| 1 | 呼吸内科肺癌患者护理中实施舒适护理应用的效果分析显示文摘目的探究呼吸内科肺癌患者护理中实施舒适护理的护理效果。方法2018年12月—2019年12月随机选择在该院呼吸内科接受治疗的80例肺癌患者作为研究对象,并随机分为均等的研究组和对照组。对照组患者行常规护理方案,研究组患者行舒适护理方案。护理一段时间后,分别就两组患者护理效果、不良反应发生率和护理满意度进行对比。结果研究组患者心理(9.8±0.2)分、生理(9.3±0.2)分、环境(9.6±0.3)分,各项评分均高于对照组(6.6±0.2)分、(6.4±0.1)分、(7.2±0.4)分,差异有统计学意义(t=71.554、82.024、30.357,P<0.05);不良反应发生率方面,研究组患者不良反应发生率为7.5%,而对照组不良反应发生率为42.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.066,P<0.05);护理满意度方面,研究组护理满意度为95.0%,而对照组的护理满意度仅为77.5%,差异有统计学有意义(χ^(2)=5.164,P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科肺癌患者给予舒适护理,可有效提高护理效果,减少不良反应的发生,从而提高患者满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。 | 周秀芬 麦彩婷 | 2021 | 系统医学2021，6，11： | 0 |
| 2 | Current trends and applications in endoscopy for otology and neurotology显示文摘There has been a rapid increase in endoscopic ear surgery for the management of middle ear and lateral skull base disease in children and adults over the last decade.In this review paper,we discuss the current trends and applications of the endoscope in the field of otology and neurotology.Advantages of the endoscope include excellent ergonomics,compatibility with pediatric anatomy,and improved access to the middle ear through the external auditory canal.Transcanal endoscopic ear surgery has demonstrated comparable outcomes in the management of cholesteatoma,tympanic membrane perforations,and otosclerosis as compared to microscopic approaches,while utilizing less invasive surgical corridors and reducing the need for postauricular incisions.When a postauricular approach is required,the endoscopic-assisted transmastoid approach can avoid a canal wall down mastoidectomy in cases of cholesteatoma.The endoscope also has utility in treatment of superior canal dehiscence and various skull base lesions including glomus tumors,meningiomas,and vestibular schwannomas.Outside of the operating room,the endoscope can be used during examination of the outer and middle ear and for debridement of complex mastoid cavities.For these reasons,the endoscope is currently poised to transform the field of otology and neurotology. | Sarah E.Ridge Kunal R.Shetty Daniel J.Lee | 2021 | World Journal of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery2021，7，2： | 0 |
