | 1 |
